I called to get an estimate for a paint job for new parts and who ever I talked to was super RUDE! I will never recommend this place to anyone I know. And they lost a customer who would have been super loyal too. Their loss not mine! Found another place to do it for a decent price. There's no need to be rude to anyone in customer service.

This place is trash after weeks of them not even calling me to tell me my hood was painted and ready to install, the paint is all bubbled, black specks all over my white hood, on a brand new hood. Saying they cant keep keep it clean and dirt is to be expected on a brand new paint job.The owner was yelling and screaming at me when I asked if it was warranted on the imperfection spots, so they decided to "fix" it. they put dots of white over the spots and now it looks even worst! I highly recommend not taking anything you care about to this business. They left the inside of my brand new truck that i just purchased a few months ago with white dust all over the interior. The owner is terrible at doing business making appts is ridiculous. I wish I could post the pics of how badly they messed up my vehicle, I don't even want to take it back to be fixed again because I'm scared how the 3rd time with these people will turn out. After spending $2000 at this place.Service: Painting

Strongly recommend you pass on this shop.Very unprofessional - and unkind.They had my car at their shop for 4 mos, didn't even attempt to order parts as far as I'm aware.This is the second time I've done business with them - last time they fixed my driver's side quarter panel and bumper and missed at least one bracket in the process, leaving the panel to poke up at the corner by the window.This time around my ins. sent my car to them automatically - the first few times I talked to them they hadn't a clue that they actually had my vehicle, as if they have no system for looking into such things, I was told they have a 30 car lot! As if I could expect them to know the 30 cars they have.The receptionist is difficult to talk to, barely seems to understand what's going on.A mechanic called me to rudely ask where all the nuts and bolts are that came off my vehicle when I was struck by another car at 2am. Bc apparently, I was suppose to collect all that rubble after I climbed out of it - said it could take a year to fix my car bc the nuts and bolts couldn't be ordered. This would not be the only strange and unprofessional phone call. It's a struggle to get anything straight from here, they will say one thing to you and another to your appraiser. Adding confusion and delay.Granted, my ins wasn't helping the situation - this was a profoundly upsetting interaction. After 4 mos, I managed to get my car moved to another shop.For 4 months I paid car payment and insurance on a car that sat, ignored by these people.Shame on you.Service: Body & Trim

I am absolutely amazed by the quality of work these guys and gals do! My car came back looking brand new after having severe damage to the front and back the price was MORE than fair! They cared about making sure my car was 100% before giving it to me and assured that I could rely on them if I have any troubles in the future! They were courteous and patient with me! I will in the future always bring my vehicles to Kustom auto body! Showed off my newly fixed car to all my friends and family and assured them that this is the place to be! Cannot give enough thanks to Kustom and I can rest assured knowing that they stand behind their work! Highly Highly recommend, the price is right and the work is great!

This place is not at all professional. Called because my vehicle died on the highway, 2 hours or so after pick up, after being in their shop for almost 2 months. The owner himself, i believe it was, told me he will not help me. And acted like it was a joke and no big deal.

This establishment does not offer auto body repair. This is a shell company set up to provide auto body estimates to insurance companies in an effort to defraud customers and impound their cars until the Indiana statute limitations pass to illegally confiscate customers vehicles . This business refuses to return claimants calls in an effort to illegally profit off the leins they place on vehicles they are in possession of and refuse to complete repair on.

Did an excellent job on refinishing the front bumper of my corvette. Paint match is near perfect and the finish matches the original. I will return to Kustom forany paint and body service i would need in the future.

Do not buy vehicles from here! Bought a Cadillac for $4,000. 2 months later, it went down with a blown head gasket. Never contacted him about the car. 2 years later I got it up and running but the check engine light is still on, which was on when I bought it. I asked him to call in a favor to the shop like he did when I bought it to have check engine light reset so I could get emissions done. He told me he's not responsible for any cars he sells. Truly a lemon stand. Too bad we can't give a zero.

Tried calling to set up an estimate for some repair. The lady didn't listen to me then asked me if I had an estimate. That's exactly what I said at the beginning of the conversation as to why I called you. I'm going to Gerber.

Filthy old reception area with crotchety old owners arguing in front of customer, creepy mannequins staring at you. I literally had to take my car to another shop to have working turn signals.

I got into a car accident January 9th that left my bumper on right side in the front hanging! Got it back and it looks brand new! Great service and awesome professionalism! Definitely recommend

Whoever answered the phone is rude and unprofesssional. I called and stated my name and stated that I was calling in regards for my vehicle and before I can even finish he says this is who? slow it down now . Nah, you can simply ask me to repeat what I said if you werent able to hear. Not the way you speak to customers at all
