Been with this company for over 2 years, I highly recommend them. They have shown me nothing but kindness and their general manager Rebecca is amazing to work with. She makes sure you fully understand all the documents. She also always greets me with a smile that tends to make my days better. I haven t had one single problem from anyone that works there.

I am completely overjoyed I went to Portland superior auto! Rebecca Mills the general manager has always been so helpful! The times I felt overwhelmed she stepped in and just was kind understanding and beyond helpful! She makes buying a vehicle easy and makes it feel like I m in the right place!

I wasn't looking for another car or a car payment for that matter. But unfortunately I had no other choice. My credit was not the best but luckily my mom was able to help me. Rebecca was great! I'm not crazy about having another car payment but I am happy with my car so far.

Honestly have nothing but trouble with this company I make all my payments on time had full coverage insurance for three years now they are trying to say they don t have my insurance had a lot of problems with the car it s been in the shop more than anything save the trouble go somewhere else

So I came to the portland store with Karen riojas and Joanne smitley. It was my first time ever doing this and they was amazing. They was super nice, informative, caring , kind people. I was lacking some information of course being first time and all. So instead of lime most places losing patience and they was super sweet. I got everything done super easy. They explained everything to me so well. They are a really amazing team. Y'all should be proud to have them as ur employees. Its very rare these days to be treated like that and I want everyone to know and spread the word. I will do the same to the people I work with if they need a car imma tell everyone to go to the portland superior Auto portland in. Thank you so much for making it easier and showing compassion.

Horrible customer service and sportsmanship. They will hang up on you even after telling them to explain something better for your understanding. Very rude and disrespectful, would not recommend
