Just had my first experience using them and man what a crew they have. From the service writer going above and beyond to ensure the parts was located for my repair, to the mechanic making special trip out to my location to ensure my truck was fixed as fast as possible. I deliver just in time type freight and break downs can be quite costly. The guys at wiers are top notch guys and I highly recommend them, mechanic James was nothing short of a super hero tonight saving my caboose tonight. I was looking at a huge setback and he saved the day with a quick repair that didn t break the bank. I can t say thank you enough to them for getting me back going.

I have nothing but good things to say about Wiers! Our business was referred to Wiers by a colleague. Upon arrival, I was introduced to David who handled all of my needs. David impressed me with his professionalism and trucking acumen. I was certain my needs were being handled by someone who knew what they were talking about! The service was fast, friendly, and fair-priced. After dealing with some bad establishments in the past, it was refreshing to be treated with such excellent service. Cheers to Dave!

We began using the service department at Wiers in Plymouth a couple years ago after a very poor experience with another International dealer that is much closer to us. Out of the gate I was very impressed with the level of service and communication I received from George, Brady, and Chelsea. They have gone above and beyond on every interaction Ive had with them.

Everyone at this outstanding facility is professional and courteous. The service provided when my truck derated was excellent. The shop saved me a lot of money by repairing the problem on the same day. This is the place to go for the best service and people.

55 stars for these people. They are professionals, they know what they are doing. I will take my units to their shop every time I need some repair on international trucks , other than some small repairs (because I am not near by). Very satisfied

Eric worked on my truck. I had a problem with my DEF system, red light came on saying stop and turn engine off while on the expressway. Eric figured out that it was my dozier and replaced it. Also cleared corrosion build up out of the system. I'm so happy I found these guys! Great work,, great price! I am an independent owner operator, my truck started derating, I stopped in at Wiers International in Plymouth, Indiana, George the service advisor pulled a health report right away, the codes were for an outlet NOx sensor, the shop was full, I figured I would be waiting a long time to get it in, George got a technician on the truck in less than ten minutes, Chelsea the service manager overheard what was going on and helped work to find the NOx sensor (I don t know many Service managers that would do that), turns out they did not have one on hand but they did find one an hour away, they sent their driver to pick it up, I think his name was Brian, and they did not charge me for doing that, long story short they had me on my way in just under 4 hours. Most of the places I have been would have made me wait for the part to come to them. My breakdown experience was amazingly positive, they did not treat me like an inconvenience, they treated me like a priority. That is rare to find in this day and age.

Excellent place to get replacement parts. Owen is a true asset for these folks as he waist no time getting your parts coming and is focused on customer satisfaction. I would recommend calling him for you next parts purchase.

Hello everyone, I had a problem with some work that I had done at wiers truck center in milwaukee Wisconsin after talking with the wiers team they quickly took care of the problem. I did write a not so good review but I should have just been a little more patient. Wiers is a very good company I will return for more repair work. I appreciate all of the follow up calls from them just to see how I was doing. If you have any problems please call them and just talk to them things happen everyone makes mistakes. Thanks to the wiers family my truck is rolling. Good job wiers team

Wires customer service is wonderful! They were very accommodating when scheduling maintenance for our truck. The shop manager kept us in the loop on what the estimated cost of repairs would be and they finished everything in a timely manner. Avoid this place at any cost. I was charged 650$ for the guy to stop by the side of the road to tell me he can t fix the issue there. I towed my truck to his shop and was charged another 1900$ on top of 650$!!!!! He clearly abused my situation to make money.

I bring my truck to fix and they ask me for $3500 just for computer diagnostic and after thet they will tell me how much will coast. I told them that I will take my truck becouse i dont want to spend money for nothing, the call towing withot my permission and take out the truck and send to towing yard. When I was there to teke my truck towing company caharge me 400 $ in cash. They even dont want to use my credit card and harassment me to go during a night to faind cash. I will bring this Wiers company on court. I alredy taka lower. Dont go there to spend your moneyService: Exhaust

Air dryer filter blew out and left me stranded on a Friday night. Wiers answered their phone right away and had a mechanic out to me in about an hour. Quick, professional, courteous and overall awesome experience. I recommend this company. Shout out to Eric the roadcall mechanic who fixed me.. I'm still rolling!
