Nice staff. Parking lot is good enough. Showers are clean but the store size is bit smaller than the other Love's. It has Hardee's for a quick bite.

Way too long to wait for a tire to be replaced. Just counted shop employees on duty here and there are 7 people and told me it will be a 4 to 5 hour wait for a tire replacement. When I got here an hour and a half ago there was six guys standing around in a circle talking and goofing off. Now there are 8 people standing in a circle in the same spot talking so I asked and was told they are having a required shift meeting. No excuse to cause a load to be late. Trailer tires are ran until they blow that s what trailer tires do with big companies. This is by far the slowest shop I have been to and the most shop employees in a shop I have seen. Bad business.

It took the mechanics there over 2 hours to change out a tire! I was pulled right into a bay after fueling, it was an hour before they took lug nuts off then every 5 minutes the mechanic would stop working come in the office area chit chat for 5 minutes then walk out put on gloves and do 4 more minutes worth of work, then back to chit chat. Avoid this place they are more interested in chatting with their co workers than anything!

Avoid these mechanics. Very rude, takes 5+ hours to change trailer light, and they will look for and create more problems with your truck. Jus go to the next truck care.

Been to several diffent Loves truck stops in several states. They are always clean and friendly. Best truck stops anywhere.

Staff was really nice and welcoming. Store and washrooms, nice and clean. But the keypads at truck fuel stations were not working. I tried 3 pumps but none of those were working properly. Eventually went inside to pay at counter and was helped at counter.

So I stopped here last night needing a patch job... Tire tech tried to tell me it was a failed patch job and tried to sell me an entire tire ..Go right down the road to a tire shop and the tire NEVER HAD A PATCH.. I'm over Loves NOT looking out for drivers and TRYING TO CHARGE US OUTRAGEOUS RATES that isn't even what is needed ..THIS IS WHY our country has turned to hell n a hand basket..DEFINITELY WILL NEVER use Loves again and will do all I can to steer other owner opps AWAY from allowing these guys over change them for things they don't even need.. Absolutely unacceptable!!!!

I LOVE Love's I am on the road 5 days a week driving truck and I stop at loves truck stops at least once a day, usually multiple times a day. Great rewards program, great coffee (i get free thru rewards), clean bathrooms as well as nice clean showers! Gotta love Love's!

Old soap bar in shower, athletes feet smelling socks in trash. 2-3pm 10-22-23.Guy who "cleaned" shower 1.. bad attitude, acting like he wants to fight, because I called out who ever supposedly cleaned shower..

This Loves tire and truck care/Speedco is excellent. They did a great job on my "A" service PM and they did it very quickly. Time is money and they saved me a bunch.Great job, great employees, Thank you.

Seriously almost every loves I visit has dirty showers. Their motto is clean places friendly faces but they are all dirty.If someone from loves is ready this you should seriously do better. Drivers deserve better than this. Especially with how much you re business profits off us.THIS IS NOT CLEAN

Went to use the shower today and took off my silver bracelet set it right on the soap dispenser next to the sink rushed out to notice a while later. Called them was told it was not there. Whoever cleaned the showers on November 3rd 2022 stole it. Complaint was filed will see if the corporate office looks into it

Waiting over 9 hours to get a oil change. They have 1 bay for oil change and will let a truck in there taking up the bay for 5 plus hrs waiting on ac dryer part. Instead of moving out till part arrive. Probably charging him labor for waiting on part. Poor guy.
