We worked with Reece and he was a phenomenal salesman. We started at the dealership in the morning, stopped at three other but continued to communicate with the Castle team (Reece) via text and by 4:30pm we had made our decision to go with the 2016 Kia Sorento. The finance team was very upfront and honest, nobody pushed us into anything extra we didn t want. We will be back for the next car! Thank you Team Castle Subaru of Portage, IN!

My vehicle is a 2017 outback. Bought it from Castle Subaru and has been maintained at Castle Subaru Portage indiana. Today it had the 150,000 mile service performed .This dealership has gone out of its way to keep my car on the road. I see no reason why I will not get 200,000 miles out of it without an issue. Castle has made recommendations for service but never pressures the client to have it done. Me, I always have it done and that's why my car runs like brand new. I'm treated with respect and all service with my car is explained and now they're providing video showing issues and positive things. Love this dealership, they even wash it when it's done. Can't ask for more than that. Thank you Mike, Phil for todays service and always Bonnie. What a sweetheart as far as scheduling.Thank you again, your friend and loyal customer, Lance Kurmis

If we could give 10 stars ,we would've. What an awesome experience!!! We had our Subaru 2021 Outback recall issue and oilchange ,tires rotated, update our Starlink, new wipers. I called Saturday to see if they could work our Whte Beauty, the cars name, in.They stated bring it in Wednesday, we drove in to the service door and they had a brand new Forester ready for us to drive home till they finished!!! We live an hour + away!!They found other issues that needed attention. What an wonderful experience Highly recommend,, they showed video of the vehicle on lift as they were inspected it, a shout out to Blake,service tech, Bonnie ,set up our donor car ,and to Craig Taheny, service manger, who explained all the work they did to it.Will be back for the next check up definitely!! Thank's again for making our first visit so rememberable!!!

Omar and Preston were huge helps!!!! They got me a new key fob for free because they had an extra one. Something both of them did not have to do but because of the great excellent customer service I receive. I was able to get my key fob for free!

Excellent Service, Good Value, Friendly Staff.Me and the Wife were due to have service performed on each of our Subaru Foresters. Being as weve put some miles on them we also had our tires rotated.Castle Subaru in Portage is where we purchased our vehicles from and that was a nice and easy experience so we opted to use their service department for our oil changes and tire rotations.Both Foresters were checked in, inspected, serviced, washed and returned to us in around an hours time. They checked the brakes, the tire tread amongst other safety items to ensure we were road worthy.The customer service is where Castle Subaru truly Shines. They break everything down for you, they dont try to pressure you into more than you ask for and while you wait they ensure theres plenty of coffee and beverages in the lobby.We will be using them for our vehicle servicing needs going forward.Services: Tires, Oil change

Brought my new car in for an oil change, just bought a Subaru here so made sense to come to their shop for any maintenance needing done. And I ll definitely never go anywhere else now that I ve been there. Literally just pull up to their garage and they pull you in outside of the snow, where you can leave your vehicle to check in. which I thought was awesome. Check in was quick as possible. Walked across the street to grab some fast food, and as I came back less than 20 minutes later, they were already pulling my car out and had the keys/paperwork ready for me. All super nice and absolutely efficient about getting you back on the road. It s a bit of a drive from my house too but I already know between how quick they are and the quality of the service, it s well worth the 30 minute additional drive to get thereService: General repairs & maintenance

I purchased a warranty when I bought my Nissan, which is the 7th car in 10 years. They told me I was covered for my sunroof repair, it s motor and switch are bad (under $100) and they said $1200, and it cost me a day at work because they said I can wait for it to get done. 3 days later I got my car back, and the sunroof is simply disconnected. Now, 1 week later, my alternator is out, i have no reason not to believe that it was them tinkering around

arrived at 730 for appointment only to have too sit and wait for two hours to get an oil change . they never came to tell me my car was done. the lady that came in after me for an oil change was taken CARE OF AND GONE WAY BEFORE ME . i had to go to the counter where mr steve kiraly was sitting to find out my car was done . looks like he needs help cause his desk had like a dozen people paper work sitting there . When i went to my car and was told keys were in it they were not . i had TO GO BACK IN TO FIND THEM . So unorganized . i did early morning hoping that my one hour lunch time could be used getting the oil changed only to be there two hours . i usually go to where i bought my car but, trying to get to matteron , il is hard working from home . That deal ship always gets a 5 star . Cant say that about yours . MOst of the staff is nice but, unorganized to say the least .Service: Oil change
