I had these guys replace the tires on my fifth wheel trailer. They were able to come to my location, which was great.They were supposed to arrive at 10am. At 10:45 I had to call to see what was going on. I understand that things happen, but a phone call would have been nice.The bad part is that a couple days later, I was installing my TPMS sensors and I discovered that one of the metal valve stems was chipped and the core was sticking out. When I screwed the sensor on, air would leak out.It was Saturday, so I couldn't contact them.I found a shop that was open and had to take the tire there and pay them to fix it, as I was leaving town the next day.They will probably say it was already like that, but the tire pressure sensors have been on there the whole time I've owned the trailer, so there's no way that stem could have been damaged. Even if it was, it should have been pointed out and fixed.This, to me, is inexcusable. The tech should have fixed what he broke.My other complaint is that they way over tightened the lug nuts with the air ratchet. I had to ask them to use a torque wrench to do it properly but they were still way too overtightened. I had to go back and loosen and re torque them myself, which was not easy because they had so over tightened them.This, to me, is very unprofessional service.

Dave B, Ryan J. and Jacob were fantastic. I went on pretty late, and they were willing to help me out. Great people skills and very professional. Thank you, Goodyearfor hiring these men and them saving me from a much bigger bill

This place it s what s missing in this great nation this days. Old school service and knowledge. I went to fix a flat on my tractor, the guy looks at the tire and he could tell right away where the puncture was. Very good!! Friendly, fast service!!

Absolutely amazing customer service, recently I had a blow out with a semi. They came and helped me out with little to no hassle and with great speed to my rescue.

We were traveling and had what we thought was a flat tire. They fixed our problem right away and we were on our way. Recommend them !!! Thank you.

Wonderful service, the manager went above and beyond I'm expectations for service and with a fair price.. will recommending him to all my friends.. I will always have good year tires on all my vehicles for now on

I can not say enough about these folks, I blew a tire on my Rv Sunday night and was at this store bright and early Monday morning. I was ready to buy a set of tires, but they did not have stock. There was a spare on the Rv that was in a holder that was miserable to get to. The young man who worked on it took it in stride and searched for options to get the spare out. Finally one way worked and he was able to get me on my way. He spent 2 hours rolling around under the Rv helping me. When it was all said and done I tipped the young guy and went inside to pay my bill. The store owner was so nice, he treated me way more than fair. I highly recommend this store

Got me right in. Professional but very friendly. Competitive pricing and they had what I wanted. I'd say it was a grand slam. If you want everything right this is the place to go.

Took a hour and a half for them too repair a tire on my Ford f250 ridiculous. Even though they did not charge me for the repair I will not be returning.
