My company called and asked if my truck could be looked at for warranty service, I was 4 miles away.When I got there at 3 pm to check in a woman who came to the window, took on a very poor attitude she said that no one consulted her about me coming, and just out of the blue they had a couple of trucks show up just before I got there. But seeing she was not told anything about me. She said that they were about to close and I could simply leave the truck with them, I could call an Uber and get a ride to a truck stop and they would try to get to my problem in the morning. Power trip or something. She was downright rude and hostile. One thing is for sure this was our first time there and our last time.

Egr valve cleaned up and egr cooler replace by them left the trailer Thursday picked Tuesday that's fine but after I hook trailer I find out gasket was hanging there and 2 bolts holding to egr cooler was completely loose left without tighten them..Paid $1.473.00 for what ..Sad to see people's they don't do there job rightI adding pictures to so they may see there wonderful job done as well..

Issues with apu. Alt code. Turned out to be loose belt. Was expecting worse. Charged minimum shop charge. Whoot!

A good place to get your refer or APU fixed very friendly staff the Mechanics know what they are doing if you need anything fixed come here

Pretty quick service and resolved the issue. Only issue was the technician thought he was doing a pm after I told the office that the apu wasn't running properly. Not sure that if I hadn't of been in the truck to explain this if the guy would've done a pm also. Other than that it was a good experience

Did a good job repairing my APU but I give 3 stars just because I spent a thousand $'s for the labor & parts.

Was there for an estimate , was given a price of $7, 000.00 , went to the one in Wisconsin, $3,000.00

I got into a bay fast w/o having an appointment. Waited less than one hour. Techs were friendly and knowledgeable, answered my questions concerning my APU & had repairs done in less than 2 hrs. APU runs like new now! The women at the front of the shop were helpful & super friendly as well. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Dropped in with no appointment to have my APU looked at. The people at the service desk were outstanding. The techs were courteous, kept me informed of what they found, and were very thorough checking for the cause of my issues. It was worth the wait to leave feeling confident that it was repaired properly. Thank you! You guys rock!!

Anthony went above & beyond!!! Excellent service!!! Fixed my APU & took care of the corrosion on my batteries. It's hard to find good mechanics & I really appreciate it when I run across one. He knows his stuff & he is thorough.

I ve heard they don t inspect their trailers when being dropped off, poor management. I d always inspect a new trailer being dropped off. That s just me tho. They have a gate so someone has to let you in before going in and dropping a trailer. Not that hard to walk around and check trailer!!

Came here for Tripac service and to fix a problem with my heater. This place is fcfs.People here are great!

They lied and said my battery on my refer was bad but it worked fine the day before I put my trailer in their care to fix for other reasons. Plus the day before I had a dot inspection done on it, but they said there was no new sticker on it and wanted to know if I wanted them to do a DOT inspection. When I told them I had a new sticker on it already they argued that there wasn't. Dont trust anyone who works there.

The staff was very friendly pulled up meet a staff member showed me where to drop trailer signed my paper work. In and out service. Great Lakes Thermo King you ROCK.

Disappointed!! dropped my truck off for apu repair with the intention they would get to it same like usual,because the young lady at at front desk didnt tell me different. Call back like 5hrs later to check the status,Josh tell me they will have it for 2-3 days before they touch it because there backed up. Very inconvenient

Went here today and told them exactly what was wrong with my truck, they claim apu was working fine and charged 160 to do nothing. I get to truck stop and turn on apu and see it's set on 50, they lied and I turned it to 75, no heat, smh. It's hard to find good help and i dont recommend anybody to use them!!!

Been there 3 times for different problems with apu. Always taken care of quickly. Max was great. Had him 2 times and kept me up to date on progress.

Went my trailer refer down with load going WisconsinOn Saturday there service is great send a technician in an hour.While the whole building is closedSpecial thanx tech Cameron 4 showing up gr8 communication well expereance...

they do the job, yet the time they take to repair or replace parts it's very outrageous. Not Just becase they charge $113/hr but they take too long working or seemingly working. also parts are tree times more expensive. I would find another better place if there is any or try finding some one else to do the job.

I stopped by to have my tripak checked out and they were friendly and nice place.My boss just didn't care for the estimate so I have to wait a little bit longer.

I bought new peterbilt 579 with install it try pack Termo king,cost me $12000, since the time when a purchase the truck I couldn't turn off the truck in the my Ignition because the problem install it the try pack in my truck. Seems the time I got the truck for years I got this problems all the time and never been fixed by Termo king. Not recommended this location .

I wish I could give zero stars. Took my truck in almost a month ago and they still haven t fixed my truck after assurances it would be done. They said it will be two more weeks. It s not a major job. Six weeks is ridiculous

Very good experience my bunk heater went out and they took care of it and also serviced my apu. Anthony the mechanic explained everything to me and was very friendly and knowledgeableThank you guys for a great job

This Is My First Time In My Trucking Career Having A APU On My Tractor. This Was My First Experience At Any Thermo King Location. For This To Be A Franchise Location I Am Happy & Impressed The Way Anthony Took Care Of Me Yesterday! He Is Truly Committed To Excellence By Representing His Employer & The Thermo King Brand Well. I Really Appreciate The Attention To Detail He Have My APU And The Knowledge He Gave Me To Maximize The Life Of The Unit.

Do not take your truck/reefer unit to this place for service unless it is an actual Thermo King reefer unit. They will charge you to look at a reefer unit that they know nothing about nor will they look at the manual to understand it. They also won't tell you that they know nothing about it and "aren't allowed to read the manual and adjust the settings for anything that isn't a Thermo King" until they've charged you $200 for a diagnosis that is completely wrong. A waste of money and quite deceptive.
