I went to five other dealerships trying to find one that would treat us right and take my guaranteed trade program certificate. Wes did an absolutely amazing job taking care of us. Salesman REECE LAKE Highly Recommend! Reece Lake s relaxed personality made us feel like a family member was helping us buy a car. He was extremely knowledgeable on all the different models, listened to our lifestyle and helped us find the vehicle that was perfect for us. He has a genuine passion for Subaru and his communication style was relatable and easy to understand. Reece kept us well informed on timing and what to expect during next steps of the purchasing process. He took great time to explain the features and went out of his way to make sure all our questions were answered and offered his continued support post purchase. It was a pleasure working with him and we would highly recommend him.

A few days ago my Wife and I came for our third vehicle upgrade and all three times we have made sure to work with David Vendl.He goes above and beyond what s expected and works with you to make sure you get the best bang for your buck in your budget.They have an excellent team at Castle Subaru and we won t shop anywhere else.My wife and I got two 2024 outbacks I got the wilderness and she got the Touring XLAnd we can t be more happy with them!Thank you David!

When I started my car shopping process I knew I would be a tough customer. Matt H. was so patient with my picky ways. He showed me multiple cars before we got to the one. He may have known before I did! He was on top of things. Can t say enough good things about Matt and I have to shoutout to Chris with the paperwork it was quick and painless! Got the right car for the right price!

I have been looking to upgrade my car for a long time, and last week I finally took the plunge. I did some online shopping and knew exactly which car I wanted. Subarus are some of the safest cars and everyone I know who has one can't praise them enough. I got a Subaru Crosstrek and it is my dream car! Let me just say too that I'm super glad I spotted it at this dealership, they're great! I couldn't get there right away so I was able to put a small deposit down to hold the car I wanted. I was placed in awesome hands with David Vendl! He laid everything out very clearly and was very kind through the whole process. I originally wasn't going to add on any warranties or maintenance packages, but after having two fixer upper cars previously I decided to keep this car in its best shape as well as give myself peace of mind that it will be taken care of. Hoping she lasts a long time but when the time does come, this dealership is number one for me!!! Ask for David, you won't be disappointed. :)

I highly recommend seeing Michael Keathley at the Portage Indiana Castle Subaru! He is very knowledgeable and friendly, no pressure to buy either! It was the first time ever that I thoroughly enjoyed my car buying experience. I ended up purchasing a 2024 Subaru Forester Wilderness edition and I absolutely love it. This is saying a lot from a person that's only drove Honda vehicles all her driving life! (Also, the whole staff was polite, courteous and deserves a 10 star rating!)

I highly recommend Castle Subaru. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and treated with the upmost respect. I was extremely fortunate to have Reese Lake as my salesman. He took the time to listen to what I wanted in my vehicle. He showed me many different options. Never did I feel like I was being pressured. Reese showed patience as I decided my purchase. He explained the buying process as each step unfolded.Pure professionalism. I can't say enough about Reese. That also goes for the general manager, Mike. He was an intricate piece in my decision. All involved truly care about their buyers. So, please go to Castle Subaru and ask for Reese Lake. You will not be disappointed.

Castle Subaru was a very pleasant experience. Having not bought a car in 15 years, we needed a lot of help. Rylee N. was so helpful and positive and very pleasant, guiding us patiently in the direction we needed to go to get the right car for us. We found the right car and happily now have our new Impreza! Also Clayton explained very well all the functions of our new car. Bravo Castle Subaru!

Cannot recommend Tina and the team at castle. After my wife and I endured several ordeals at other dealers, castle saved the day.They had the car we wanted, at a great price and were so incredibly accommodating for us as we drove in from out of state.Riley, Cheyenne, Tina and everyone at castle portage was great. We met with Reece Lake to talk about trading in our truck for an SUV we had seen available at the dealership. Reece was very helpful from start to finish. We were looking at a 2017 Honda Pilot and a 2019 Buick Encore. He was very patient with us as we talked things over and as we tested each vehicle.We chose the Pilot and are very satisfied.Reece is a wonderful asset to Castle. He's very polite, personable, understanding, friendly, helpful....we could go on.Thank you Reece, and thank you Castle.

Came in here just to shop around and see what Subaru had to offer, and was instantly sold not by the quality of the vehicle or the REALLY good pricing. I was approached by a very kind and knowledgeable salesman, Michael Keathley. This guy made this my best car buying experience by MILES. He went above and beyond to get me the exact vehicle I wanted. He gave me all the knowledge about my new 2024 Legacy so that I didn t have to leave and figure it out later. I 10/10 will be back very soon to trade in my wife s Cherokee for a new Ascent. Thanks again Castle Subaru, and especially Michael!

Absolutely loved my experience at Castle Subaru! Rylee and Stephanie were fantastic! I was in need of a vehicle immediately and live 2 and half hours away from their dealership. They were so helpful getting everything completed before my long drive to collect my vehicle. No hassle, no headache, it was an efficient and smooth process. Although I don t live in the area, if you do, I couldn t say enough good things about this team and the experience!

I'm going to sound like a crazy woman. But buying my first Subaru was AMAZING! AWESOME! SUPER FUN and I'd recommend Castle to everyone! Wes was my sales person and he could not have been more wonderful! No high pressure selling tactics. He was honest, straight foward, funny and treated me respectfully. The entire team at Castle was the same! I have purchased a few vehicles in my 66 years and this was by far the best. My crosstrek is a dream and my grandson and I feel very safe. Buy here with confidence! You will not be disappointed!! I am a customer for life!

Reese was the best! He quickly found me a great car at a price I could afford and made my purchase an enjoyable experience. Even though the dealership was short staffed, Reese made sure that everything was taken care of as quickly and efficiently as possible. There was absolutely no pressure or pushiness like I ve experienced at other dealerships. I will definitely be back to purchase my next vehicle from Reese, he was the most kind and laid back car salesperson I ve ever worked with. Thanks again Reese!

The service department is 100% garbage! My first experience was them changing my oil which resulted in all my oil leaking out. My most recent experience was taking my car there because of the at oil temp light coming on and their diagnosis was I need a new head gasket and new valve body which would have been $7000. After taking my car to a different auto shop, I found their diagnosis was completely not true. I did not need a new head gasket. All I had was a small leak coming from a cover that part was $30 and I needed a new solenoid (why the light was on) which costed me $900 for the part and labor. So instead of them trying to rip me off $7000 I paid a total of $930 at a different auto shop.. If you are looking for good, honest service DO NOT go to Subaru.

We purchased a used 2019 Ascent this past summer from Art Hill, but we wanted to get all our regular maintenance done at the Subaru dealership.We recently brought the vehicle in for a leaky tire, which actually had a nail in it. A few weeks later, we were due for an oil change. My son and I sat and waited, which didn't take more than a hour and during that time he had a great time playing the the kid's playroom and enjoying the complementary goldfish (: During the oil change they found a small leak in the tail shaft. They scheduled us to come back in a few days later and we're so accommodating. It was going to take most of the day, so they set me up with a loaner because my husband was working. This way, my son and I didn't have to sit at the dealership all day (which would be a nightmare with a 17m old). The repair ended up taking longer than the whole day, so they offered to drive my car to me in Hobart and take the loaner back. Then I wouldn't have to drive in the snow storm with my kid.I am so appreciative of the accommodations and how professional and friendly all the staff is at this location. Blake was our service advisor and Bonnie took care of getting us set up with a loaner vehicle, and they were all wonderful! The man that drove our vehicle to us, didn't catch his name, was also so nice!Our family appreciates this amazing staff so much and as long as we are in the area, you guys have a customer for life. Great job hiring awesome people! Could not recommend this location enough!

My husband and I went to Castle to look at a car and Jay was the first person we spoke with. He was friendly, welcoming, and very professional. Every staff member we dealt with was as well. After a great experience we went home with the car we wanted and are once again happy to be Subaru owners. I wouldn't hesitate shopping there again or referring family and friends.
