All of the staff were extremely helpful! Bobby reached nearly immediately after my inquiry on the new vehicle and was with me throughout the entire process. The financing staff made everything quick and painless. I ll definitely be back when it s time for another new vehicle.

Josh listened to what I wanted And showed me the Nissan Rogue I appsolutly love it. Josh and the team made the numbers that worked for me work out. I didn't make it easy either. Josh has a great personality and cared about what car I wanted and could afford. The whole team has a respectful and beautiful attitude. Thank you for my new 2023 Nissan Rogue I love the color

It was easy to schedule an appointment and the scheduler even did the contacting the service department staff in order to work with me on setting up the appointment. The day of my appointment, I didn't have to wait for the service department to take my care in and do the work. I didn't have to wait long for the work to be completed and it was a reasonable price.

Seth is wonderful to work with. He took the time to explain everything that was needed as well as help me with getting the tires that my husband requested. I couldn't recommend Cronin service enough. They are great people

Lance was very courteous and professional. He was helpful through the entire process. I originally went with my mind set on a certain model, but decided it was too compact for my liking. Lance helped go through options within my budget and I am very pleased with my 2023 Nissan Rogue SV.

My experience with purchasing a car for the first time in many years was absolutely flawless! I spoke with Lance Faught, and he had already had a 2019 Nissan Kicks pulled up for me to look at and test drive when I arrived. I fell in love quickly, Lance and a manager helped explain some things, and we discussed financing. That part didn t take long, and I got to leave that night with my car! I really couldn t be happier with their customer service!

Buying a car is not all that much fun and it takes way too long. But, if you go here, ask for Drew. He made it more tolerable and he s a nice guy.

Bought a Used 2014 dodge dart GT at 92k miles Oct. 2023 by February 2024 95.3k the car will randomly not start and you ll be left with out a car for a day or two till it decides to start, car has a bad passenger strut but they try to say it s a motor mount stay away from here

We had a great experience. This is my daughter's first car purchase. They were up front and honest the whole time, through some minor hiccups. Lance and Olivia were great to work with. We paid a bit more than we wanted but received an exceptional vehicle. Overall a great value.

4th car I've bought here and Lance Faught made it an easy and painless experience, great customer service and very understanding and accommodating to my needs and what i was looking for in a car. He was very helpful and made everything easy as you could possibly ask for when buying a new car. Cronin is my go to whenever I am looking for a new car for this reason.

Juan was great, very attentive and knowledgeable about the vehicles and their options. He was sure to make sure I understood all of the bells and whistles. We always have great service at Cronin and that is why this was our 5th vehicle purchase from them.

Kaleb Kincaid was the best. He answered every question, very knowledgeable, above and beyond. Was country trust worthy. We've been Chevy and Ram but with all the safty features Kaleb went thru, all the warranties. We were sold on our first Toyota Tundra. We were there to look but Kaleb sold us...everyone in Cronin went above and beyond for us..thank you so much...we love it and knowing our grandkids will be safe is the biggest piece of mind.

Brandon was our sales person and he was great. We had walked into the showroom; joked about trading in our car. Brandon showed us a couple of Nissans that were in the showroom. Next thing we knew, Bob and I were buying a car. Brandon was well informed on the vehicle and answered all our questions that we had. He was easy going with us.Mike in finance was a big help also.

Drew Duncan was a pleasure to work with and a great salesman. When my payments wasn't exactly where I wanted them to be he contacted me once the vehicle went on sale and I was able to purchase it. He is very knowledgeable. The only reason I would not come to your service dept is because I live so far away.
