Donna and Missy are AMAZING. It was my daughter s first purchase and as a co-signer the process was easy, fast, and very detailed with no hidden fees or issues. The car is amazing, the warranty is amazing and the faith in someone without credit as a first time buyer is so helpful for my daughter to build her credit. Thank you Superior Auto! Especially Donna and Missy! AMAZING EXPERIENCE

We paid off our vehicle 2 weeks ago. Donna called and said title was in. She also informed my husband of a truck that came in. We looked at it, lived it! We never had any big issues with our Impala! Guess what? We bought the truck! We love the people there! All 3 we're awesome! Thank You Donna for everything!

I ve been with superior auto for a few years now and am now on my second vehicle with them. I have never had any major car issues the entire time but if I did they would ve paid the mechanic fees and just rewrote my loan. Donna and missy have been nothing but great to my family and they are straight forward with you. If you pay your car payment and keep them in the loop with your stuff you ll never have a issue with them

I got a Kia from Superior and I've now had it 30 days and I've had to return it three times to be fixed and now I'm being charged for it to be fixed and it wasn't my fault that it was broken. And when I asked for a different car I was given the excuse the regional was on vacation. I've literally driven this car three times there's no reason I should be charged $1,200 to have this car fixed I wanted different car

Donna, at the Plymouth location, is wonderful! I got my car in June and we are on a first name basis now. I even applied to work with her! I love my car and have only one problem with it, which is just the tires losing air more than they should; probably a simple fix. Everyone has their own opinion of buy here/pay here, but I got the car I wanted and my credit score has went up already! With student loans weighing me down, I wasn't able other get a normal car loan. So Superior Auto is great, to me. The only issue I have is the constant reminder calls, especially when she knows I will be there.

car has problem after problem and they wont say anything else besides being up the rewrite. lesson learnt never get anything from these people once they get your money that s all they care about. there finding teens or people with low credit taking there money for a down payment and giving them a car that will break within 2-3 months. i would say it s only happen to me, but 2 other people i know that got there car here have the same issue. never get anything without a warranty. never go here. worse place around. save urself. i m stuck in 4 year loan for a car that won t run anymore.

Great ppl there at Plymouth Indiana. Service and the willingness to go the extra mile in helping me out as a first time lendee. Cars and trucks are in good shape I'd say all in all superior auto and manager is the place and person to talk to thank you enjoying the Kia Sorento

A family member bought a truck from Superior Auto. I told them not to deal with Superior because they would be buying a lemon.Within a week or two after they bought the truck, they were having issues.Superior did not have the truck checked out when brought into the lot. And they certainly dont specify the procedures about having vehicle fixed without a run around. If u pay out of your pocket for repairs, company will not reimburse you and give excuses. Now the family member is stuck with truck payments and a LEMON TRUCK.I recommend if u buy a vehicle from Superior and u have problems with vehicle within 3 weeks, DRIVE THE VEHICLE BACK TO THEIR LOT AND LEAVE IT THERE.

To many loop holes great job history they say they work with all types of credit. Was open about everything when it came down to it the vehicle we wanted they wanted a high amount down. Asked what they could put me in and there was 3 vehicles they all had over 150,000 miles. I can deal with that but each one of them had the same problem I already have one vehicle that didn't run I didn't want to end up with another one

Overall great buying experience. I just purchased my 2nd car. clean low miles and dependable.the lady's are always polite and go the extra Xtra mile to get you in a car that fits your budget.

I was really hurting for a new car, and at superior they really went the extra mile to help get me in a newer more reliable car.They even worked with me on the payments, knowing that my AGI was low and I love my newer car! I just want them to know I am a very pleased customer and I will recommend them to anyone I know that needs a new car

I bought a car there over 60 days ago still haven t received no registration. They still take my money from my account threaten to throw me in jail if I take him to court.

I've been dealing with them for awhile they are a business if you make your payments on time there is no issues. The people that work in the office are always friendly and very nice people I would def recommend this place to anyone who needs a car van or truck!
