it was almost like the owner didn't want to sell me any equipment, very rude and didn't seem to care to pay any attention to me as a customer, told me to get it somewhere else even though I couldn't get him to spare 1 minute to ask about any products. get the same garbage customer service from amazon

I m a car audio installer. I have been there twice. Both times the owner acts like even he doesn t want to be there. Nice selection of product. No install bay and bad attitude. Get an install bay and lose the attitude = success! Maybe it s just the area but the other shops kinda have that same vibe.

Best deals on car audio needs. Would not recommend going anywhere else. I've purchased and installed several sound systems for family and friends through here and I've never had a quality issue. Very upfront about what's good and what's trash.

This place is absolutely terrible , bought an entire sound system from them only to blow it out in one month. Then they replace the speakers and they blow a day after. keep in mind they tuned the system as well as them having a installer who clearly did not connect the system properly. only hooked up one speaker to line out converter. If I could give this place no stars I would I had to bring my vehicle back here a total of 7 times. And the installer is a contractor lol. He lives in Gary they sent me back and forth. Please avoid this place at all cost save yourself the headache.

Installed a remote start on my F150. Was able to get me in quickly and the install was fantastic. Great work and highly recommend.

The store has a little bit of everything from speakers to radios to bulbs (led). The owner will try to give you a better deal if you get accessories.

U get what u pay 4..."CONTACT MANUFACTAWER" is what i was told when i inevitably had a problem with the 400 dollar radio i bought....smh
