I had a real good encounter with them. We got my brakes done and they called about a couple of problems that needed attention. They made all repairs and still got it done fast.

Mindy at the front counter is friendly, (didn't seemed bothered by an overly talkative customer like me. I get chatty), helpful, and takes great notes when the fellas are busy making sure things are right in the shop. Thank you Mindy. Keep smiling. It's comforting to us customers. When other shops seem grouchy...not for my money.

Expensive and unhelpful. Who ever the big tall older man is was extremely rude. I was told the cost of the tow and was told flat out that I had to pay the full amount and collect the money from my insurance myself. You made no attempt to help me in any other way. You left the office and I told the lady behind the counter that I we would have to just take the car home as we could not pay nearly $200 for the tow bill. She responded with an "ok". There were no other attempts to help us made.

After talking to Matt on the phone I felt confident they would have the part when I arrived. After 25 minute drive I walked into a very clean and organized customer waiting area where I was greeted I then was introduced to Matt he had my part installed it correctly a very reasonable price

Briar got my car in and took the time to explain to me what was wrong and what could be done to fix it. I appreciated that! Had some more work done to my car; got it back yesterday and WOW what a difference! Once again I'm very satisfied with the service from Briar and the guys! Thanks so much!

Great service great people very clean office took care of me and my car quicker than expected I like that they took the time to show me what was wrong and explain it so that I could understand it. Briar is very knowledgeable and my vehicle is running better than ever will definitely be back

What for alternator he priced head gasket valve covers and spark plugs one at $800 and all I needed was alternator he would not do the work I wanted to hire in for I ended up having the police come and get my car back because he refused to return my vehicle when I wouldn't pay him to do work that I did not want him to do
