Camping World is an amazing experience. Everyone from my sales person to the financial advisor were helpful and pleasant. The service department and even the clerks in the store gave my advice and guidance. This was one of the most enjoyable purchases I have ever made. Thanks Camping World for being so awesome!

Worst after sales experience I ve ever had. After they get your money they re done with you. You d be lucky to talk to your salesman again unless you just ran into him. Service dept is a joke and make nothing but excuses. First and only time I d ever buy from them. Wish I saw the FB group camping world sucks before I made the jump

My wife and I drove 600 miles to buy the atlas rv we liked and I would do it again.Our salesman Barry and the general manager Jim made this a pleasant experience. Everyone there is so nice and helpful. Check them out.

We were traveling on Eastermorning and needed to empty our black tank. Camping World was closed but still welcomed us to dump our tank. They were very helpful and friendly. Thank you Camping World !!!!!!!

This place is amazing! Took our camper there to have someone look at the weight distribution hitch because my truck was squatting. They had Glenn look at and he found it was set up two inches low from the CW in NH. He adjusted it and they didn t charge anything! Pulls so much better now and is way safer! Plus they printed a bill of sale for us from NH to get our plates. Went well above and beyond for us!

We had a really good experience purchasing our Travel trailer from Camping World of Richmond! Bryant Hilbert was our salesman & he helped us every step of the way, from the first phone call inquiring about a specific Camper. We were able to come pick out exactly which model we wanted & leave with it same day!

I don t understand why this Barry Burdette decided to go out of his way to speak for the entire company in Facebook group for no productive reason. I understand the whole two sides of every store deal, and most don t know the actual truth of these situations and experiences people have had with this company. Either way I don t see how going into a Facebook group, that is obviously just made to talk negative about the company, just to stir up drama is a good idea. If a Facebook group was made for people to share their experiences with a company, true stories or not, I m not sure how you would consider going into it to instigate arguments with no productive reasons what so ever. I get he works for your company and cares, that s awesome. Yet going on social media to blame the same customers that fill your paychecks doesn t make sense to me.I understand everyone should be professional, but it s the job of the employee to always be professional even when customers aren t.This was completely inappropriate situation that unfortunately is still escalating because the employee, Barry Burdette, thinks it s appropriate to continually comment speaking on the company s behalf to tell everyone that the customers are ignorant and he is knowledgeable.Please ask your employee to stop engaging in these groups trying to FORCE people to share his same option. If this is how your company operates I m not surprised in the slightest that that Facebook group has so many members.Also I think the too close to retirement to care was such a cherry on the top. Glad to know your employees are so passionate!

THE POWER OF AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICEWe have a small SUV and have never bought a RV before due to limited weight I could tow campers are very hard to find. We live in NC started searching and found one in Richmond little did I know when I got a call it wasn t from Richmond VA, but Richmond,IN. They were great sent a video of a camper and followed up. I called a Camping world closer to me and they understood completely. Spent a week working with them only to have been lied to about the readiness of the camper availability. I decided then to call Richmond Indiana Camping world back Dillion, Thomas, Jordan, Glenn, Jim, and so many other amazing people that I do not know their names were beyond amazing! They treated us like family from day 1 and we drove 7 hours to get our camper in person they exceeded our expectations when we upgrade to a larger camper we will be driving back to Richmond,IN! My 10 year old said his favorite part of the trip was meeting Dillion and everyone else at Camping World!

I have been happy with their service up to now, I called today about bringing my camper in for winter storage. Was advised that they could not provide that this year because of remodeling. Not happy that they couldn't contact their customers to let them know that there would be no storage this year, since remodeling. Now I have to find another place or keep my camper at my home.

The service department in Richmond, Indiana has been great to work with. We bought our camper at Camping World in Nashville Tennessee and while they were not really willing to help much with the auto leveling system that was not working when we purchased the camper Richmond went above and beyond and got us working. Beth was great to work with and kept us updated on the progress.

Constantly having issues with my 2022, Flagstaff E pro. Camping world was just the ticket! Beth and service was amazing. They took care of me even on a Saturday which they went above and beyond I would recommend camping world to anyone.

Wanted a camper that they ( messed up on the price ). So many emails later the price was 7899.00 an was told he was going to talk to the manager about what they could do on the camper. Didnt hear nothing so called an was on hold for 30 mins before I hung up. So now right before closing they say its sale pending. Not great business if you ask me. All I wanted was to know the right price!

This place is awesome! Best dealership I've been to. My wife and I are on our 5Th camper. Outstanding customer service, From the time we walked in the door! Our sales people Catherine and Matt were very courteous. showed us the entire inventory in stock they thought met our needs. we looked at several a few times. take your time look all you want. very informative of the models.We found our next camper at this Richmond location. I cant say enough about the whole crew at this location .Absolutely amazing .Camping World should model all their stores after this location! From the time we walked in the door to look at the inventory, to making a offer and purchasing the unit .What a joy.Catherine and Matt our sales people , Bryant our finance director and Jordan in the service Dept.Jordan spent a lot of time going over the whole camper and all of its options. He made sure all our questions were answered and where comfortable about all the functions of the camper unit. He also installed a new weight distributing hitch and went through the process of hooking up and disconnecting the hitch and acc.We where very pleased with our experience there and will be back to make any future purchases there.Thank you Richmond!!!!

We bought a camper here. Large selection of small sized campers. We love our Winnie Drop. Conflicted on how I feel about their business practices. I bought a camper here because I knew everything would work, or I was under the impression that everything worked correctly. But when the water pump wasn't working correctly they were reluctant to fix it. They did fix it for free but reminded me I bought it as is and told me how much it would have cost (if they weren't such nice people).Also they found financing, but you won't find out details on interest rate or how many payments until you sit down to sign the papers.And now my loan has been sold to a credit union, so now I am a member of some credit union I've never heard of. Free of course, haha. Their fees to make payments the easy way are outragous. NOT WHAT I SIGNED UP FOR!

Save your time and money. We purchased a brand new 2022 Coleman Lantern 263BH from here in 2022. It has developed 2 water leaks in our short ownership. We called Camping World and they will not honor their 3 year warranty. They are looking for a quick sale, not a lifetime customer. They have lost that in us and we will be purchasing our next camper anywhere else. Our Sale's Engineer, Cade Richey, was more than helpful at trying to get this covered, however the Maintenance Team at Camping World is not helpful.

I purchased my Camper in September and have had issues with it since. Called Marcus and had issues with communication with them. My camper was picked up by Camper World Dec. 8th and a week later got a call saying they were gonna get it in soon. Now a week later I still have not been contacted about any of my issues. I ve stated that communication is one of the biggest issues I ve had with my purchase and since and I have discussed that with 4 different people. During the purchase I was contacted a few times a day (my salesman was amazing) but since it has been absolutely ridiculous. Will not be returning.

Brought my class A into have some body work done. Have to say, these guys did it right. Weekly updates, friendly and professional. Did a great job. Only issue was delays in getting parts in, and that is just the way things are these days. Unfortunately this pushed completion out till I was laid up from back surgery and then they drove it over to Dayton to deliver it for me. Above and beyond in my book. Thank you so much! Special shout out to Ken, our contact with Camping World Richmond Indiana!

Visiting such a large RV dealer as Camping World, one might think customer service is lost. Camping World in Richmond, IN proves why that is a false notion. Everyone there from receptionist to sales consultants were all GREAT!

I had a repair that required The body shop. Andrew took wonderful care of me and my travel trailer. The repair was made quickly. When picking up the trailer I was fully informed of all that was done. I was able to ask many questions about slides that will help me in the future. And on top of this all my trailer was nicely cleaned and detailed when returned to me.I have my trailers to camping world of Richmond in the past this was the first time with the body shop. I am thoroughly impressed.Thanks again Andrew and Ken.

So we had a bad experience with a saleman that was less then honest. He put getting the deal done over quality of service. It was to say the least very disapointing.We should not judge this place on the actions of one employee but by the responce of the company when they found out. Pat took this dissatifaction very personel and stepped up, He is making things right and is continually working with us with compasion and understanding. I would recommend this place to others in the hopes that the saleman is not the one we got.

We purchased a Forest River pop up camper and received wonderful service from the entire staff at Camping World of Richmond, IN. We were greeted and assisted upon entering and quickly met our Sales Rep, Peyton. Peyton was very helpful with the process of our purchase. We would give him 10 stars if possible! The service department was exceptional as well, along with the staff where we purchased camper accessories! We will enjoy our camping care package received after our purchase. Ralph McMichael assisted us with the purchase of our new camper. We walked in the store not planning on buying but just looking. He asked us what we wanted in a camper and we gave him very specific specifications. He took note and found us the PERFECT camper so much that we decided to purchase it the same day. He was so nice, professional, knowledgeable and in tune to our needs/wants. Thank you so much!! Extremely happy with the service we received. We also had a great experience with the finance guy (not sure of his name). He stated he didn t usually work in finance but he was also very helpful and knowledgeable!!

Purchased a camper back at end of February, one thing we like that the camper already had was 2 batteries. On the day of pickup, camper only had 1 battery and 1 battery box, not the 2 that it had while on the lot, a bit misleading. They said both batteries were bad on a 2022 unit. Also after driving and hour home with it trim started to fall down, they agreed to fix, I ended up redoing what they did and one of the big pieces of trim the service guy just pushed it back it which did not fix it. And a few other misleading things.Not very well put together not cw fault Drawers that won't pull all the way out, places where screws are missing, stripped or not tightened along with several other things

We drive 4 additional hours (bypassing another CW location) to take our RV to CW of Richmond. They have excellent customer service! Kevin is friendly and helpful and he worked hard to meet all my expectations. From buying our class A to service needs I highly recommend Camping World of Richmond. At the end of my service- There was a young man who came out to do something inside my RV and he was just as nice and worked extra to meet my request. I am not sure of his name but Kevin will know. Thanks to the entire team!
