Marcus and his team are excellent! Thorough review of your needs and coverage. Lisa was a rockstar getting new coverage going quickly for licensing , etc. You know they care about you and your family while making it very easy to do business with them. Highly recommended.

Excellent service, professional helpful staff, great insurance at competitive rates. And here you get an agent and team of professiinals ready to talk to you when you need them. You dont need insurance until you suffer a loss. During those times you need local willing staff ready to help you.

Good customer service, but would not recommend if you have older house. They denied me coverage for my gutters, a piece of flashing, and a board that needed replaced on my back porch. They also said bricks were falling off my foundation, but those were the bricks holding the covers for the crawl space.

I truly can't say enough about Marcus and his team. I've been insured with him since 2014 and it was honestly the best decision I've made,. Not only was I able to get a great insurance deal, the customer service I continuously receive far exceeds that of anyone else I worked with in the past. No matter where I am or what help or questions I have at the time he and his team are easy to get ahold of and highly knowledgeable. A number of times I have had questions about my insurance and the ease of having someone that's not only personable but just a phone call away and happy to explain any policies with me on a scale that makes it understandable is worth it's weight in gold. I always feel like a valued client and am amazed at how fast they get me taken care of no matter what the situation may be at the time. Have had auto insurance with State Farm for several years. Have always appreciated the friendliness and professionalism of Marcus and his staff. Recently added rental insurance and it was handled quickly and easily with no hassles. I would definitely recommend Marcus Iunghuhn at State Farm for all your insurance needs!

Great experience! Marcus made things very clear and easy to do. My husband and I are very happy with our choice to use Marcus as our insurance rep. His help was greatly appreciated as first time life insurance buyers. I also appreciat that he will call periodically to check in and make sure everything is okay.

Marcus is a great agent! He has always been so helpful anytime we have had a claim or any questions. He periodically checks in with us to make sure we have proper coverage and keeps us updated as our needs have changed and our family has expanded. He is always a text or phone call away. Our State Farm Office for almost 40 years! Father son business, and the father has retired. Marcus helped us with our new vehicles and health insurance needs. Very informative. I must add, very helpful kind office staff too. You can count on State Farm to be faithful if you have an insurance claim. It is great to be able to have a local office and caring local staff that you can depend on when you need help! Instead of an insurance co. that treats you like a number from a foreign country! We highly recommend State Farm insurance and this office location.

I've had State Farm Insurance since I started driving many years ago. My parents had it also . Never have had a problem with any thing and the discount I get from not driving far weekly is a plus. The girls in the office help me if I have a problem . I recommend ST.FARM for young and older people .

We bought a new vehicle right before the 4th of July weekend and with just a couple of quick updates Mr Iunghuhn was able to send the new proof of insurance before they closed for the holiday. (thank you!)Everyone at this location has always been very helpful, whether it is car or home insurance questions. Fast, friendly and always excellent service.

My wife recently had an accident involving our van. Marcus Iunghuhn and his staff were excellent working with us to get the claim filed quickly. No hassle getting the van fixed quickly. Marcus Iunghuhn from minor changes in insurance coverage to large scale automobile repairs is always there willing and happy to help.

Never any problems with Marcus or any of the staff at this State Farm location.Marcus checks in periodically to make sure my coverage is still meeting my needs and suggests any changes (additions or even dropping or lowering something if that s what makes sense). I know if I have a question on anything, they re there to answer it quickly and easily. Doesn t matter if it s a phone call, email, or stopping in the office in person.I also notice things on the outdoor message board geared towards local school sports teams and such on a regular basis. That shows a good community involvement.I know some people who change insurance companies often looking for better deals. I honestly don t know if what I m getting is the absolute cheapest compared to other companies (I ve never felt the need to shop around), but I know the service and support is there to stand behind my policies if I need them. To me, that s worth paying a little extra for (if I am).

I was a first time buyer with life insurance and home insurance, Marcus walked me through everything and answered all questions I had. He was very kind and friendly and even through this pandemic he made time for me. It has been a very great place! And wonderful people also!

Highly recommend Marcus Iunghuhn State Farm Agency. Office staff (Becky) is very helpful and works quickly on claim or answering questions. I have been a customer of the Inghuhn's, first with Mark and now Marcus, since I began driving in 1980!
