I had hail damage on my 2020 camper and needed new metal on one side. At first I really felt good when I met the owner I even paid before I picked the camper up the first time which was my mistake, because unless a company has integrity you have nothing to hold them accountable with. The first time I went to pick it up the metal was cut short around fenders and the caulking was missing or full of holes in a couple dozen spots. The butyl tape was compressed and hanging out past the silicone. I showed the gentleman in charge that day and he said a new guy did the work and he d take care of it. When I came back although some of the caulk was fixed there were still missing spots the part around the fender that was short was filled with caulking that was lose. The butyl tape was still thicker than most of the silicone and the silicone that was applied was very messy. When they removed and replaced the metal They pried back the trim and bent it up. At the roof line when they pried back the trim it loosened the sealant and it was never fixed. The trim around the hatches was scratched I m assuming by the metal when being installed. I was warned to live with the hail damage and not trust it would be fixed properly and I wish I would ve listened. Once I had paid the time of the conversation changed and I could tell I was more of an annoyance than a customer. I wish I would have taken pics the first time I came to pick up the camper. I will remove most of what was done and reseal myself. In the past I resealed the camper and it looked much better and more importantly was actually sealed. I d say a lot of this is myFault I just have a soft spot for small business should not have trusted them to pay before I picked up in the past I ve always had good luck with small business but you live and learn. I told the owner my concerns about having it redone and was upfront about how I d been told it s better to leave it factory and deal with the dents. And he was confident there finish product would be better than the factory. I guess the used car salesman tactics were applied here. Be warned

Each person here is friendly and helpful. The guys working on our RV work really efficiently at a fair cost, quality work and have done large and small jobs in shorter time then expected. I would rather bring RV my issues with me while visiting family to them rather than the local guys near me in Florida. Highly recommend these guys to all.

I just picked up my travel trailer, I can say nothing but good about the service I received. Keith was very pleasant to talk with, explained what had done.I told them I had a trip planned and he made sure the work was done.

They're working on my Coach now. So far so good. I'm very impressed, and glad I chose them. I'll let you know how it turns out...3 weeks later... Picked up my coach and there is no apparent problems with the work done. Kieth found a nice barely used generator to replace mine. I recommend this place, they did me a solid. Much better than Camping World ever was and half the price!

Called Monday afternoon with a broken landing gear on my 5th wheel. Tuesday AM Tony shows up at my campsite 25 miles away and replaces it in 50 minutes. Great serviceman and overall experience! Thank You!

Very, very disappointed in service & price. They quoted one price then charged a much higher price. Said, multiple times, they would come to my site to perform certain jobs, never showed up or called. I'd call to see why they didn't complete job & he'd promise to do it on another day. Again, never showed up. This happened repeatedly!!!!! Certainly a sad way to treat customers.***** A few days after posting the above statement the owner called me. While nothing changed...I appreciated that he cared enough to discuss my concerns.

Great place with competitive pricing. Called them to have our a/c looked at at the local fairgrounds because it was making weird noises and when he found nothing wrong he chose not to charge us at all. Great guy! Highly recommend!!

Poor customer service. Called to schedule an appointment to make sure when we brought our trailer we wouldn't be leaving our trailer there over the weekend, as we need it every weekend. They scheduled us for a week and a half later (the next time they would have time to look at it), no problem. We dropped the trailer off then, called 3 days later still had not even touched the trailer. (Not sure what the point in making an appointment was) Called back two days after first call(day 5), had just looked at it. Had to have it over the weekend. Picked the trailer up a week and a half later. Not happy with our service.

Had problems and thought it was our ac.Keith came out and replaced our ac. We still had same issue with brand new ac and he came back same day and stayed till problem was solved not only with our camper but helped with park electrical issue to assure that he replaced our ac correctly and that, that wasnt the problem. Very happy that its up and running as it should now. Pleased with outcome of ending service.

These guys are top of the line! I've had them out to the rv park twice with no problem and even spoke to Mr. Keith on the phone a couple times troubleshooting issues. They have always made sure to return my calls. If you haven't gotten a call back from them, make sure to leave a voicemail, because he for sure cares about customers and will call back. R & R is the best I've dealt with! If you have any rv concerns or issues, these guys are who to call.

I have been waiting since November of last year to get a new canvas put on my camper and I still ain't have it on yet I called several times it's sitting there at the shop but they have not returned my calls and I don't know what's going on I'm about to go somewhere else

ROOF REPLACEMENT GREAT JOB DONE BEST PRICE WITHIN 100 MILES OF SPRINGFIELD OH MOST DEFINETLY WILL TAKE MOTORHOME BACK IF I NEED ANYTHING REPAIRED THANKS KEITH

Have no idea why people are not giving keith and his crew 5 stars keith has done nothing but go above amd beyond for me and my wife and i definitely reccomend him if your needing stuff fixed on your rv. Also if your complaining about having to leave messages and not getting called back they are extremely busy

R&R is the only place I would have do any Rv repair work. I also travel 60 mile to there shop just to buy rv parts.

This place is a rip off !! Did not do half of what they was supposed to do and charged me for it. ( way to much). And took forever. Beware. I wouldn't let fix a tent.very dissatisfied.
