This dealership sells dangerous unroadworthy vehicles on a regular basis to its customers. The owner is highly dishonest and deceptive in his business conduct. Please take my advice and go elsewhere Richmond and surrounding areas. They should be forced to remove the name Integrity from their business name.Don't get taken look elsewhere.

On my second car from this amazing business. I love everyone that works here. Neither of the cars I have got have failed me. I traded in my first car for another and was given an amazing offer. And after I pay this new one off I will be coming back for a truck! Cheap weekly payments. Cars in almost new condition. Very friendly staff. Treats you like family. I could stay there for hours talking to anyone that works there. It's also a mechanic shop! So if anything does go wrong you can take it to the same place and they will look everything over. Never had a bad experience. Going on 1 year and 6 months! I recommend them to everyone! Thank you Integrity! Keep up the amazing work!!

If I could give a negative star rating I would do yourself a favor and find another dealer this guy shouldn't even have a dealer's license. You can hire an SEO firm to fluff up your ratings but the real story is this is an ongoing scam in the community.

Good people, good cars and decent prices. Mechanics are good too. It's a buy here/pay here place so your credit is neither used to determine payments nor improve by making them. Gotta say I've been with them for about a year now and really appreciate how helpful they are. My little one loves to visit them on payment day too.

This car lot is great! The employees are very nice and helpful! I bought a car here about a week ago. They have nice cars and in good shape. I recommend everybody go to this car lot! It's a buy here pay here and they will treat you good!

Decent honest car dealership. Bought a used trailblazer from them, they were flexible with me and always friendly. Their garage does good work on repairs and is very reasonable on price.

A great car lot to buy, sale or trade your car. Also has a full service garage.This is also a Buy Here Pay Here car lot.With this car lot and probably some of the others, the people that have something bad to say, are the ones that didn't pay their car payments or wanted stuff always given to them.Dave, the owner, always tries to work with people and helps as much as he can.

Not my first car there in April haven't had one issue with it they work with you they're courteous people you can go weekly and pay it by weekly or monthly to pay your bill and if you use a credit card you don't even have to go in and call your credit card over the phone they're honest about their cars that don't sell junk up there unlike D & J Auto I was getting a car from D&J for 5 years and I ended up having to keep going back for a different car because every car they sold me was junk I'm over them but Integrity Motors they have integrity in they do not sell drunk check them out for your next car need

Watch out he sale cars with Cadillac convertors cut off , which is illegal . An will not put one on or give ur money back. An dose not comply with lemon law either. He told i an my husband he was an honest man . Well the good lord above knows different. The lady in the office is very kind an sweet thow , God bless you

This place sells junk cars and will try to take them back if you have trouble making a car payment AND a repair payment. When told that I was having trouble paying it off because I barely had money to pay replacement parts cost the owner, Dave, told me to get a 2nd or 3rd job. Had a car with wiring problems, ABS problems, and engine problems that they told me was just an o2 sensor when it was a EGR code. Once I paid the car off they were really rude when I told them I didn't have the car anymore and needed my title for my new car. They refused to send it to me in the mail claiming they couldn't send keys in the mail (that was a lie also didn't tell me they had a 3rd set of keys for the car). Do not buy cars from here. I only did it because I was in a bind and needed a newer car. You will pay more in repairs than the car is worth.

Put me in a car. Not even 2 weeks later the transmission goes out. After 3 weeks of paying on it and not being able to drive it he finally puts me in another carI drove it for a while now the transmission is going out on it. He wants me.to put the car I'm in now as a down payment plus some cash to put me in another vehicle.Do not go to this guy.

Crook, sold me a vehicle with nonworking seatbelts, wouldn't fix them. This nonintegrity having man talked about the bible and church the whole time he was robbing me.

Bought antifreeze and put it in one of his trucks to test drive it I was supposed to get reimbursed but since I did not buy the truck because it had too many issues he did not reimburse me.

It took a hour for a used tire and I was the first customer of the day. $40 for a used tire put on the car. A little to expensive and to long of a wait.
