Great place reasonable honest trustworthy and will tell you when something isn't necessary instead of running up a big bill (Best in Richmond ) and for alignments they already are the place most garages take their customers cars to for alignments so save yourself some money and eliminate the middle man take the vehicles straight to them instead.

Well I went to have my vehicle checked out because I had no heat discovered that I had a bad heater core mechanic was very professional in letting me know what was wrong with it and how the problem could be solved it didn't take but a short time recommend their service to everyone.

Very rude and unhelpful, if you re a superior-auto buyer they immediately turn you down no questions answered and don t even tell you to have a good day!! Snappy service sure the work is just the same.. terrible place 0 stars wasn t an option!!!

Reasonably priced. Very experienced and knowledgeable. Have worked on my F150 and Honda Fit. Will be using them again for jobs that are too much for this YouTube certified mechanic.

I will not take my vehicle to any other mechanic shop. I fully trust these guys with my vehicle. Never had an issue or have a pop up issue after a service. Highly recommend.

I don't understand one of the other reviews. This wonderful shop has helped my elderly mother-in-law MANY times with her automotive needs. They have gone out of their way to travel to her home to pick up her car for service, to charge her battery, to help her by explaining car features, and to help her with body work. Just this week she sold her car to me, and the car needed to be put on a cross country carrier. This shop picked up the car from her home, charged the battery, and stored it on their lot to await the carrier. They refused to charge her for any of this! I am so happy to have a place like this with honest people taking care of my elderly mother-in-law!

Bill Haager couldn t have been more friendly. This person was kind enough to stop and ask if I needed any help when my truck with camper attached was on the side of the road with an alternator problem. Even with his two daughters with him on a school night he got my truck and camper to their shop that night and even offered me a ride home 1.5 hrs away. The shop got me fixed up the following day.It s very refreshing to know there are people like Bill and his family to help someone in need. You guys turned a stressful event into something that wasn t that unpleasant. Thank you very much.If you guys weren t so far away I d use you for all my mechanical needs!

This is the place that a lot of auto body shops in town use for alignments. We have had them do several for us over the years, and they have always done a great job. Would recommend, and we will go back again.

Great car repair shop able to handle most jobs except exhaust system and some electronics. But if they can't fix a problem will point you in the right direction. Work is reasonably priced. Friendly staff.

400$ for water pump ($30) retail and hoses! Assuming they had to pull the bed that would justify the $250 price for the water pump, I doubt that is the case. They convinced my senior parents they needed to replace the hoses as well at $150.00. What kind of hoses cost 100$? I'm an engineer by trade and will not be having vehicle serviced here, ever. They took advantage of my parents and I'm not happy about it.

Wife ran over 3 in. bolt middle of tire, dead center all the way in, Jimmy said bring it in, had me plugged and oil change in 45 min, on a Friday at 3. Great service, thank you.

these are the most friendliest guys you'll ever meet at a garage thank you for your quick service and job well done I really appreciate it when I broke down on my way from New York to Phoenix Arizona. Sorry the most I can give you is five stars I would give you 10 if I could.

When i had my front end parts replaced i took my 1996 GMC SIERRA 1500 to Jim Hagar for alignment. After the alignment my truck did not want to turn full circle without tires scrubbing the pavement. Jim looked into it,scratching his head as to what may be wrong. After I could bring the truck back he went thru it through and through again. He found the problem (i reinstalled the drag link 180� off). I'DA NEVER THUNK IT! THANKS JIM,YOUR A LIFESAVER!
