Head and shoulders above M&S. I wanted to keep my business local, I guess Hobart is close enough. Timely repairs, texted updates, no surprises, and never once heard the word no, or we don t do that . Very pleasant experience. Highly recommend. Came back a second time- again, superior service and work. This time in my Ram. I will not allow another body or paint shop to touch my vehicles as long as this location is around.Make my five stars 10.You re a sucker asking for dissatisfaction if you go elsewhereServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Took my car there after someone hit the side of my car. Work was completed early. The car has a Pearl White finish and it's a little over 6 years old and they matched it well. I would recommend them.

I'm giving 3 stars because my vehicle has been to this body shop twice (only because my insurance company works with them and guarantees the work) and both times it has been there my vehicle has gotten "damaged" in other areas from what they were fixing. The quality of the work seems to be good, but none of my repairs were major.

From estimate to pick up of my car the service was outstanding, professional, honest, understanding, quick as possible, and informative . I remember when companies took pride in their work, their word, and their interactions with their customers, this company remembers that too. Sherri was the absolute Glue for me in this interaction. Cherri's calls to keep me in the loop and conversation during this ordeal kept me at peace please never change Sherri keep being the Glue that holds things together. I am truly thankful for this establishments service. You guys are amazing. Sherri you are the Best.

They did a great job replacing and painting my bumper after being rear-ended. They made the process easy and kept me up to date. Caliber Collision, Portage, IN locationI needed to have my rear bumper fixed. I called prior to selecting this Statefarm preferred provider with a question about what 2 other shops stated they do in regards to blending paint when doing repair work. I was told that they blended the paint as wellWhen I dropped my suv off on 7/20/23 and went over the vehicle with Jessica, she stated that they would NOT be blending and wanted to know who told me that. She stated she would call and ask Statefarm about coverage. She called me back that afternoon and told me Statefarm said I would have to call to request it.When I spoke to statefarm they requested additional info and contacted Caliber. Caliber told them it didn't need to be done. That I had other damage I was trying to get fixed.. ( I have a small light scratch on one side) My concern was the new black paint matching the fading from the sun over the course of 9 years.I questioned if Caliber just didn't have anyone qualified to do it. I never received a response until the day the vehicle was completed about pickup.I picked my vehicle up on 8/1/23. The bumper cover has fine scratches on it in a few different places and the paint job looks like orange peel on the sides. I am very disappointed in not only them telling me they would do something that they never intended to do in the first place to get me to bring my vehicle there, as opposed to other local shops, but in the poor workmanship on my bumper. I would expect the bumper cover to be new and NOT SCRATCHED. Let alone the poor paint job that has the peel like finish.I will not bring any future vehicles back to Caliber.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was very impressed with the service I received. I recently had another repair at a different repair shop due to insurance reasons and Caliber Collision repaired my car quicker and was cheaper than the other shop. My engine light also came on and even though they are a body shop, they ran the code and gave me information on getting that taken care of as well. They put air in my tires and brought to my attention that one of my tires was in need of being replaced. Lastly, my grandson left his backpack in the lobby and they met me halfway to return his backpack. My car was hit and run while parked on the street in front of my house. The drivers side mirror was torn off, damage was done to my rims, tires, and doors. Caliber worked with me throughout the whole process to make an unfortunate situation as easy as possible. They kept consistent communication during the repair, and made sure my insurance was updated so I didn t need to do anything after my car was dropped off. After they ordered and received the parts, the repair time was reasonable, and they did a great job, it looks like new! I hope I don t need car repairs anytime soon, but if I do, I know where I will be going.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

After an minor accident, my insurance referred me to caliber collision. I dint think my car would look or be the same. once I received notice my car was ready; I was blown how good my ride looked; as nothing happened. actually it looked just like when I first got it..... thanks again to the whole team from the receptionist, staff, the enterprise guy and to the tech that worked on my car. you guys made the whole process smooth.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The best service I have ever dealt with when getting a car repaired. From the very beginning of trying to find a place to repair my suv.. Caliber got me in quick and got right on top of things. Leeann & the other girl that works in the front we re the first 2 people I dealt with there & they were both super nice & helpful. Then George took over & I didn t have to worry about a thing. I looked forward to his weekly updates.They made my car brand new again! I couldn t be more thankful for George & his team!
