I purchased a vehicle from Princetown Auto Parke today and couldn't be happier with the process. Scott was incredibly helpful over the phone, as I drove up from St. Louis and the truck was exactly as described. I appreciate how easy Scott made the entire process from start to finish and will definitely consider Princetown Auto Parke again if they have a vehicle I am looking for.

Very nice people, they come out to help as we were looking at cars. We had found a few cars at other at other car lots. His down payment was a little high so he did not let him pull our credit, but they were very very nice people and have some really clean rides.

I spoke to kris and told him my vehicle was running bad and I only had $400 for a downpayment. His exact words were that ll be alright . So I sold my still running truck thinking I would get the vehicle he was offering. He then proceeded to call me 2 days later and told me I needed $2000 down instead of $400. So he left me without a vehicle because he lead me to believe I would be getting a car from him or I never would have sold my truck. So now I m left with no vehicle and no way to work. He swears he has no idea how I thought that but his exact words to my $400 down payment was that ll be alright To answer your comment, I did call and was made to sound like an idiot for thinking that. Horrible company, horrible customer service. Told him I was out of a vehicle because of what he told me and all he had to say was well I hate that for ya but I m gonna go ahead and get off here. No concern for the situation that I was put in due to his poor communication.

Everyone at Princeton Auto Parke are always very friendly, helpful and professional. I've never felt pressure from salesmen or flooded with phone calls afterwards. As a repeat customer, I would highly recommend to anyone shopping for their next vehicle to visit Princeton Auto Parke. I have bought to vehicles from them in the past couple years! I was very pleased with customers service and variety of choices they had! I love my new Charger! Stephanie is the best and Ron has always helped me in any type of way!! Thank you guys!!

Wouldn't buy a bicycle from these guys. Wanted to trade a 2012 Camry with low miles for a 2008 Jeep with some minor problems. They wanted me to kick and extra $3000. They are a bunch of rip offs and shady dealers. STAY AWAY!!!!

A business with no integrity that lies to its customers. Showed me a false carfax report. Went to trade vehicle and found out there were two wrecks prior. I thought they were trying to help me but again learned never trust a car dealer in princeton. They can be compared to dirty business dealing of sherrett chevorlet. No wonder they moved to fort branch. They have ruined there reputation in princeton.

I would highly recommended this place if you are looking for a nice clean used car at a reasonable price. The staff is helpful, friendly and not pushy at all.

The prices are fair and they really seam to want to help put people in vehicles.It is the absolute best buy here pay here around. They also facilitate traditional vehicle loans.

We bought a car from Ron; the water pump blew 32 days later, which resulted in engine seals having to be replaced. Ron wouldn't take the car back. Have not done business with him since.

Web page made it look bigger. Once we got there it wasn't as impressive as the website. But, they just didn't have what we were looking for there..
