They always do everything i ask and in a very timely manner. The prices are fair and i appreciate they check everything over and let me know of anything upcoming i need to prepare for. They never try and over sell me things products or work.

I got problem with my trailer on the road, then I was lucky to find them on Saturday. They helped me to go to their shop and fixed it in3 hours. Professional mechanic with parts and every tools to fix your truck or trailer!Thank you Nick and Thank you Bradly!

One of the best repair shops , heavy duty semi trucks and trailers. mechanic did repair all issues on trailer in 30 min . I was on the road basically right away . Definitely Recommended

Been coming here for about 15 years. No better service and no better people on the planet. These people will take care of your equipment and they will advise you of things that you didn't even know existed. They are hands down the best service shop that I've ever been to. They are honest, trustworthy, and very methodical. If you want somebody to work on your equipment and know that it's going to be done right and know that it's going to be backed this is the place to go.

Pulled in because airbags were installed improperly. Called and was met at the shop. Was fixed and rolling again in 1hr. Excellent work and fair for an afterhours call.

I'm an over the road driver. I had a flat tire delivering in Indiana. I looked up their good rating and went there. I was very pleased by their work and customer service and how fast they take care of you. Bradley took care of me in a very professional manner. Thanks guys and keep the good work.

These r great fast and reliable I picked up a load n breaks wouldn t release on the trailer he came to the shipper and saw 2 tires that needed to be replaced I followed him to the shop n here iam the gentleman s name was nic n by the looks of it they know what they re doing n best of all they re better than the big companies where u sit n wait for hours that s not an option I def will be telling my company to come here for repairs better than loves ta n other big bs companies where ur waiting along side the road for 3-8 hrs

The guy that followed up with me the next day assumed that I needed their help and when I told him we no longer needed them he proceeded to get rude. There s never a reason to be unprofessional when conducting a business. Always be professional. Bad customer service.

I'd give them my business again any day. Helped me troubleshoot my problem on a Sunday over the phone. They recommended I not have them make a service call. I brought it to them Monday morning. Turned my compressor was on its last leg. Thanks for saving me $$$.

Good shop. Got a bunch of work done to my truck in 2 days and back on the road. 30 min from my house . This is going to be my regular shop now glad I found you guys

I had an air leak and needed a new tire for my trailer. Josh was able to get me in and out within an HR. Would HIGHLY recommend Watkins Truck Repair to ALL truck drivers if your in the Plymouth, IN area and need truck/trailer work.
