I appreciate the great work your team has put in for the Explorer I just got. Shout out to Jordan and Ron! I know that when I need something in the future, there's really no other choice for me. Jordan Ray and Justin took Xcellent Care of my 69 Chevelle. While traveling from Virginia. l stopped in this town for a pit stop. "Fortunately", the ball joint bolt came loose as l was parking at the gas station lot. I called Hawkins Speed Shop as Jordan was walking out at closing. Jordan said he would stay if l could get the car down to him. A tow was ordered and arrived within a few minutes. We made a trip to Autozone with the supplied part number from Global West . Returned to the Shop only 2 find the part was a bit too large. Another call was made to O'Reilly's and off we went. Only to find the store that had it was in Connersville. Called them and their location closes at 9pm. They put it on Hawkins account and would hide it outside so we could pick it up. It was a 20 drive there. Picked it up and dashed back to the Shop for the install. THESE GUYS WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND...5 STARS...

We got a Penske rental through Hawkins and they were outstanding. We encountered an issue where the original truck was not tall enough for what we needed to transport. They got us in a different truck ASAP knowing that we had the item we needed to transport on the back of a flat bed tow truck ready to load. Their customer service was phenomenal and they were very kind and helpful. Go see Hawkins!

The guys at Hawkins are great, totally fixed up my dodge ram the mechanics there do a great job like it was their own vehicle. Anytime I want to add aftermarket upgrades to my truck I always go to Hawkins!

Fantastic shop with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Whether you want to add some power, pick up an accessory or build a whole new engine for you performance vehicle this is the place to go. You wont be disappointed.
