Went over to Christopher's this morning with a friend who has had work done there in the past. His rates are very competitive. I need a a heater core installed and I have the part myself but I need the car towed over there so it's going to be there for at least a week before it can get worked on. But so far everything is great and I will come back to write another review to follow up

Moving from Missouri to Maine. My car started rattling. Running good but rattling. These great guys diagnosed it as a loose screw on the heat shield, fixed it for $30. These guys were awesome to us just passing through. I am sure they would great to you too. Thank you so much for help and making our trip great.

Hi. Must thank Patrick from the bottom of my heart . My 87 Toyota motor home broke down in Richmond. 1st garage said it needed an entire new motor. Was recommended to take it to Christopher's. AM I happy I did!!! Honest, good, mechanics! The motor just needed some new parts. This is my home basically and they fixed it for a fraction and I mean fraction of the other place. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

Was in town for work and my fuel pump went out. They got me towed and checked everything out and had me back on the road in no time for a reasonable cost. Even gave me a ride to get my rental car for the day. Thanks guys

This place is a DISASTER! Not only is the front desk person Joe always DRUNK, they all OPENLY admitted to NOT test driving a vehicle after fixing coolant issues. Had they test drove my vehicle they would have known my brakes were metal on metal. They let me drive off the lot with my kids in the car. Very unsafe. We paid $222 and they waived a month of storage fees. I believe they only did that because I was back in the next day with metal on metal brakes. When Joe gave us the estimate of $450 the day after I paid them $222 just blew my mind. Not only that but I don't feel this issue was our fault. So I asked who they were insured through or if we could talk to the owner over the phone. Joe hung up on us after being hostile. The next day we went to retrieve our vehicle and my husband felt something was off. Needless to say we have evidence of Joe trying to fist fight my husband while drunk on the job at 1pm. My husband never provoked a fight or even an argument. Later on we talked to the "owner" who wouldn't own up to anything that happened. We contacted Richmond Police Department to file a report with evidence that this happened and their response was take it up with the owner. I told them I did. And asked if disorderly conduct or public intoxication was a thing and they said no and hung up on me. So I went further than rpd. But I wanted to make everyone aware of how bad they went down hill since the original owner passed.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Transmission replacement, Brakes, Auto maintenance, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

Horrible experience. Had car towed there for tire, rim issue. Called two days latter said they ordered part,it would arrived three days from my call and would be fixed the next day. On day SIX of having my car, I called to see if it was fixed and then said they were still trying to find the part to fix it. So they LIED to me about my car when I called them the first time. Called my local Honda dealership and they said the could get me the same part for the next day. They NEVER told me on my first call that my car would be okay with the spare only, which they did put on. They would never call me ,had to call them. This place is unreliable and they are LIARS. I would Never recommend this place to anyone.

These guys were awesome. Needed to have a stripped oil pan plug changed. The squeezed me in and had it done in 15 minutes. Great service and great price.

Christopher's has always been a trust worthy auto garage. My family has been having our repair and service done there since the 90s. Ron always tells it to you straight and doesn't waste your money. He's done everything from engine swaps to fuel pumps for us and we have always been satisfied. I live an hour away now, and its still worth the trip to have him repair my vehicles.

Did a great job with a tow this morning. Driver was kind and friendly. Hooked it up quickly and was cautious about not scraping my rear bumper as my car sits low. Called once he dropped it off as well.

Fixed my truck and was very fast and fair. The wrecker drive even. Took me to the hospital because my wife was going into labor. They make you feel like family, not like a ATM.

Always have a good experience with Christopher's trouble shoots the cause of the problem not just replace parts. He'll notify us about the cost and has been more than far.

Very responsive! We broke down on a vacation. We called Christopher's around 8:00 p.m. because they had 24 hour service. Mark was there and towed our vehicle within 45 minutes. They had the alternator replaced and returned to us before we had to check out of our hotel. The pricing was totally inline. What really stood out was how personable Mark was and how communicative and professional everyone was. We can't thank them enough for getting us back on the road.

I got stuck off the shoulder on highway 35 and called a few towing places. Most places was closed except for two, pardo and Christopher's. Pardos wanted 150 to start, so I told him I would call someone else to check prices, and he hung up; I couldn't find any place open it was only 6 am, so I called parados back, and he told me I was ridiculous and hung up on me, then refused to answer. Luckily I found Christopher's, he came quickly and had us out within a minute!! Thanks Christophers plus he only charged me 75 so haha pardo s!!!!!

My wife and I had a tire blowout, on our trailer while traveling to Dayton. The driver they sent out was very friendly and gave us great service in getting us to our destination.

a miserable experience. A truck came that was only 30 minutes late. The driver said that he would need to bring a bigger truck and would be back in 30 minutes. After not seeing them or hearing from them for over an hour, I called AAA who had originally sent them. AAA said that the company told them the job was done. NEVER would I call them for anything except if I needed a big dose of stupidity.

If you ever breakdown while travelling the place to be is Richmond IN. this happened to my boyfriend and me while travelling in our 35' RV, the engine overheated and AAA sent their truck to tow us. the 2 young men were cheerful and took charge of the situation which was stressful for me, they towed us to christopher's auto repair, where we spent a week getting the Rv repaired (damage was extensive ) Well, I thought, this is the end of our vacation. but it was only the beginning.. The Christophers and the crew knew we were upset at being delayed. They treated us like guests and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable, Ron Christopher and his wife Ronda had us over to their house for a family dinner, Ronda took me sightseeing around Richmond and the beautiful countryside, at the end of it all they took us out to dinner. I can honestly say that the unexpected breakdown was the best part of our trip, I have never met such hospitality while travelling. I raise my glass to you Ron and Ronda, friends for life. Thank you

Driver was amazing, got my daughters broken down car where it needed to be with no issues, super polite even when I found out my kid jipped me out of $300 to pay for a car she really got for free, it was awkward for all.

I just moved to the area and having car trouble away from home is stressful. Living alone I had no one to help me drop my vehicle off but they provided me a ride to and from their shop. They let me know what was going on every step of the way and even called my mechanic from home. I could not of been treated better! If you are having car trouble I wouldn't recommend anywhere else!!
