They need more staff , second day in a row where i can t get a one simple can of paint mixed because some how they only have one employee working i guess the old guys in there with uniforms are props. No offense but not professional

Helped find the right battery for our vehicle and since they didn't have the model we preferred on stock thru offered us a discount on the next model up to keep price close. We were really happy with the service and won't hesitate to go back.

This was the best place in town when it was Portage Commons Auto, all guys that had been in the industry for years and new their stuff. Now I call and unless it's a new car that they can type in a computer and find, no one can find it. When you're working on a classic that's not in a computer, you're screwed! I sure miss Jerry and the crew where I could walk in and say got a 350 engine, need some plug wires and they knew exactly what to get.

The paint guy is awesome. Very knowledgeable and helpful. We have a paint/body shop in Portage and this is or go to place!! Thanks guys! Call first and make sure he is there. Other guys will not mix paint. Just a heads up.

Went their for paimt for my 54 Bel Air. Its no longer available, but the worked with mr over a hour till i found something more suitable.

By far the rudest advance I have ever been too. Stood there while a lady cleaned off a battery the never spoke said anything to me until Rich came from the back 7min later. Thank you Rich

I called to ask a question about a part I bought that went bad and the man just gave me attitude the whole time. He claimed that I didn't buy it from them. And didn't want to look up my info. I was so disappointed by the conversation I just decided to pay the $100 to buy a new part at another store.

Used the engine code machine for free and got a decent explanation of what could be the issue..not bad for less than 5 minutes
