Got what I thought was a decent car from them. The first few weeks it seemed fine then the heat went out the ac went out and it started to leaking antifreeze. I took it to them to have it fixed, told them what was going on they completely dismissed everything I said did a quick fix to make it seem like they fixed it. They basically stole my money and didn t fix anything

I m on my 3rd car, other 2 have been paid off & Byrider has been continued to be my go to shop for around 10 years. I really love their service department because they go above and beyond and they have always taken amazing care of my car even with my cross country travels. They, I feel have gone above and beyond to maintain my car in optimum condition. They are professional, very knowledgeable and trust worthy. On top of this they re always willing to work with me and make me feel extremely comfortable, especially with their reasonable prices. I definitely recommend going to them first when getting your car fixed.
