Dan was the gentleman who assisted my husband and I today. I bought aftermarket rims and tires. He made sure my rims didn't get scratched at all! They were very polite and patient. I will definitely return for future service! They charged a great and reasonable price

very helpful and professional. i needed two new tires after one went flat on a road trip. these kind professionals made extra time to help me and because of that I didn't get stranded overnight. i was in and out far faster than I had expected. great experience.

I chose to go to discount tire in Portage as they have serviced my tires on all my cars. This visit, I used their online service to schedule my service. Wow, it was very easy. When I arrived in the morning, I was greeted outside and asked who I was and my appointment time. I went into the store. I was greeted by a young man letting me know he will be the one servicing my Buick. My receipt says Joseph L. Joseph told me that he has my tires ready and would complete the job within 15-25 minutes. He met that goal. I am very satisfied with the service this team provides its customers. Thank you Discount Tire in Portage for the great customer service.

They are the best and I found out that they bought out The Tire Rack, that's impressive and now you can get Vrederstein tires anywhere!!! These guys are awesome don't go anywhere else

Great Service! I purchased tires from a competitor and was told that I needed to purchase new rims to fix my vibration problem. Took my vehicle to Discount Tire in Portage for a second opinion, and they corrected the problem by properly spin balancing my tires. Saved me a ton of $$$ and a huge headache for only $40.00. Thanks Guys!

I got a flat while traveling. These guys gave me a great price $80 less than the dealership and got me in and out in under 40 minutes. Thank you Anthony and Zack and the technician that did the job. I appreciate it guys top shelf, work and service!

My drivers tire blew a weight, so i had my bf bring in my tire to get rebalancedWhen tire isnt on car its $16, when on car found out its $50, so far so good weught is still on inner side of tire

I had such a great experience at the store. James helped me with every issue I was having and did it with care and attention. He told me my car would be ready in an hour and a half and it was . I will definitely be coming back to this location in the future.Thank you boys for such great work !! You were very busy but kept your cool and got things done with great service !! Awesome team there.

Everyone there was really nice and courteous. I was the last car of the night and they treated me just like everyone else - they didn't rush me out and they made sure my vehicle was taken care of. Excellent customer service and another reason why I keep coming back here!

On the coldest night this year on Saturday, January 13, I had a tire deflate to near flat and brought it to the Portage Discount Tire just after 6pm when the shop was supposed to close at 5pm. BEN was extraordinarily responsive and considerate of the value of my time and inconvenience AND scheduled an immediate replacement! Come to Portage for exceptional service!!

The best place for tires and it's not even close. We have been going to get tires from them even before they were in Portage and they never disappoint. Their prices are affordable and the quality of the tires are excellent. Staff is completely helpful and honest. Just recently I blew two of my tires thinking that I was going to need new rims, but they were super transparent and were able to fix my tires.

Cameron is the MAN the man should get a raise ! He was so helpful, respectful and polite!! Getting my mothers car tires replaced all the way around and my girlfriends on point!! Sucks they don t do alignments in house, but they send you 2miles down the road to MTI SERVICE CENTER and if you get tired it s only $50 to have the alignments done!!

I had a leaking tire on my fleet vehicle which typically adds a lot of steps to getting it processed for any maintenance. On top of that, unfortunately I wasn t able to get in until 15 mins before their closing. However, Levi and the rest of the team took the extra time to still process and get my tire fixed. I m able to make my meeting tomorrow morning now and take some weight off my shoulders. I highly recommend going to Discount Tire.

Got a really good deal on 4 Hankooks....installed with tax for $427. Made an appointment, received a call the tires arrived and everything was on standby waiting for me. Showed up, they had an open bay and got everything installed in less than 1 hour. Couldn't have gone any better. Thanks guys!

I had a great experience here! Dan helped me out and definitely put me at ease. They made everything easy and streamlined and replaced my tire within about 30 minutes. I would highly recommend coming here and definitely ask for Dan, he was great!

They were great. Because I bought my tires there they replaced my broken valve stem for free. Unfortunately they lost the the center cover for my mag. But all in all I recomend them.

Discount Tire is great. Highly recommend them if you're installing new rims and or tires. Costs more than a mom and pop shop,but won't mess up your rims. They are big on driving safety. So don't try and bring a bootleg setup to them. Either they wont let you drive off the lot or won't install them. Great shop in my opinion. They installed rims and tires on my prelude and civic si.

10/10, would highly recommend!Fast, friendly, and maximum effort. Not only did they replace my tire, they also fixed my beeper after I offhandedly mentioned it didn't beep anymore. I will be going back to get the other three tires replaced as soon as I can!

We called this location because we were staying at a hotel in Portage. We were 170 miles away from home. We hit a pothole on the interstate and we called this location. After we got roadside assistance to help us, they told us to just get there before 5 and they would get us taken care of. Even though we got there at 4:40pm they were all still helpful and fast, even though they were busy. I would definitely recommend this place.

Friendly staff. Set an appointment quickly online. Got me right in found the problem patched my tire at no charge! Recommend wipers and I had them replace. Saved a few bucks and free install. Highly recommend discount tire in portage!

I have taken multiple cars to this location for my full sets of tires. They are always professional and friendly. They helped me in a pinch with my sons tires right before they were closing without blinking an eye. Two weeks later on my car was the first time in all my times here that the tires were not balanced on the first try however they took it right in a couple days later when I could get there and even though they were busy and got everything corrected quickly. Keep up the great work there and support out local business.

I've been to this Discount Tire twice and each time have been made to wait longer than my expected time... the lack of people is kinda ridiculous, when there's a line of 6 people and you expect the one person taking in-person consultations/check-in's to answer the phone also. I stopped in just to get a nail pulled from one of my tires and fixed, fairly simple (I would hope) but have been waiting for over 15 minutes past my estimated completion time of one hour(yes, I know what that means but then what's the point of giving a time out?) without any sort of communication or notable advancement. Either way, the desk staff are always friendly, very helpful, as well as knowledgeable. I hope you guys can get a more solid framework for staff, otherwise great service. :)

Great customer service. I love that I was able to pay for the service online. They also have an app where you can track the what is being done to your video. They completed the job 20 mins earlier than the app estimated. I will always come back here for my tires.
