Michel Tire came thru when NO tire company in Ohio could/would. Long story short. Family emergency in New York resulted in the immediate need for new tires. 1 company in OH had a set in stock, but at 2p couldn't guarantee installation by days end after many calls I came across Michel's. In stock 50k mile Firestone's. I asked the gentleman If I made it there by 4p could they guarantee installation. Gentleman paused, I gave him a short explanation for my hurry, and he said, "Give me your number and name." Be here by 4p and we got ya buddy. Thanks for going the extra mile in my time of need.

Staff was friendly and courteous. Smooth transaction; had the tires I requested in stock and work completed in an appropriate time frame. Will definitely do business with Tires Plus again.

Always very helpful, get you in fast and get the job done. If you do not wish for the employees to open your hood to look inside, or test drive your vehicle you must state that to the employee scheduling your appointment and more than likely when you arrive for your appointment. Financing available and low or no credit required. Payments are 30 bucks a month and lower (for mine at least, I have a 1,500.00 limit and my payments are never over 28 dollars. Obviously late payments will alter your next due amount. All in all its a great place with cool people who truly know cars.

I went there to get my oil changed. I could not go to the place I normally go this week, because of my work schedule. I had to wait an hour and a half for them to do it, because there was other people ahead of me. My Dad gave me a gift card for a free oil change that he got at a car show. What I did not know was that the guy put me down for a synthetic oil change, and the gift card was for a standard oil change. I was originally going to be charged $72! The guy who finished with me called his boss to see if they would accept it for a synthetic. He came back and said they would do it this time. I was happy. If I am ever in a schedule pinch, I know where to go.

I would give 10 stars if I could! Was having repairs done and they accidently damaged the radiator. THEY INSTALLED A NEW ONE FREE OF CHARGE!!!. A lot of mechanics would have tried to make a quick buck by saying that the radiator was damaged when I brought the vehicle in but NOT TIRES PLUS. They were honest when others might not have been! This says it all about this business and I won't hesitate to use them or recommend them to anyone! Jim and Craig were extremely friendly, helpful and professional as was the young man behind the counter (whose name I failed to get) who concluded my transaction!

Very good staff at this store! I was traveling and had a flat on the interstate I-70. Unfortunately they didn t have the RV tires that I needed in stock but the store employee took the time to call another shop to locate the proper tire that I needed. Thank you and great job to this staff member for helping someone traveling through!

I can t say enough good things about this place! My car tire blew up on the highway from Indianapolis to Columbus, Ohio on Sunday evening. Luckily, it was right outside of Richmond and I was able to get in a same day appointment with this place in the morning when they opened. Super friendly staff, especially Dave, and a super fast turn around time! Thanks to the whole team!Service: Tires

When I was a naive young man new to driving and cars. I went here to get a check up and instead they sold me 4 new tires. I trusted them cause I was dumb and no one had ever told me to watch out for scams. They convinced me that they couldn't even legally let me drive away without putting new ones on. Truly this place made sure I will always be on the lookout for scams and deception.

I was real happy with the speed and service. I got 2 new front tires. The only thing I was not happy with was that because I did not buy 4 they would not back the 2 new ones.

Stopped here on a cross country road trip after hitting a pothole in Ohio. My car was pulling pretty strongly to the left. Called these guys after being turned away from a shop in Ohio and they were able to squeeze me in between appointments for an alignment. They did an excellent job and the cost was very reasonable. They didn't try to upsell me or rip me off. Can't thank the guys here enough for their help and thanks to them my trip continued smoothly!

They did a good job on my alignment. Only issue was I know 100% I have adjustable camber/casters and they tried telling me I did not and it would cost alot more money to do to my car. They lied straight to my face. I purposely bought the adjustable chamber kit. The person who installed my front end even showed me where the adjustable pieces are and still got told a lie my Michel tire employees

I called and spoke to Dave regarding my need for tires. He helped me make the right decision for my needs and even found a great discount. I arrived a few hours later to drop off the car. A wonderful young lady ( didn't catch her name) checked me in, added wiper blades and added a $10 off coupon. I picked up my car a hour later. The ride home was fantastic! I couldn't be more pleased!

I sprang a flat on my car, and ended up finding out it was just my valve stem. Super simple fix. I called everywhere in Richmond trying to get in. Not a single place would even try to squeeze me in. Monday afternoon was the soonest I could get an appointment, and I got my flat on Friday. The last place I called was Michel Tires Plus and they were swamped, much like everyone else. However the man I spoke with on the phone, and the manager were so helpful. They were able to squeeze me in right away. In fact the manager came right out and did it personally. Then didn t even charge me for it. 10/10 would recommend. The staff was more an accommodating and super friendly. They really went out of their way to help me.

First time visiting and my car had a tire that was bleeding air. The front desk associate was super friendly and helpful and they plugged my tire and performed an inspection within 2 hours on a busy Sunday. Great place that I d recommend to anyone!

Took a car in for new tires, all four. I ask the service manager to set the lug nuts at factory specs, he said sure. When I did a tire rotation they had run the lugs on so tight it was way above specs. Not ever again would I use this place....I even told him the the ft. lbsService: TiresService: Tires

Excellent service! We broke down near them and they were very helpful and personable both on the phone and in person. They did not take advantage of our situation and charged us a more than reasonable amount for the repair which they were able to finish the same day.

I was traveling across country and my brakes went out. The guys at Michel's took me in first thing in the morning and got me back on the road with new brakes and rotors in an hour and a half!! I can't thank them enough a say how great and kind they were to me!! Really got me out of a real bind and turn some bad luck into a great experience!! Thanks again!!

Awesome service on a quick valve repair. 3 minutes tops. Thanks for getting us back on the road quickly! Wish we would have stopped here first before Walmart, they had over an hour wait and weren't even sure they could do it because didn't know how to put it into the computer

Only gave one star bc 0 isn t an option... Drove about 100 miles with breaks, took it here to be checked out, came back to absolutely no breaks. They claim the second they got in to move it, the breaks went out, which I guess is possible... just not likely. Then I was told it would be $3000 to even get my breaks working and my car driving... my dad fixed it for $180 in parts and that s it... not saying their crooks but also saying they re crooks... not only that but the employees were literally laughing at me and making jokes while I was bawling my eyes out bc they said it would take $3,000 to even drive my truck home... I only came here bc my mother in law always goes here and she was paying for it. She always recommends this place heavily to everyone and she just had her car worked on like 2 days before this happened. She won t be going back either.

They are very friendly. I took my van in there for new brakes and ended up being a lot more wrong with it so I was there the entire afternoon. I decided to leave to go to olive garden and it was raining and they guy at the front desk offered to take me and he came to pick me up when I was done eating as well.

Came in at 2 on a Saturday to have new tires put on. They assured me they would have it done that day and would call when it was done. Well, 30min prior to closing no one had called me so I got a ride over to the shop. Not only had they not finished the tire job BUT THEY HADN'T EVEN STARTED. Then they again assured me that I could pay now and they would stay late and get it done and leave it parked out front for me. Came by at 9pm and the car was locked up in their shop and no one had called me. I understand being swamped with work, but you have to communicate. Twice I had to drive over and waste my time. Hopefully they make this right but as of right now I wouldn't take my car here again if you paid me.***Update, they gave me a big discount due to the lack of communication, and they did do a good job on the tires***

These folks are awesome in customer service. We broke down and were turned down by two other shops. They worked with us and had us on the road in 4 hours. Thank you so much.
