Don t know why my insurance chose these guys(because they are far from where I was and far from where I live), but they were great! Very helpful. Tried for a really long time to get my car going so it wouldn t have to be towed and when that didn t work, I called the insurance again to make sure the tow was covered and he handled most of that too. and they even hung around until my ride showed up. Thanks. Keep up the good work guys!

2nd chance towing & repair was very fast in arriving and unlocking the vehicle! They also recommended another local locksmith to program my new key, so we don t have tow it to the dealer. Very impressed with their service and going above and beyond in recommending another local company to help us in addition to unlocking our car. I highly recommend them! Thank you!

Chad from Second Chance Towing saved our lives! Our tire blew out on 70 east in Richmond, IN as we were driving home to Columbus, OH from Chicago, IL. My mom was driving and we had my 4 month old son in the back seat. We were terrified to be pulled over on the highway with a baby. We called State Farm roadside assistance and they told us we had to wait 90 minutes. We called 911, and no police officer ever came to help us. Finally, some good samaritans pulled over and called Chad from Second Chance Towing, and he got to us in less than 20 minutes. He changed our tire in less than 10 minutes. He sacrificed his time and safety to help us, and we cannot thank him enough. Please use Second Chance Towing for anything you need! Chad, you were amazing to us and we cannot thank you enough!

Locked myself out of my van, had my service through AAA. My driver (Jerald I believe I m terrible with names) was SO fast and arrived at my home within 15 minutes of me calling. He was friendly, quick, and non judgmental. Excellent customer service.

I used them through AAA service to tow my car for repairs. Chad, the tow truck driver called within 5 minutes and was at my house within 10 minutes. He did an excellent job getting my car loaded in the extreme cold weather. I d highly recommend 2nd chance towing.

Gerald came to my rescue and got me going. My battery was dead, jumping didn't work as the battery was too far gone. I had already purchased one but couldn't put it in myself. I have a Chevy Silverado 2500 HD turbo diseal and it is difficult to change the passenger side battery. The truck has 2 batteries. I felt so bad for him as through no fault of his own he didn't have the right tools with him, but he never gave up and even went to Meijer to purchase the tools he needed. I mean who does that for people these days? But Gerald did, it took a long time to get the battery out but installing went quickly and he got me back on the road.Thank you Gerald! You're fantastic!

Our family's tire blew out as we were on the highway getting back from a vacation. Chad from 2nd Chance was there very quickly within 30 minutes and got us off the highway and away from the traffic. Very helpful!

Chad from 2nd Chance Towing came out to tow our car which would not start. Even though the car was in a garage and locked into park, he was able to get it taken care of and off to our car repair location. Highly recommend Chad.

They said they could get our tow in 90 minutes and that the driver would call when he was 10 minutes out, two hours later I called and the dispatcher said, "Oh our driver had to do another job. He'll get to you after that."We called Pardo's. They were there in 10 minutes and did it for less than what 2nd Chance quoted us.Edit: A simple phone call goes a long way when you have someone waiting.

Steering system on car broke. Guys had a rough time getting car loaded and unloaded, but stuck with it and used a few tricks, as well as a lot of muscle and elbow grease.
