I had a 5-star experience with Mike's team. I appreciated the excellent customer service by the front desk. And Zach explained the issues with the car and politely answered my questions while the car was on the lift.

Needed an oil change. Drove right into the garage. Took no longer than 10-15 minutes. Affordable price and now just one more until the next is free! Didn t mind the short wait at all. Their waiting room is nice and clean with a good sized TV to watch sports highlights. Office staff (Mike) was friendly and knowledgeable. They even have a very good boy behind the counter who likes all the pets! Wouldn t go anywhere else in the area.

Always professional and friendly. Great communication skills. Prices are fair and they deliver what they promise. Such a great place to take your vehicle. Mike and Anthony are extremely responsive and informative. Jake runs an amazing establishment. Highly recommended.

A big shout out to Anthony for his excellent customer service skills. There was a minor issue that I had after I picked up my vehicle. I called, and my issue was addressed and taken care of by Reeder's. I LOVE that they guarantee all of their work and keep their word if you have an issue or concern. They take accountability and fix it without recharging the customer. I am highly satisfied and I will always bring my car here for my repairs.

Firstly, I walked in and I appreciated the greeting. Sometimes you go to mechanics or shops And they don't even greet you. Secondly, they answered my questions appropriately and effectively. They gave me reasonings to why If and when it couldn't work, they set me up immediately with an appointment, fixed my car. They were gentlemen and overall good customer service. Great work! I will be returning, No need to go to my car dealership anymore..

I can t say enough good things about Reeder s. I am fairly new to this area and when my car was needing servicing I was quickly felt anxiety. But, from the moment the young man answered the phone, James I believe, I instantly felt secure. I got in very quick and they took extra time with me explaining everything needing to be done, and I might add price was perfect. Jake runs a great business, very professional and very clean. I will be going there from now on.

Honest & sincere I see why people refer people to Reeders. Technician were knowledgeable in their job.& didn t try to over sell. I felt very comfortable. I asked the technician if his momma would be safe in the car. He said yes! I will recommend to others.

The staff at Reeder's are professional, knowledgeable, and they make sure to explain everything to you in detail on what needs to he done with your vehicle. They make you feel welcomed and even the younger staff be on point. Whether it's a "quick" oil change, tire repair, brakes, or engine work, they get you in, fix it, it's reasonably priced, and they have you back rolling in no time.

I had to replace the transmission in my truck. Reeders replaced the transmission for thousands of dollars less than the dealers price for a rebuilt transmission from the same company. After they installed the rebuilt transmission they found that it was making an unusual noise so they contacted the manufacturer and ordered a new one which they then installed. They doubled their work and informed me of the process throughout the repair. I am very happy with their work and that they took the extra step of making sure the job was done right even when it meant having to take out the transmission they had just installed to replace with another one.

I was very pleased with my experience at Reeder's. The staff were exceptional and the facility is very clean. Repair was done while I waited. The price was less than I expected. I highly recommend Reeders and will definitly return when I need a repair.

My experience was great! My brakes were grinding metal on metal and it was super loud. I set up an appointment online for the next day and even though they were busy and told me upfront they were busy. They follow though on the appointment and got my brakes fixed that day. Anthony was great and explain the quote they texted me. Thank you.

Excellent service!! Took their time to figure out the problem and communicated with me throughout the whole process. The cost was very affordable and they did not try to upsell me on things that were not needed. Will definitely use again when/if needed. Highly recommend

Great experience! The staff could not have been more helpful and nicer! Went in for a simple battery change which opened a whole can of worms with my older vehicle. They never gave up and solved the problem in no time. Will definitely go back!

These guys are AWESOME!! Most importantly, they are HONEST. They don't try to sell you what you don't need. Compared to a dealer, they beat prices easily. I've been bringing my cars here for about 8 years. I've never had a bad experience. I discovered that I had a flat tire while dropping my dog off at Tammie s Dog Services across the street and went right over to Reeder s. They got right to work figuring out how damaged the tire was and keeping me informed the whole way. It ended up being too bad to repair and needed replaced. They made sure I was well informed on this before starting the process. They also offered to take me home but I was going very far for work that day so I declined. Everyone was so friendly and understanding. Even though it s a little out of the way from my home, I d like to go here for all the car repair needs they can help me with.

Overall one of the better places I ve been in a while. Cool text system with what they re doing on your car. Granted i only had some simple stuff done and they were unable to help me with some of it i can t think of anything bad and it was an overall pleasant experience.
