The manager at this location is absolutely amazing. They didn't have my oil filter in stock (because my car is so old). He called around to multiple places and got two and had me come in first thing the next day to get it done. Great customer service.

I appreciated that fact that the staff made sure to inform you on the cost before they did the work. They also let you know how to save instead of trying to sell you the most expensive option. I will be going to Duke Of Oil from here on out.

What's the purpose of a quick lube like Duke of oil? Purpose is to pull in and get your vehicle maintained in a timely manner WITHOUT EXITING THE VEHICLE.. Why would anyone want to sit in the lobby and get oil on their clothes? Why would a older person that struggles to get in and out of a vehicle be forced out of their vehicle? That seems to be more dangerous than letting them sit in the vehicle. I was told today company policy has changed and I can longer stay in my vehicle! Well I drove off and I will no longer bring my vehicles back mind you I bring my company truck in there almost monthly. I would suggest if this is really company policy to change it and just ask the driver to hold onto their keys until it's save to start the vehicle. Don't force your customers out of their vehicle if they wish to stay in the vehicle.

A friend's brothers worked here so I figured I'd go get my oil changed.Very satisfied they did a good job with my car and they let me know exactly what was wrong with my car and gave me suggestions on what to do. 5 stars babe 5 stars.

Went for an oil change and they actually didn't have the oil I normally use when going to Goodyear. There were also issues with the hoses they use. One ot the employees, was checking a PCV valve for me and broke the vacuum hose and guess what, they didn't have one in stock to replace it with and he ended up using electrical tape to replace it. I was on my way out of town at the time so, he called around (to their preferred distributors) and wasn't able to find one to replace it. So, I paid and left. Went to NAPA and purchased one myself. The hose and the valve cost me better than $45, extra expense on the oil change, and installed it, myself @ NAPA. I went back to show him the cost and the guy told me he didn't charge me tax for the oil change which saved me $6, and that was that. I guess he figured that was good enough. I should have had them deduct my labor cost on the oil change, for the repair that they broke in the first place. Got my free wash and left, never to return.Service: Oil change

They are willing to listen to my silly questions and give considered answers. There is NO sign of rushing through to get your money.

This place is awesome! I recently moved from Chicago to Indiana and was looking for a new reliable place to get my oil changes. The mechanics are very professional and the prices are fair. Just went back and got a transmission flush.. car runs beautiful and the price was great. I'm a happy camper

William was very busy but he still explained the problems I had with my car. Took the time to do that. People need breaks too..but I can tell they were super busy. I recommend this Duke of oil for sure.

Id say just watch your bill. They tried to charge me for an air filter that I declined and then gave me my total and forgot to apply yht coupon for $7 off. After I asked about the coupon, I got home and realized they only gave me $6 off.Otherwise. I love how quickly they get it done :)Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

They never have the oil in stock that I use. 3x in a row now. They dont inform you until AFTER THEY DRAIN the oil from your vehicle.This time they didnt have the air filter I needed in stock either!Would not recommend.

I went to Duke of Oil in Plymouth for the first time for a simple oil change. I will never return. When I pulled in, I asked how much and oil change would be and was told $47. So I said OK. After they removed the splashguard, they told me that my vehicle requires synthetic oil. It does not. Not even my dealership uses synthetic oil. That would have been an up charge of $20-30. They then told me there is a five dollar up charge for an extra quart of oil. They then told me there was a five dollar up charge because my vehicle takes a special filter. These charges should have been disclosed when I first asked how much an oil change would be. They had the year, make and model of my car. Everything they needed to know when quoting me a price. After they started working on my car, another customer arrived. They stopped working on my car and switched over to working on his car. They then finished the oil change on his car, put his splash guard back on and he left the shop with his car even though he arrived 10 or 15 minutes after I did. I had to ask the employees to finish my car so I could leave. It took them a full hour to do a simple oil change. I do not like their business practices, and I do not how they kept me waiting there. I can categorically say this was the worst oil change experience I ever encountered. And certainly the slowest, even though I was the only customer when I arrived and even though there was only one other customer who showed up while I was there. I will never return here. I will go to other shops in Plymouth, or to another town, or do the oil change myself. It would be a fraction of the cost and much, much quicker.Service: Oil change

These guys are amazing. I left my phone there and they went out of their way to get it back to me. They are always kind and helpful, don't try to push you into buying a bunch of extras, and always have coupons so you feel good about the price. This group is extremely friendly and does a great job with all of our cars.

Great service. Saved us from ruining our engine by providing us some well-needed education on our vehicle that we were not aware of. We appreciated that very much! As far as other concerns about price, a business has to make a profit. As far as I am concerned, this is a very quality service with extremely knowledgeable employees who are very helpful. I've never been given the hard sell on anything unnecessary for our vehicle. I highly recommend this service. They are very thorough in their checks.

I purchased unlimited car washes for the month of March. I have been unable to use my purchase due to the fact the car wash NEVER opens at 8:00 a.m. as advertised. I have spoke with Ken, the manager, on numerous occasions as I am sitting waiting to wash my car at 8:00 a.m. And this morning I waited until 8:15 AGAIN but had to leave to head to work. Absolutely ridiculous!! I would not recommend this business at all! I would like a full refund!

I highly suggest going somewhere else for a car wash and it s not like you can get your car washed at the Duke of Plymouth anyway. Two weeks after buying their months worth of car washes I m told they don t have the staff to man it so it is closed. Then today I m told it s closed because of weather, yet the sun was shining. The staff treated me like it was my fault for buying the months worth of car washes and offered no solutions.

When I told them I wanted a standard oil change, the mechanic told me I had a certain type of motor that required synthetic oil. I knew it didn t sound right so I said I did not want that, just the standard. He said I was ruining my engine and to have a nice day and slammed my hood as hard as he could. I then called my dealership and they said NO I DO NOT NEED SYNTHETIC OIL, I need 5W30. Thanks for trying to screw me over AND be so rude. I took my business to Mobil 1 on Jefferson and got treated PROPERLY.

We took our car in for a oil change. They said we had a leak but didn't know where. Went to Sherwood, didn't have a leak, the oil pan was filthy and the bolts were loose. They must of been in a hurry. Would never go back.

Extremely over priced!! My oil life still states 8% oil .. Does resetting the oil percentage cost extra? I mean for the price I paid I should have gotten all the bells and whistles, first and last time going here.

I can't believe they tried to sell me oil I did not need for an outrageous price ($78). You pay over $55 for an oil change then they played you. I will never go there again I will stick with County Auto for my service needs.
