I can't say enough great things about Zack and his team they are simply the best! Anytime anyone needs a good trustworthy mechanic I recommend them EVERY SINGLE TIME. Thanks for always being there when my family or I need you that kind of service is priceless

I took my car to 3 other places that just charged me a ton of money and didn t really fix the issue at hand and as soon as I took my car to knuckle busters I got it back working perfectly. Good prices and good business. They care about actually fixing the whole problem.

I went there to drop toys in the Toys for Tots box. Someone came out to my car to get my donation, which I appreciated. It's hard to locate the entrance.

Horrible! I picked up my car after and they fixed a bracket for my clutch, paid a little more than we discussed on the phone but that wasn't the problem. Drove it to work the day after I picked it up, rode in a little sketchy but they said it'd be normal and to take it easy. Worked all day went to pull out of the parking lot and loss my steering AND my clutch. I had to have my car towed back to the shop, was offered no refund and they stole most of the things I'd had in it. What if I lost my steering going down the road??? Will not be going back. Worst experience I've had with a mechanic shop in my life.Service: Vehicle maintenance

I love knucklebusters! By far the best place with the best staff. As a girl, I'm used to being constantly talked down to in the automotive world, but these guys are not like that. They explain everything without making you feel incompetent. My family has been going to them for years, and I would recommend them over and over again to others. 10/10 my mechanics for life.

Great experience with them. Broke down on a Sunday and worked with them from the Indy area. They did great work and got it done quickly and the price was amazing.

Since the shop I used closed, I've been to Knuckle Busters twice. What a great find. Nice, honest people who do good work. A little more out of my way, but absolutely worth it. The owner/manager Zach is a top-notch guy and a pleasure to do business with.

Expeditious repair time. Excellent customer service. Straight forward quotes with no overcharges. Will listen to costumer concerns with open ears and mind. This place is busy for a reason Because they actually do good work, honest, sticks right with it, to find the issue you may be having with your vehicle Now, I don't know about the service He, She, They or Them received, I'm saying they treated me right and did a great job at a reasonable cost. Last thing I do is play games with Tricksters and this place is Legit. Give em a call if your car gets a little cranky sounding

This is my first place to go in Richmond for car repairs. The owner knows his stuff, and he is honest. He and his employees are knowledgeable and timing is always accurate.

Zach and company are probably the best mechanics I have ever worked with. They are up front and give estimates quickly. The prices are more than fair in almost every case I have encountered, and the work is spot on. 100% my recommendation to anyone. Very great service!

Told me 1200$ for my front struts, also needed an intake issue fixed and a few other things. It would be around 2000$ for everything plus the struts and when I picked it up the bill was HUNDREDS less than expected. They took time and searched a over for less expensive parts and lowered my bill a LOT. Have been there multiple times and they always have great customer service. They have really good labor costs and do everything they can to save you money on parts.Services: Electrical repair, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

Best experience I ve ever had with a mechanic! They took the time to explain the issues and kept me updated on repairs. They worked quickly and had me back in my car in no time! Owner is seriously one of the nicest people I ve ever met, he gave me a ride from his shop and even picked me up when my car was ready. Good people that actually care about their customers!

Amazing as always Zack changed our tires and said how cute Carmen our grand daughter is and came out with a little pink bunny hes so sweet if you need anything done to your vehicle Zach and his crew are the way to go always

Ive never been cared for so quickly & effectively in an auto shop (traveled coast 2 coast & visited multiple here in Richmond)! I left feeling more informed & felt safe to get back on the road! I feel that they took advantage of us! I called and told the owner I had the parts to put a fuel pump in my 2000 Chevy truck but, I couldn't physically do the job. I told them I didn't have much money and he said they would do the job for $200 and that he had done hundreds of these fuel pumps. I said great and hauled the truck to them. After a few days the service writer calls and says I need new fuel lines, new fuel tank straps, fuel filter and some fittings, that they were rusted. The price was going up to around $500 but, no more than $700 and I had also asked if they could install the oil dipstick tube. I had that part as well. I agree to the max of 700 bucks and he said they should have it fixed that day. Several days go by and I call to see what's going on and they tell me the truck is done and the bill was over $1200!!!!! That blew me away!!! I asked what in the world happened to the $700 max the service writer said that was just what the price was! So, I asked to speak with the owner(Zach) he was to call me that day and nope. He never called so, I called him the next day. He said "sorry, things just got away from us" !! I asked why would they not call to let me know the price went over the $700 max that was told to me the 2nd time??So, Zach Smith tells me $200 which got me in the door, his service writer calls me and got me to agree to $500 more at most then they say the bill is over $1200 and I had to pay it if I wanted my truck back! Completely took advantage of me!! I had heard they were great people through Facebook but, I don't feel like they treated me fairly!! I will say, I'm glad my truck is fixed and the fuel pump is in and working. It seems like they did good work but, overcharged me by only about a thousand dollars!! They knew I was really upset about this and all they could say is "sorry, it got away from us".

It was near closing time and I desperately needed to replace a tire on a wheel that I brought. Instead of turning me away, they squeezed me in their busy schedule. I will be forever grateful for their act of kindness and will return again for any more of my automotive needs.

OMG I have never met a more capable and honest mechanic in my life. The owner is completely amazing and it trickles down to the great mechanics he employs! I have had my car repaired and serviced here several times. My mother chooses to drive an hour from her home to come here due to the excellent customer care and affordable prices. All of my adult children also rely on this place for their vehicles including cars, trucks, and suvs. I have never been as pleased with my car service anywhere else. The owner personally took me to work in order to fix my car since I work the same hours as the shop..a short time later returning the car to my place of employment for me to drive home. The prices are amazing with a breakdown for everything. The speed of repair unlike anything I've seen. I cannot express enough just how much relief I feel anytime I have an issue just because I know Knucklebusters has me covered. I definitely recommend this place and would never take my vehicles anywhere else!

I hit an object on I-70 while driving through Indiana, which punctured my oil pan and caused a rapid oil leak. A hasty Google search (while my warning indicators were going ballistic) brought up Knuckle Busters as the nearest garage. The service was exceptional. Zach, the owner, ordered a new oil pan, which was delivered the following day. The replacement was quickly done & I made it back home that night. The price was very reasonable. The garage provided me transportation to and from my hotel. I was very fortunate to choose Knuckle Busters. If I lived in Richmond IN, I would use this garage for all my vehicle services.

My wife and I have been using Knuckle Busters since before they were Knuckle Busters and I have nothing but the highest regard for them! Prices are very reasonable and the work is superb. He can also beat most local places on brand new tire prices!

I've taken my 2004 van to Knuckle Busters twice now and Zach the owner has always been great on getting my vehicle fixed and he is patient to take the times to answer all my questions and he let me know what it didn't need whoch saved me money for which I am grateful. I highly recommend Knuckle Busters.

This place saved my life!! Tire blew out on my car and these guys fixed it for free so I could get back to new castle in time to be able to get my son from school!! Thanks again to the men and knuckle busters!! Yall are great keep up the amazing hard work!! It doesn't go unnoticed!!

I went to get one tire replaced ($50 for men (had my BF call for quote) $55 for women) and the lady in front of me was charged for front drum brakes so if that doesn t tell you what is going behind the scenes I don t know what to say.
