Good prices and good selection. They had the oil filter I was looking for. The staff is a B+ in knowledge. The store is clean and the staff is very helpful. If you are looking for electrical parts,. I might try Napa. This is an excellent auto parts store capable of fulfilling most of your needs.

I needed to check my check engine light, they were fast and friendly. I got a printout to take to my mechanic. So, that's appreciated!

I like going here, however I do not like the fact that they try to sell you other stuff that you don't need whenever you check out. I understand that perhaps they're trying to save you a trip back, but nevertheless some of us do know what we're doing.

Called before I ever made the trip to town to buy scotchgard. Had cleaned car seats this morning and wanted to scotchgard before the work week. Like I said, called to make sure it was in stock. Yes, we ve got it. Made the drive to town, and...No, we don t have that.Lost me. I ll buy it from Amazon.

Looking for a exhaust manifold kit and just gasket price over the phone and sales men was rude and not helpful at all not sure if it had to do with being a female but he talked down to me as if I was ignorant when asking for the gasket by itself his question was oval or rectangle well I as well as many don't know there is 2 options or maybe it is because I don't know much and am ignorant but I asked why they would know the part needed by the year make and model , I mean they didn't ask when I was wanting prices for the entire manifold kit which includes the gasket, and the man said well that is on your end you should know that it's not our fault you don't know you have to remove it and look so I asked for the price on each and the man told me they only carry the STANDARD rectangle! Wow customer service

I choose Advance Auto Parts Princeton location over their competition because of their customer service. Maria is awesome. She is friendly, knowledgeable and always goes out of her way to help. I drive past an O'Reilly's, Napa, and Autozone to go there because of that.
