I love this place! And unlike most things in the horrible city of Princeton, it's not totally screwed up. Nice employees. Amazing selection inside an absolutely HUGE store. Better products than Lowes. This place is great!

Menards has an awesome Christmas sake going on right now. I have a little thing for Gnomes and they had some pretty amazing things that could have broken my bank but it's all on sale!.... Here's a few snap shots of what I purchased today. I thought I purchased 6 seperate gnomes in one package but it was a garland of gnomes. So I made a few scenes with the lanterns I also purchased. I live being creative and making crafts. It was a fun little project for our small Christmas tree decorations.

I love coming to Menards every once in awhile, even if it's just to walk around a bit. Most of the time, the prices are good, and they have some beautiful decorations on sale.

PSA Bought refrigerator 3 weeks ago with warranty. Feels like an oven today. Lost everything! They cannot HELP US AT ALL! Warranty was a costly lesson. They can't help either. Considering it was a medical help line. Menands you should just sell paint. Feel sorry for your employees who has ever to sell your junk.

No signs stating no over night parking. Menards website states RV are allowed but this manager stated we do have security here, only truck drivers can park over night.We spent over $100 at the store as a thank per their suggestion and still we had to move.Local ordnance was fine with it.MenardsUnless local ordinances forbid it, Menards is another regional retailer that typically allows RVers to park overnight for free on their lots. Follow the rules of etiquette and ask for permission. Spend a little money to say thank you and be gone by mid-morning.

We wanted to exchange a roll of insulation but ended up paying for the one we wanted to exchange and another one. Won't be shopping there again.

Worst employees in the world. The ones in front of the registers are the absolute lowest. I watched I don't know how many customers checking out that clearly needed help but they were to busy gossiping to work. I'm guessing the one blonde bimbo is management for obvious reasons. Customer service today is the lowest is ever been. I'd highly recommend going to some of the other local hardware stores. This particular Menards has always had the laziest employees.

Would be better if you didn't have to mail in a rebate form. If you remember to get a rebate form and remember to fill it out.. And don't lose the receipt....You are out a 60 something cent stamp, envelope and you have to wait for your money. Why can't it be taken off at the register during time of the transaction? Otherwise, I would give it a 5 star rating.

If you are making a delivery (semi truck) make sure you keep track of your time. They definitely aren t in a rush to get you unloaded. With that being said I was there for about 2 hours waiting to get unloaded and that was after I called once to receiving and walked up to the guard shack to ask when I would be unloaded. Mind you I was the only truck there.

Employees generally don't know anything about the product, and the corperation has the store organized to make more sales not to be helpfull for their customers. They have a policy not to reorder items untill they reach a minimum number. So if you they have 3 pipe fittings of a certain size and you need 24 you have to buy the 3 and come back a week later and buy however many they ordered (maybe 12) and come back once more after they restock again for the last 9 items. Honestly, I have several friends that work there and the only good thing in my opinion about the store is their location. Heres a good picture for your enjoyment.

The aggressive nature of Theresa and Aaron ruined my experience here. And I have been a loyal customer for years. My family runs an account here. Spend hundreds of thousands. Just to for two employees to be waaaay to aggressive.Will be in contact with corporate.

They do not stand behind their products no matter how defective they are. Store manager is a rude sarcastic person with no knowledge of the products they sale. Inventory levels as shown on line are seldom correct. Their online software is 20 years behind times. It can't even give you a location of any the items stocked in the store. Lousy service. No one has any knowledge of the products they sale. .

"Absolutely Well done job from the GM to the lady manager and the staff who helped us pick the lumber"I have shopped at Menards since 2010 and have never ever had any issues until this last Saturday when an order I paid for due to policy which was not made aware to me by the staff at delivery order area was messed up.I still kept with terms of service with my call on Monday ...did what I was asked Wednesday and come to find out due to policy my items which were due to be delivered tomorrow (Friday) which I paid for were sold to someone else.I only found this out by chance due to a visit that was made there today.My thoughts were ....when was Menards going to tell me this or were they planning on just letting me wait throughout the day for the delivered goods?After finding this out this afternoon I was very upset to say the least as I had set up tomorrow and this weekend to finish this project.I went in after work ......very heated/very upset as I was told next chance to get this product was Oct 19th.....I said my piece and was very upset.I am still not sure why Menards would not set aside items that are already paid for but understand each place has policy to follow.I am hoping Menards would place something in clear view regards their paid items pick up and delivery order terms ...since some staff seem to not know as much as other staff members.The lady manager listened to me and called the general manager who listened to me no matter how high my tone was getting.He explained the policy which as I mentioned above does not make sense to me (in my opinion).Regardless ......after certain suggestions, me still being upset, a solution came into focus that the Manager was willing to allow to make the situation right.I want to thank the GM and the lady manager and the staff member that helped us outside to make this negative, no light at the end of the tunnel situation into a positive, can get my project completed this weekend done.Without getting into any further detail all I can say isKeep up the good work guys and thank you to the 3 of you for understanding, tolerating and doing an outstanding job with customer service.I myself am in the work force and have dealt with my share of irate people .....I always make it right for my customer and you guys went beyond to satisfy this customer (me).....I will always continue to shop at Menards.I am sorry I did not notice the staff names but wish I could name them individually. If your reading this you know who u are and I hope Menards sees the great employees they have running their store.Always a loyal customer.

Would have given it 5 stars but had to drive from Owensboro KY Menards to Princeton Indiana Menards to get what I needed. They'd have charged me a lot to deliver it to either my house or Owensboro store. What I bought was over $400. All employees I dealt with were very helpful. Store policies could improve when buying things.

I called about a metal bed frame that was made for mattresses only. I was told they had the item, it was $31 and it had the metal bars across it to support the mattress. They had it, it was $31, but it did NOT have the supporting bars at all for the twin/full frame. It had no supporting bars, making is useless for just a regular mattress. I just had a total knee replacement and it's not easy for me to walk right now and this was all the way in the back of the store. I specifically asked more than once if it had bars across the frame to support the mattress and he said yes.I was going to buy both of them, one for my spare bedroom and one for my bedroom, because my bed is too high and awkward for me to use right now. I left buying none, because the associate misinformed me. It was a wasted trip.The associates at this location need better training in order to help customers, especially those with disabilities who have a hard time walking around their large store.

Menards has agood variety of items. But I don't like their 11 percent back garbage because you can only use the money saved at Menards not to mention you have to pay for a stamp fill out a form then wait 4 to 6 weeks to get the rebate. The store is to big as far as I am concerned so I always try to go somewhere else, even if I have to pay a little more. It is very clean I will give them that. Yes in Princeton, Indiana has gotten worse. They first closed off the outside entrance to the garden supply areI won't be buying any garden supplies thete. Next the building supplies and desk were up front south side of the store. Now they moved it to the very back south side of store. They couldn't careless about their customers who have trouble with their backs and legs. They did it for the sole reason of getting more of your money. They hope you will see other junk stuff and spend. Nope just loosing customers like me. I will drive twice as far to go to Lowe's or Home Depot.

Staff is very nice. We are trying to redo our bathroom and they go out of their way to help. Sabrina in returns was very patient with us. Jolene was extremely helpful as well with picking things out. The list goes on. Will be going back and nice to see familiar faces.

As a contractor, I always feel confident dealing with Princeton Menards. Store Manager Cam always takes time to take care of me on big or small jobs!! I m about a hour away from this store and still will order from this Menards, mostly do to Cam

I love shopping at Menards I am a handyman and have just about all Menards cordless tools ues them every day I wish Menards had a 7 1/4 miter saw would buy it in a minute.

Massive, AWESOME, selection for household, automotive, or electrical projects plus so much more!! Pricing is actually pretty decent on most needs. Customer service is mostly kind & helpful although there's always 1 or 2 employees that are dismissive or rude. Definitely would recommend this location .

The place is clean, for the most part the staff is helpful even if several dont know a thing about the tools etc, one in particular acts like she is getting the money in her pocket because she tries to sell you the most expensive on the shelf but if you look around you will find same quality for less in the same area. says she has used the stuff herself yet has been wrong on every item she has told me was what I needed "in her dept" and then has had the nerve to ask me to send in a "good review sheet" to the company for her NOT!!! If I can find it at Walmart or Lowes etc from now on it will be worth the drive to not have to deal with her

I tend to go to menards as I like what they offer but the manager at this store should go back to stocking shelves. She was very rude and ill informed on how to operate. Was not helpful at all and when I showed her directions on how to use the coupon check I was using she would not even read them and just declined and said it was wrong. I will be writing to corporate next with the directions to see what they have to say as it is very clear and easy. I tend not to write reviews unless it was either very exceptional service or very bad.

RUDE Employees!!! Andrea was the name on the nametag. She yelled at a disabled lady in a mobility scooter! If you dont wanna work customer service, move it along. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the manager Laughing at that lady. This location needs Management as well as staff training. Work is tough I know but the only thing paying your bills is the customer. Better work on it before rural king takes all your business because they have excellent customer service!

I like it because it's different. It has a variety of stuff and I like to Window Shop. However, I really don't care for their power tools or their welding equipment. They need to offer higher quality tools. If it is a public store, then then need to offer products that are also higher quality.

Employees aren't helpful. I had something to purchase that didn't have a barcode. I told them the price and offered to go take a picture on my phone. Cashier wouldn't let me. Had to wait on someone to get a price check, which took too long. We held up the line. It would have been faster for me to take the picture.
