Went into edwhites thinking it was a impossible long shot to get the car we wanted for the price. We fell inlove with it after using it as a rental and decided we needed to buy it but had to be in our price range and joe from ed whites was nothing but helpful and within 30mins had that car ready to go for us for price we wanted and everything

Great place to get a car. Had issues with the bank everything was approved and they messed up a date and wanted me to do the paperwork all over again and wait days. Went in spoke with Joe and he made some calls and got everything approved and I left same day with a new vehicle. Great prices and rates i would recommend to anyone

This is what vehicle shopping should be! No sales pressure. No games. Just honest, straightforward people interested in customer satisfaction. Mike and the rest of the team took great care of us. I used to dread going to car dealers, but now I know I can go to White's without hassle. Thanks White's! Edit 10/24/2023: Wanted to update this review to say that we have had the vehicle serviced here several times since the purchase, and their mechanical service has been great as well.

We purchased our van on Saturday. It was the best experience yet. We purchased our first van over 3 years ago through them. Mike Phelps has sold both of our vans to us. We love doing business with them. Mike made is so relaxing and worked with us and was super patient with us.. We get our oil changes there and they work on our vans for us and no complaints. I recommend them all. Troy and Chris are also amazing as well. Thank you guys for always looking out for us.

Great experience with buying my car from them. Mike Phelps was very personable and he made it a no pressure experience. I found out that water was leaking into my door a couple of weeks after I bought my car. Mike got right back to me about the problem and they took care of it immediately. Great customer experience.

I found my Ford Explorer on car fax,when I called about it they were able to take my information and get us financed before going in. We live about 3 hrs away so that was very helpful. Michael Phelps stayed over 2 hours late until we were able to get there. He also had everything ready so it was a very easy process for us.

Thanks for email re offer. I was able to be at $12k plus state taxes and fees total for the purchase of their silver 06 Chrysler 300C SRT8 but we were $150 apart total as your owner is unable to do $11850 plus $150 plus state taxes and fees to come up with the same total to allow purchase to proceed. Thank you to the sales person and the owner trying to make this purchase proceed. I will keep looking for your car. Thank you!

I was charged thousands over value, my car has been broken since day 2 for over a year now it's where I can't leave parking lot or town They have NEVER fixed one thing as promised every week it has been new problems in addition to. The VERY first thing they have EVER fixed, they did without even consulting me and have billed me $600 . Not EVER would I recommend and every person who wants to I tell them my story.

My fianc� just recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership. With in a month we found out the air did not work and the van kept dying. They had us bring it in they said it was fixed. We moved out of state since then. When we started to actually drive vehicle we noticed more problems. The air they said was fixed was not and the van was still dying. We contacted them by email. They did respond and we ended up paying to get it fixed since it was not fixed right the first time buy them. They did pay for half of the repair and sent us a check. They should of covered it all since it was originally brought into them to fix. We also disclosed more issues with them. The van was still randomly dying and it sounded like a diesel truck exhaust was all rusted out. I told them that I was told on phone that they would only pay for half and wanted no part of anything else. The dying issue is a major safety concern with having kids and if your pulling out and vehicle dies it could cause someone to get seriously hurt or killed. It would die 6 to 7 times it least when driving. All the abs and break warning lights were always on and flashing. They obviously don t care about safety. I feel like that they just doctor there vehicles up just to sell them they don t care about selling you a good vehicle. It was so bad we traded this van off and lost over $4000.00 we had to eat because of all the issues. The dealer we traded into also saw all of these problems. So because of there negligence and them being what I feel are shady business people. BUYER BEWARE !!!!!!I have never had such a bad experience with buying a car from someone. So thank you WHITES for selling us a doctored up not reliable vehicle. I work hard to support my family now because of your dishonesty we lost a little over $4000.00. Not sure if we have any legal action yet but we plan to speak to an attorney about this issue. Sad sad sad place to have to take advantage of someone like this. I figured as a business you would want happy customers and take pride in what you sell, and if you are not confident selling that then don t sell it and take advantage of a family. I hope customers read this review and really think long and hard before buying from them. We paid there full asking price to. Buyer BEWARE, buyer beware buyer beware. Very very dissatisfied with there customer service.
