If I could give a 0 star I would. First time the truck went in it took over 2 weeks after he told me it would take 3 days. 2 days after i got it back it was acting up again, it took almost a month to get back in, a week after that I got the truck back and having issues again, this will be the third time having to take it back to him.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Had our 2001 Dodge Ram transmission replaced. Davis Transmission did fix the problem above and beyond what had to be done. With no additional cost. We would take our business to them again. Job well done.

Very Professional. On 9/29/2015, I was traveling from MD to Oregon, and 375 miles into my tripmy transmission went out, at 8pm an a Saturday evening. Yikes. On Sunday morningI contacted all open car-centers in downtown asking advice on who could help me.One name kept coming up: Randy Davis Transmission. I was back on the roadTuesday afternoon, Transmission re-built, and at a very fair price. After 7 months my 2003Dodge with 177k miles is still hummin along just fine. Straight forward & Honest!Thanks guys, you made a really tough situation a lot easier. If you're ever in Eugene, I'm buyin!

So much for being friendly and helpful. I was stranded in Richmond, IN on my way back to Wichita, KS. I was referred to him by AAA that was going to tow my car and when I called there, I was outright refused any help. He told me to go elsewhere as he did not like to work on cars for people "from out of town." Very unprofessional.

Bob was as helpful as he could be. They helped me out of a tough situation as I was traveling cross country. He's super knowledge and not out to make a quick buck like many in the same situation would have. Five stars definitely!

I just had my Yukon transmission rebuilt and they were nothing but great .With my work hrs I was able to drop off after hrs and even stayed little past close so we could get there to pay for it .Was a very fast turn around I stoped off after hrs on a Thursday and had it done Tuesday morning .Will have them work on my stuff again
