Arrive at 11:00am to have car pulled in at 1:00pm. Job not finished until 4:15pm. 5 hrs + to have 2 tires changed. Only 2 techs on duty, and 1 being a trainee. Had to tell them the quoted price of tires twice. Tires were placed on hold beforehand. Pay a little more elsewhere and get good service. Time well wasted.Service: TiresService: Tires

Today I had the worst experience on Walmart. I went to change the engine oil, filter oil, air cab filter, air filter on my car. When the service was ready I went to pay any they told me they could not change the oil filter air cab filter and the air filter because they didn t have. So they changed the oil engine without changing the oil filter. I never seen that in life, first they should ask if I want to change the oil, and they should tell me before start the repair if I want to change the oil without changing the oil filter. I am sorry, employee s were worst, I will never go back to shop on Walmart.

I do not recommend going to the mechanics. I parked my vehicle in an area that did not say no parking, there were two lanes open at that time, i went to one of the open lanes. Which would be the usual area you would park when getting an oil change, so not an unusual place to park. A woman came in and told me I had to move my vehicle. I said I will, I just wanted to take a moment to let them know what I need done to my vehicle first. They said absolutely not, they refused to communicate or help me until I moved my vehicle out of that spot. Extremely unprofessional with no communication skills. Imagine the time it takes for someone to say "I need to fix a flat tire"... They refused, absolutely refused to service me. So, I go out to appeased the controlling weasels and I move my vehicle, come back in, tell them what I need (takes a whole 2 seconds) and he instantly asks for my keys to moves my vehicle back into the spot that I had it in. I tell the woman that he has successfully moved my vehicle back where i had it, and she says, "How were we supposed to know you didn't need it serviced?" IT'S CALLED COMMUNICATION, but that's too difficult for people who are more concerned about control than providing great customer service. The man that refused, was the manager. That means there is no hope for their success. Probably won't be any change until the manager is fired. I went to Bell Tire in South Bend instead, to complete the work that needed to be done, and they didn't care where we parked, serviced me in less time, and the staff is always friendly.

Had to order my tires online because they don't stock them for my 2011 CamaroOtherwise decent service and they were pretty quick about itOnly complaint I had was the air hose laying on my car .. no damage done though

I was very disappointed with the structure of dropping and picking up. Julia was rude on the phone and in person. She visibly looks unhappy she is receiving your business. She seemed upset to have to be behind the counter and not out in the shop. If the price was drastically less than Best One I might tolerate poor and rude service begrudgingly. However their prices are not any better and less convenient. Their service is eons below Best One. Not coming back to tire and lube even if it were half the price.Service: Auto tire replacement

Went in for 2 tires BRIAN at the counter has terrible customer service. Treated me rudely for not knowing my tire size. In the past they have looked that information up for me with no problem. We left and went somewhere else and will not be back.

They do good work. Only negative I'm always waiting at least an hour if not 2 for anything. Oil change or even replacing 1 tire. I'm sure it's just a staff shortage issue. But the whole reason I'm goin to Walmart to get any car wool done is to save time and be lazy. But the work is great customer service is great no real complaints I'm just lazy and impatient lol

They managed to screw up both of our vehicles with the last oil changes. I had to take our Acadia back to Gates to fix whatever they did to it costing us over 100 to get fixed and we cannot even get the hood of our Kia open now. Pretty unhappy about this and surprised how they could manage to screw up 2 oil changes.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Terrible service and every time I come here it gets worse and worse. How does it take an hour and a half for an oil change when you only have one car ahead of you? And then how does it take 2 hours, when you were told an hour and a half, to get an oil change and tire rotation? I walked by outside twice and both times employees were literally dancing around and having a good old time while I waited for over 2 hours. I felt bad for the poor lady who was at the cashier desk. She didn t understand why it was taking so long either.....

Arrived at 5:30 to get oil changed. Was told there would be a 40 min wait. After 21\2 hours they told me they could not change my oil because the dip stick handle was broke. This made no since because I had personally checked my oil before I arrived. After another 30 min. Waiting I went out to the garage to request my keys. Know one had a clue. After about 5-10 min standing there a teenager reached in his pocket and said "oh here they are." I went home only to discover they had broke my dipstick and it was stuck inside! I was discussed! Will never go there again for oil change. Beware!

No one answered the phones after 8 calls to multiple areas in Walmart. DISGUSTING SERVICE! I will not shop Walmart. To Hell CHINA WALMART. ALL stores should be closed and merchandise shipped back to CHINA

After having my tires rotated, I noticed the covers were not on completely so I went back. I was told they wouldn't go on all the way because of the weights (?). I lost one on the way home. I called the store and got put on hold to talk to the manager. After 5-10 minutes of holding, I was told he was too busy to come to the phone and that I should come in to talk to him. If he can talk to me in person, he should be able to talk to me on the phone!

Came in at 9:30am on a Thursday. As soon as I pulled up to the lube door a guy came out and very rudely asked what I was doing there. I told him I needed an oil change and he again very rudely said I needed to move my car and go inside. What I found inside was a woman sitting at a computer about 15 ft from the counter. With out even looking up from the computer she asked what I wanted, and when I said I needed an oil change she said without even looking away from her computer that it would be an 1 1/2 wait. Never going back!!

Good luck coming on a weekend, the time of closing is anyone's guess. They'll close early without notifying anyone except themselves.Service: TiresService: Tires

Bought 2 tires about a month ago. One went flat in my garage. Took it in and they would not replace. It could not be fixed. Defective tire fell apart. Would not recommend getting tires there at all. Also, will not shop there anymore. They got the last of my money.

Store sucks, 2-3 checkouts open, with 7-8 more people standing around not helping anybody. Unless they knew a customer and will open a line for them only, taking appox 1hr to just check out is ridiculous, 2 days in a row....

Was getting 4 tires put on my car and said I had to wait for 3 hours because they were so busy and closed at 7. I didn't mind the 3 hours because I had alot of shopping to do. BUT they bent over backwards to make sure I got it sooner. Only took an hour and a half.

Fair pricing and locally convenient. As of recent issue with in stock on tires so plan ahead if wanting to purchase tires your selection maybe out of stock.

Good: they got me in and out for a tire plug in 30 minutes today for $15! Yay!!Bad: tire was flat when I got home! Fml

I have been here twice now and each time I got the same excuse as to why they don't have my size tire in. Each time by two different employees the excuse was "we sold the last one yesterday" I very much doubt that they sold the last size tire the day before both times!!
