This past weekend (2/17/2024) I had an emergent situation arise as I was visiting Richmond from Kettering, Ohio. I was an hour away from home and my car was stopped on the side of 40 about .2 miles from Firestone. I could literally see the building from where I was sitting. Their team went above and beyond in 3 different ways during the day to get my car fixed and me back on the road to home. Jeff, Gary and Team treated me with kindness and respect and the situation was more peaceful than it could have been. I am grateful for this team and their support during this emergency situation! We need more teams like yours out there these days!

Came today to have new tires put on. I ordered tires from Simple Tire and had them shipped to this store. Friendly service. They did a thorough job making sure everything was good. No complaints

Go somewhere else. Bead sealant all over my car damaged the rim of a tire they were not working on.Left my windows down in heavy down poor & said well were not actually allowed to mess with your stuff. Damaged the rim they were supposed too work on and.... just had alignment done at Tom Wood Subaru with the new tires & now my steering wheel is turned to the left while driving. It was great before this visit.Along with I was eating at chili's and I pretty sure I saw them joyriding in my car for a tire patch.If you like you car or it's worth over 30K take it somewhere else John Wadsworth. Very mad

Called them today(Saturday) at 1pm asking to get two tires I already had mounted and balanced. They got me in at 2pm SAME DAY and had me in and out with what I asked and a full inspection by 245pm. Awesome staff, great service. Will definitely use again and recommend.Service: TiresService: Tires

Gary and the team where extremely helpful and efficient. We were in and out in about 20 minutes with a thorough explanation of what was done to remedy the issue. We'll continue to be Firestone customers!

The crew at this Firestone location helped us with a bad starter in my sons Tahoe while traveling back to AZ. They got the part and installed it super fast for us at a reasonable charge. Didn t have to ask for military discount, they saw my son is a marine. Thank you guys so much for the great service!

While having a major issue with my car , timing belt broke and destroyed the engine.. Jeff was super helpful on the phone. They did a quick diagnostic test without charging me and was very patient with me until I could figure out the next step with my car. Thanks FireStone Team!

I cant find a good mechanic in Eaton, Ohio, so I go here. They will tell you everything that is wrong with your car, but they will not try to rip you off. They do good work and offer you a discount if you get their credit card, which is very convenient. You may find a "cheaper" local mechanic, but sometimes you get what you pay for. I have taken several cars here over a period of time and have never had an issue. I honestly think they deserve a higher rating.

Took my truck in for a misfire on cylinder 7. I waited for an hour to be told that I needed a coilpack for cylinder 7 and cylinder 3. I stated that if cylinder 3 coil pack was bad, why wouldn't I have a misfire on cylinder 3? Also, I was told they didn't know, but it was bad funny part . Before I took the truck in, I switched the coil pack on cylinder 1 with the coil pack on cylinder 7 so at this point I told the guy at the service counter this to which he had no response. So I told him to go ahead and put the 2 new coil packs on waited another hour and a half to be told that didn't fix the problem and that the spark plug was bad on cylinder 7 so waited another 45 minutes and the misfire was fixed and total cost was over $700. Absolute, poor work I would not recommend them for anything other than tire repair or replacement and brakes.

Wish I could give no stars. Took 3 of our Chev vehicles to get alignment and they couldn t do it because they claim upper and lower ball joints and inner and outer tie rod ends need replaced . We ve taken the same vehicles to a Firestone in Florida, where we lived prior and never once had any issues. Yet we took the vehicles to a very reputable tire/alignment place here locally after leaving Firestone and they were able to align with no problems. Also, found out that Firestone left upper A arms loose, twice. One of the vehicles my dad replaced all parts brand new, took it back and they claimed the ball joint was improperly installed when the my dad brought the whole complete arm brand new from Napa. This place is a joke and their mechanics are ill-trained. Obviously not very knowledgeable. Don t go here!

Dropped the car off right at 11, was told 1-2 hours. Show back up after 2:30, they call as we re in the parking lot about an alignment. Just bought 4 new tires, makes sense. They say another 30-35 minutes. Go back in after 3:30, they are now saying the tire pressure light won t go off and it ll be another 35-40 minutes. People do have things to do, what was 2-3 hours tops is going to be over 5 hours minimum. Needless to say they have no care on customer service or no actual time constraints for people to get things done.

The absence of Mansplaining was wonderful. They respected my time and money. I have a high mileage hatchback that is particularly frustrating to work on. I took it in for a coolant flush, but my hoses weren't having it. Everything was completed by the estimated time--even after parts had to be ordered.Firestone offers a good price on labor and parts (I price checked the parts in the lobby at cost), and are also very upfront about the end cost, beforehand. My car runs like it did 100k ago.No surprises.Quality work.Definitely recommend.

do not go here. It doesn t matter what they quote you on the phone, you will leave there paying hundreds more. All for a mediocre job. Don t waste your money.Service: Brake service & repairService: Brake service & repair

I had a tire on my car leaking air and it was almost flat. I had a 500 mile trip home today. I pulled in and the manager repaired it right away. It was a screw that caused the leak. He repaired it at a reasonable cost.

Terrible experience last weekend. My problem wasn't solved. My vehicle never had a diagnostic while it was there all weekend. I told them that it sounded like a right front bearing was humming. They replaced it without a diagnostic, then broke an ABS sensor. I found out about the sensor when I left and the humming was just as bad as when I dropped it off. I paid over $600 and waited 2 more days for them to fix the sensor. (No extra charge for the sensor). I was told that the vehicle never had a diagnostic test on it. They just replaced a bearing because I told them what it sounded like, but that didn't fix my problem. Now they are offering a free diagnostic because my other bearing might also be bad. How do I know that the bearing that was replaced was bad? There's plenty more to this story of unprofessionalism that I don't have time to type out.

Had the worst experience here. My vehicle was in the shop for 2.5 hours with an appointment. When I asked how much longer it would be, two employees got defensive and went out of their way to make my experience bad. I would highly discourage spending your hard earned money here. Corporate was kind enough to refund my lifetime alignment that I purchased since I don't plan on going back for service in the future.

As of right now I'm still dealing with a nightmare because of this place and hoping that here soon I will wake up from it. I am not going to go and to 100% in detail as of now. I am still in the process of trying to give them the chance to make a right, But that being said My patience is running short. As of this time tomorrow if I am still living in this nightmare with them I will be posting my whole story that way everybody is aware of what to expect. But I must add that they have a great lady at the front desk and for her sake I hope that they fix this problem, because if they don't then somebody else deserves her to be an employee not Firestone. Her name is Megan and she has been the only one So far the has any kind of customer service skills.

Went here on black Friday to get 4 new tires and an alignment done on my car. The staff were nice. However after I left I noticed a rubbing noise and a lot of vibration while driving. Took it back that day. They said my fender had came loose from the slot it slid into. So they put two screws in to hold it in place. They also told me that they torqued the lug nuts 3 times. Well when the guy brought my car to me he proceeded to tell me that I had 2 lug nuts that had been loose on my front driver side that caused the vibration. Well here it is a week later and my car started making noise again, this time in the back on the driver side. Well I had another mechanic look at it this time and come to find out there were 2 lug nuts loose on my back driver side tire. These people at Firestone need to learn how to torque the lug nuts properly. I have never had a problem with my lug nuts not being torqued right anywhere else I have gone. Make sure you check your lug nuts if you get work done here!

Had a blow out on the highway and was in need of a tire. They did not do roadside assistance but they did give me the number to a tow company who got me there. They were busy when we arrived but they were able to work us in and got us back on the road. Guy at the front counter was really funny too

This company is the worst. They admitted to messing up 900 worth of damage in my car. Said they fixed it, but then quote 3000 of stuff that needed fixed. Took it to another shop and brought it home. The tire manager was disrespectful and cut me off when I tried to talk to her. NEVER take your vehicle there if you are expecting good service.
