Their pretty reliable, straightforward, and kind; the experience to get my fianc� s pretty bad shape iphone fixed. Earl clearly stated the facts of the services between them and SquareTrade and the store was clean as it gets.

I had a bad experience here a few years back, putting that to the side we attempted another visit today. The employee that we spoke to had an attitude! Immediately in a ridiculous tone he told us they were backed up for the day with 2 repairs. Ok, that might not have even been a problem, why be rude about it? I brought up the fact that the website still said there were appointments for the day, or we could just walk-in, he said "he doesn't control the website". What a rude response, I'm sure he doesn't control the website, I didn't mean that at all. I just meant the website wasn't accurate. I mean maybe he should put a ticket in for support. I was not rude to start, and didn't deserve to be treated poorly for no reason. Since this is actually the second time an employee has been rude, (the other time was actually on the phone) I will not be revisiting, and will never suggest this place to anyone.

Was looking to purchase a deep cycle battery for an invertor for camping.Manger took the time to show me all options and explained pros and cons of each.Always willing to help and answer questions.Have purchased all my batteries here for the last 8 years.Great place!

Called Saturday to confirm I could bring my phone in at 10am Sunday to get the screen replaced. Left at 10:15 because the store was still dark and no even showed up to open it up. Waste of time!

Went in there a few days ago and the guy that works there told me to go find the batteries myself because he had to answer the phone and had too much to do.

I had called in and Nina was very helpful on the phone and told me about a $10 off coupon. When I went into the store for a new battery for my cell phone Nina helped. She was very efficient and explained what she was going to be doing. And it took less time than what was expected. Very great service.

Every time I walk into this store I am greeted by a smile and a "how can I help you?" I am blown away by the customer service of this store. i walked into the store with my boyfriend, not expecting to buy anything and my boyfriend walked out with a bag of things and a receipt. Very great people working there. Friendly and approachable.Large variety of items. The pricing is reasonable as well.Also, I recently acquired hearing aids and found out they sell hearing aid batteries for more at a better price then most stores!

I went into the store for a phone battery. First time in store and was greeted promptly and pleasantly by DaShawn. I explained the problem and he knew exactly how to replace the battery, reassemble phone and case and check that it was working. I found him to be very knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. The manager also came over to speak with me and he was also a true professional. This store and personnel get a 5 star rating due to their customer service and satisfaction policy. This will be my ONLY spot to shop next time I need a battery for anything! Wish more stores had personnel like this and followed policy as they do.

Don't take your device here for repair. I went in with a cracked screen, came home and the back started cracking and flat out falling apart by the volume buttons. Was told by an employee that I would pay out of pocket for it because I didn't say something before I left the store. How I was supposed to see this damage is beyond me. His inability to repair my phone became my problem real quick. Don't bother. This place is worthless

Had my iphone screen and battery replaced.... perfectly! It's like brand new, customer service was excellent (Carlie way to go!) repair was fast and priced right, highly recommended! Thank you.

Was in and out in 5 minutes. Very knowledgeable employee working. Changed 2 batteries for me, checked them & even explained the warranties to us. Prices seem fair. I'll be going back for sure.

I recently dealt with Earl at the Richmond, IN store. Wanted you to know what an outstanding experience this was. Earl was not only knowledgeable but pleasant and helpful. A truly rare combination in dealing with businesses today.

Website and store advertised hours of opening at 8am. I live 45 minutes from the nearest location and arrived at 7:50 am because I had many other things to get done that day and wanted to be there at opening. The store was vacant and closed until an employee showed up at 8:45 to open it.

Great experience! Very helpful, friendly and quick. They replaced my car battery for a $100 less than the auto shop across the street. Will recommend them to anyone needing any battery or light!

I took my I phone 7 in for a new screen and the young man repaired it in record time. It was a Saturday morning and he still got right on it.I'm not sure on his name, but he was super nice also. 5 stars +plus!

I placed my order online and r received an email saying my order was ready for pickup at the store. When I went to pick it up my order it could not be found but it was gathered from the sales area. The items are fine and what I wanted.

The only reason I gave it a 4 star is the location. You can only access it from the east bound lane. You can only exit to the east bound lane. To get there you must turn in an drive to the neighboring property from either side of the lot.

I had purchased a phone battery and was prepared to buy another but the great service person found out it was under warranty and replaced it free and solved the problem. It did fix my phone and I would recommend this store for all your battery and light bulb needs.

Went in to find a bulb for a very old flashlight. They told me they didn't have one but they would search for one and call me if they did or didn't find one. Still waiting for the call.
