This place has exceeds my expectations. They are fast and friendly. Travis seems to have this shop running well. I trust that the works is done right when I go there. I get my oil changed and tires rotated on the same visit, and never have to leave my car. If you want a place you can trust then this would be the location for you!!

I came in after my oil light came on during a long drive, and the staff here were super helpful! They quickly took a look at my car, saw that my oil was low even though i wasn t due for an oil change, and topped it off for free! Friendly and efficient service!

Incredible staff, top tier management, flawless work.Despite my being indecisive about what work I wanted done, and being hesitant to spend money, these guys we amazing. Fantastic communication, willingness to work with their customers, thorough work. AND they keep the customers best interests in mind. They go the extra mile to ensure you get the best price option.And even though it saddens me to spend that much money on car repairs, they were more than reasonable on all costs!10 out of 10. Will recommend.Also, I will continue to drive over an hour, passing countless other Jiffy Lube locations to return to these guys.

The main guy in charge, initials CG is awesome! Super friendly and would go back just because of his professionalism. His tech that was doing the oil change was nice and quick too!

Jiffy lube in Richmond is the ONLY place I take any vehicle to for an oil change, tire filled with air, wiper blades, anything I can go there for I do. It s quick, the guys are super nice and helpful & im always a satisfied client. Love this place n

I have been to several Jiffy Lubes and always got great service. Today's was no exception and the servicemen were especially friendly. I always appreciate good banter and caring workers, makes me feel like family and that helps me feel like the work they did is trustworthy.

The staff was very nice and thorough. They talked to me like I was a respected friend, not just someone to get money from. They were professional but still had a sense of humor and joked some about my vehicle. I would definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube!

Very courteous and prompt in changing my oil and checking engine, fluids, and tire pressure. Very good experience. Highly recommend this Jiffy Lube.

These guys are fantastic! They always are happy to check my tire pressures and fluids even if I don t need an oil change. Plus last time I was there for an oil change, they even washed my windows! Amazing service, amazing people!

I would recommend them 100%! They listened to my concerns and reassured me that they would not let me down! Being a woman going into any kind of car shop or anything to do with vehicles it s always worrisome they will want to tack on a bunch of things to my bill and that did not happen! You guys are awesome!

$91 to change conventional oil seems a little high. I did ask if they had an online coupon I could look up and he said he would hook me up. No coupon..staff was awesome tho,Everyone seemed to know what their job was and did it

The general manager CG I think was his name went above and beyond and helped me fix my windshield washer fluid clip .. went to oreilys and found the part I needed and fixed it for me!! Excellent service!

While traveling over the holiday weekend my car decided to break down... thankful to God that I broke down where I did (Richmond In) and thankful to the amazing team at Jiffy Lube for getting me back on the road. I.was from out of town and picked up a piece of steel in my tiire!! It was only drivable for a very short distance and I ended up at Jiffy Lube! I had no idea they did tires too!! They went out of their way and provided exceptional customer service and were very kind and professional!! I m so thankful I stumbled upon them!!

Very professional, quick and efficient.Knowledgeable and also willing to engage with the customer. Would recommend removing Vacuuming from the sign on the counter that lists provided services. That was not done on my last 2 visits and the receipt actually reflects that as N/A . Gives the wrong impression to customers and potential customers.Services: Tires, Oil change
