They got me in quickly and were great at working on a time with me that fit my schedule. Everyone was extremely friendly. Will definitely use them again. I highly recommend the dealership and their service department.

I ve never had a bad experience here. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. It s hard to imagine going anywhere else to purchase a vehicle new or used.I really only went to get the oil changed in my Canyon. I saw my previous salesperson, we started chatting. I asked about a used vehicle I saw online. She check for me and it was sold. She told me about the Silverado. I took the Silverado for a spin and fell in love with it.Went in for an oil change ..came out with a new Silverado.

Great diesel mechanic when I really needed one,he even gave me a call to update me on progress.Because of the service department, I would recommend this dealership.Again, many thanks to the diesel mechanic he is a++.

If I could leave a 0, I would. I've attempted to buy 2 cars from them. Both were horrible experiences. They absolutely refused to honor GMs 2.9% apr for 72 months, then lied right to my face when questioned as to why. They also tried to scam me on a Malibu back in 2019...

DO NOT BUY RUN! Was sold a car with a bad catalytic converter & bad transmission. Car broke down after just 2 months of having the vehicle! 2017!! Check engine light came on after just 4 hours of having the car!! They let cars sit!! Will lie to you to get you to sign paperwork. Lied and said nothing was wrong with the car when I brought up concerns from test drive. My fault for even buying from them but was in a desperate situation! Would not help with transmission repairs. D

I am so thankful for what Matt Market was able to do for me and my husband. We went in there when we had zero luck in Vincennes. Our 2010 Escalade was starting to take a poop on us and we still owed quite a bit on it. We told Matt our situation and how we needed a vehicle that day because we didn't have the time and money to get the repairs it needed since it's our only vehicle at the time. We were desperate. Matt was able to get us in a 2023 GMC Sierra. Since it was brand new, it had tons of rebates that helped bring our price down and we were able to drive it home that day. We couldn't believe it. He was so helpful and understanding. We couldn't of had a better experience. Thank you, thank you, thank you to Matt Market, and Shawn Byrley. I highly recommend this place to enyone.

My husband and I purchased a new vehicle a couple days ago, and the experience was five star worthy. Carson was our salesman, and was attentive, knowledgeable, and prioritized our budget. Every single staff member we encountered seemed wonderful as well. The whole process was quick, organized, and enjoyable. If and when we need another vehicle purchase this will be our go to!

Faulkner has a very friendly staff and they provide a safe and clean environment to wait on your vehicle to be serviced. This is my 3rd year of oil changes here with the truck I bought from them and I am well pleased.

I wanted to trade my F-150 2003 for used truck my truck had new tires worth $600 can you put $1,200 on a new front end and a truck body has no rust they offered me $400 for it what a joke I will never try to do business with them again

Sold me a rusted framed silverado, my own fault for not looking but they weren t willing to help at all now I have to pay $500 to have it coated and hope it even lasts the term of the loan. Truck is only 8 years old and has 100k miles and is worse than my 22 year old ram with 160k. Never going here again 100%. Edit: now rocker panels are gone and bed is rusting out too. Going to now cost me $1800. Update again: place had to balls to send me a paper that said one year with your silverado, we hope you re as happy as the day you got it. The day I got it was not happy let me tell you.

We just bought our 4th or 5th vehicle from Steve Faulkner s. We like to work with Jeremiah. He s very friendly and honest. He never tries to force you into buying anything. Shawn, the F & I guy is great to work with too. We d recommend them to everyone!

Our Salesperson Louie was great. I really like my new Chevy Colorado I am dis appointed in the fact my "Trail Boss" Colorado did not come with many extras. For $43,000 I would have thought it would come with heated seats, remote access, more storage in the cab, and tilt steering wheel. My new truck came with On-Star, but I now find out it is going to cost me $40 a month to have it continue. A little expensive, wouldn't you think ($480/year).

I recommend not getting a vehicle from here or having your car serviced. Certain sales associates belittle you, lie to you and try to sell you recalled vehicles. The service department is 10 times worse! Had issues with our vehicle we bought from there a week later and said it was nothing. Which it was something major and they were basically waiting for my warranty to expire to fix it. Well let's say my part is still not fixed cause it has now fell out of warranty and will be taking my business to a better dealership. This place is going downhill and needs to be fixed from the inside! Was a loyal customer of over 10 years but not now!

First appointment I had, sat for 4hrs car was never touched, after the 4hrs I was informed the online appointments wasn t working right and had no tech assigned, had to make another appointment to have car worked on

We had an above average experience with this dealership. They made things extremely easy for us to purchase our new family car. We traveled a few hours to this dealership and it was worth the time. Eric did a thorough search for the SUV I was looking for and was unable to find a match for what I was looking for. Eric helped me in ordering specifically what I was looking for in my new purchase. He advised me it would take 8 to ten weeks but I was in no hurry. Time went by quickly and I was extremely pleased when I first saw and drove my new Acadia!!! I've received numerous complements from a number of the folks at Faulkner as well as friends and acquaintances. Thank you for making my dream come true!!
