I don't use them very often but I did one time and that item failed two years later which was yesterday. I took it back and they replaced it and asked me no questions at all. So I'll start shopping here a lot more now great experience

I was walking by their store last Sunday and stopped in for a question about my sons car and his oxygen sensor. I spoke with Deborah. She was fricken awesome!!! She told me not to replace the part yet and gave me a couple tips on how to fix his car. I mean how great is that. This just became my parts store due to her. Thanks for the fantastic help!

I ordered some windshield wipers online that the website claims were in stock. I waited 24 hours for an email to tell me my items were ready. I never did get the email. I went to the shop they said they were busy. After all that one wiper Was out of stock. The staff was friendly and helpful but in the end I had to leave with only one windshield wiper.

Employee on the phone ignored me for 10 minutes as I stood up front for service. I understand that it s a customer she was speaking to but I am a customer also she could have took 2 seconds to notify her coworker. On the other hand the employee who served me was efficient and polite.

I stopped in here yesterday to grab windshield wipers and some rain-x. The manager there was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The big however is the remaining staff. As I got ready to check out a team member told me that he doesn't do the register and he would have to get someone. At this point the manager was helping other customers which I understand.After he found someone to check me out he told me they were on the phone and that I would have wait.So after time, I checked out and the employee didn't even offer a bag. They checked me out and just blew it off. Walked out I was thinking the manager is awesome but the staff needs help.

An absolutely horrible experience. On the side of their building it says they test Your batteries and alternators for free and when I went in the guy said we don't do that. I asked if since there is another guy he said he can't do it because he is a delivery guy and I then asked if he could jump start my car and he said he couldn't do that at all. Really disappointed with this place and I will not be returning to this O'Reilly Auto parts store at all. Shame on you and the way you treat you customers. I'm surprised that this auto parts store has any customers.

It's a good part store there's one staff member that's very shady . But everything else and all the experience good place and quality stuff

The customer service was absolutely horrifying. The big gentleman with the reddish hair and beard was so rude, and came out from around the counter to physically assault me. I will NEVER shop at O'Reilly's until that man is fired. I'm also spreading the word about the terrible customer service. Auto Zone get ready for some new customers

I had a battery purchased and installed by them and today july 1 2021 I had a problem with my car and the problem was that the battery was not secured properly by the store personnel. I now am going to have to have someone else fix what they did improperly. Buyer beware in having them install items that you purchase from them.

My engine light came on in my car so I went to another place and they couldn't do it because of covid. So I called this place and they said they would let me borrow it to take out to the parking lot and test it myself and I was very happy about that cuz I wanted to know what was going on and it was really simple and easy to do anybody could do it. Then I went inside and he pulled up the code and then printed off the sheet for me and told me what the possibilities it could be and show me the pricing and was very helpful. I definitely will be back.

Came in as soon as check engine light popped up, the employee scanned my Taurus wagon quickly and we found the code that popped up. Ty O'Reillys employee for helping me out

Every time I have been to this location, the staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. It is a chain auto parts store, so you can expect the same type of layout and offerings as the other stores of this type. Nothing in my mind stands out when compared to its competitors.One thing that is annoying about corporate stores like these, is the corporate agreements these stores apparently have with corporate suppliers. For instance, Sylvania is pretty much the only replacement bulb manufacturer offered at this location. There is one other, but the bulbs offered by that brand are not in direct competition with the Sylvania as they are not the same type. For a single halogen bulb with a 5k color temp for my vehicle it was just under 11 dollars. For the 6k bulb (which is nothing more than blue tinted glass as opposed to clear) it was just under 21 dollars. It is obvious that the price reflects nothing more that greed disguised as "good marketing". I was able to order highly rated LED replacement pairs that guarantees the same light pattern that uses less energy for 15.00 per bulb on Amazon. It is sad that one must order from a store that is not in the community, however, charging double for a blue tinted build that is essentially 25 year old technology is doing nothing for my local community. It is obviously doing something for the execs at O'Reilly's and Sylvania. When the employees there who get a discount share in a customer's frustration and readily confess that they do not buy their bulbs there either, it is evident the price too high.For now, O'Reilly Auto Parts can sell me my windshield washer fluid. Which for the record is reasonably priced with a nice selection.
