I took truck to get alignment. We put a new rack and pinion and tie rods on it. Had a 11 o clock appointment. Dropped off they said about an hour and we told them we would walk to Walmart and give me call when done. 2 hours later we walked back and still wasn t done then told me that set camber and caster all the bolts were frozen. I replied that it only needed a toe in or out to straighten the wheels. It drove perfectly fine because we counted the turns on the tie rods so we knew it was close. We got back and they didn t even test. It now when we let go of the wheel it make a direct left turn. I called in and they said we told him it had all new front end parts. I replied no had all new steering parts. So this place has wasted 3 hours of my time and 100 bucks and was basically called a lier. Stay away from this place unless you want to be called a lier and for them to waste your money.Editwe just got truck on stands. Jam nut holding tie rod end was not tight by 1-2 . 3 of 4 upper bolts holding upper a-arms on were loose by 1/8-1/4 they gave me back a death trap. Hopefully I will get ahold of some one with intelligence when I call them again or I get an owner of store or company. This place is Incompetentence with a CAPITAL I. Stay away

Had my Ford Edge towed here yesterday due to a large puncture in my front driver side tire and our donut was flat. We called ahead to check their availability and were told they weren t busy. When we got there, it was smooth sailing and we were in and out within about 20 minutes. They even aired up the donut for us. Awesome, affordable service. Thanks guys!

Purchased 4 215/45R17 Big O Legacy tires. What a difference riding �n my toyota corolla they make. Came with 3 yr 55000 mile warranty. A bit pricey but I use my car for work purposes not a bad deal. I feel safer on these good tires.

I had someone swerve into my lane which made me have to swerve over the shoulder of the road and it blew out the side wall of my tire, which I only have a picture of my blown out tire, not the new tire, but I was able to get right in and get a new tire put on my car. They got the tire on and were getting ready to balance it and that entire end of town lost electricity. I had to be somewhere an hour away, but it hadn't been balanced yet. They went ahead and let me take it then bring it back after my appointment so they could balance it and pay for it. Genuinely nice people!

Can t ask for better customer service than these guys. They won t try to sell you on repairs you don t need. Straightforward and good work overall. Definitely recommend them!

Very poor phone communication! Called 3 times to get an oil change and tires rotated but got put on hold each time then to have someone pick it up to hang up the line. Won't be coming back there again after 10 years cause it seems to just keep getting worse there. First from them getting oil and grease on my interior to forgetting to tighten one wheels lug nuts. Don't recommend going here!

Very kind and very knowledgeable. Spoke with Mitch and Justin and one of the mechanics who I never got his name. They are quick and precise and let you know everything they find out and that they would recommend with your best interest in mind. My almost 2 year old was with me and they were patient and the most friendly and respectful at him wanting to explore the front of the store. I highly recommend coming here.

I have aways had good service in the past but this time I was lied to. I got 4 new tires from them and that was all I needed but after I got my car back the breaks were making a sound. It wasn't making a sound when I took it in. They told me they would fix it and then tried to say I had bad rotors. Then it was break pads. Seen the pads and rotors and they were just fine. I feel like they were trying to take advantage of me thinking I don't know about cars. I do not recommend.

Not real happy with service this time. Charged twice what they usually do for an oil change. Used synthetic oil which my 3003 liberty doesn't use. 1st time not happy with service.

Want two tires not on a vehicle mounted and balanced on rim only. Waited 2 hours came back to check on them and they had lost the work order. And then wanted to charge $100. So we waited another hour and the 2 tires had not been touched. We watched 4 men air up one tire and set around talking the rest of that hour and they put 3 other people wanting the same service in front of us in that now hour and a half spent watching them while our tires sat against the building. For a grand total of 4 hours waiting on a ten minute job. And still charged us $110. Never again.

We have came here for years! We have since the opened the first time. Thank goodness we had just bought a new vehicle when they closed then when we needed them... thank goodness they reopened . We can always go somewhere else but we come here religiously. They are always so willing to help us!! We are lifers for Big O Tires!!

Always get good service at Big O Tires in Princeton Mitch takes good care of me gets me in and out as soon as possible and work with me on appointments with my time great place to visit would recommend it to anyone

New tires today. The tire I ordered came in a few days. Quick for pandemic times. The crew took a reasonable amount of time to mount them today. A small issue was quickly resolved. Good customer service.

They DEEPLY Scratched a brand new rim I bought, do to not having the right machine for the rim. But instead of telling me they continued to do 3 othe rims the same way without telling me. The rims cost me $289 a piece & tax. So this A hole manager says to bad. Nice right I'm out $289 � 3.....I get damaged rims & they continue to make $ and probably more than likely are doing it to others.

I called this place and made an appointment to have my girlfriends truck looked at for an A/C problem and they were like sure we can check it out for you and it won't cost anything to check it, then when I got there oh we will have to do a service on the a/c and that will be $69.99 for the service. I had to give a star to make the post but in my opinion they don't deserve any type of star and if they were handing in a test like you take in school well they would have gotten an F for service and customer care . I wouldn't recommend this place for any reason. They lie and prices are to high

Had them check my rear brakes. After they decided the brakes didn't need to be replaced, they found other things that "needed" to be done. I was charged the quoted price anyway and was told how I "got off so cheap." Two workers literally ignored me when I tried to tell them they quoted the price they charged... for a lot less work.

I took my vehicle over to Big O they never called with pricing just started fixing the car. When I called back to get an update they said they would call me back. Later, called and gave me a total for the job. Way more than expected. After talking with the manager they were able to help out a little bit. Still ended up being more than anticipated. After driving a couple of days the lights came back on. I took the car back over and waited for them to update me. Again didn t receive a call back. When I followed up this time to see what the problem was they were quick to point out it wasn t there fault, but didn t offer to fix the problem or quote it out. Also, my car has needed an oil change and they have never wanted to help remedy that either. I just moved to town and sad to say I won t go there anymore.

I took my 2017 Honda Civic in for an oil change. When I got my car back I noticed they had messed with my climate controls and changed the radio station. About 2 miles down the road the heat shield or whatever it was under my car came loose. I took it back and told them and the service guy said, "oh yeah half those bolts were missing when we changed the oil." Umm no they weren't, and if they were, why didn't you say something? I've always thought that they were unprofessional there, but it's the only place to go where I live. I will not be going back.

Made an appointment to get 4 tires n an oil change. Of course I needed something else ... back brake pads which I got. I was given a rebate and I'm now playing email tag to try and get that. Almost 850 I'm out and I can't get $30 back....

Went there to get my tires changed and an alignment. Apparently my ball joints were messed up which i didn t figure out until after the alignment. They didn t tell me, someone else working on my car a few days later let me know. they still aligned my car and after my tire started making some god awful noises ( the ball joint) they re a body shop and the least they could have done was told me your ball joints are messed up we can t align the vehicle. yet they still aligned it and charged me for an alignment that s impossible to do. IT WAS VERY NOTICABLE that my ball joint were messed up if you know anything about cars but of course i know nothing

We did had change oil last weekend and when we drove highway the steering wheel was vibrating so bad. So we went there again they said oh your tire it was unbalanced and will need to make another appointment coz they are booked We then make appointment and they said that they will balance the tire after an hour of wait they said one tire it s bad and need it change so we change the tire. We test drive and the vibration still the same. We go back there they said oh it s strut problem it just keep going more and more problem. We don t have problem before change oil and now after the change oil,tire rotation we have another thing that need to fix. And was thinking If my tire was not balance and it s bad, I guess they could see it and could ve said something about it on my first appointment but they didn t.And all we get is sorry for the vibration????and don t believe oil change and a free tire rotation coz i paid $88 something for it when i could pay $55 on other place and charge us $230 for 1 tire replacement

We had a screw in the front truck tire. They got us in quickly and efficiently. Great service and very helpful. Employees very courteous and did a good job.

Wow, I must say, I'm very fortunate to have a business that makes their customers #1. Yesterday evening, I stopped in to get prices and see what different types n brand tires they had. I found a set of tires. They printed me a quote out and handed it to me. I made an appt at 9am today. I dropped my truck off for a oil change and for them to put my new tires on. I received a call back at exactly 10:06am, BAM!!! My truck was already ready. Now that's service. Thanks Big O!!!!!

An incident that happened about a month ago with our mower has resulted in a very low rating. The person that put the wheel back on did not tighten the lug nuts resulting in the nuts spinning loose and ruining the rim. When taken back to Big O I was told to have it repaired and they would pay for it.The bill was delivered to them and was never paid. Today they claim they never told me they would pay to have it repaired. It is a John Deere which is why it had to go to John Deere for a new rim. Chris is the gentleman that was to pay and back up the work of the business. Very disappointed in his demeanour. He was not apologetic, and did not feel remorseful for the situation. The owner is to call me. Waiting for the call.

Took 3 hours to get 4 tires installed with an appointment. Reason I came here was the alignment and good reviews the web showed. Well after waiting 3 hour they finally told me my truck wouldn't fit on alignment machine. ( while your there they don't care). While driving home I had to stop and add air to 2 of the 4 tires. Poor service.

Repeatedly lied to, had tires put on that was different than ordered, then told couldn't get the ones ordered anywhere. Found them in 15 minutes at Walmart. Had rim damaged while there.

Today was good. Even better that day.etter last week I went for an oil change in my Jeep. The mechanic showed the oil drain plug was rounded off and needed a new one. I waited a long time and finally ask the problem They said the plug was there. I waited another long time and asked Mitch what is going on with it he checked for me and the ball had been dropped. Mitch got the plug and no charge for that day. Got to make the customers happy.
