Had 2 new Firestone 591s steer tires put on.. 2 iron heads on trailer and herd good stuff about these tires going to give them a shot price was I think was cheaper service was real good

I worked with a guy named Joe K. About two weeks ago I was getting my oil changed and asked about tires. The oil change building is next to the tire and repair building. Joe happen to be in there and walked over and started a quote for tires. He met me outside after my oil change was done. Great Customer Engagement!!Gave us three different written quotes explained services and tire prices etc..very thorough and very much appreciated. GREAT Customer Service!We called back the next day and scheduled a time when we could get them installed.There is a one business day lead time on tires which was great as many places in our small town are out of stock and longer lead times.Today we got the tires installed. I got there when they opened and waited ehile the work was done. I was out the door in 30 mins!! I thought that was great for a Saturday. I didn't have a set appointment Joe had just said get here earlier the better. Again relevant customer engagement!!The service was great! Fast and thorough. The price very reasonable and we purchased the warranty along with the mid range tire package. The car handles well the tires seem like a great fit!!I would recommend everyone to purchase tires from here!! Just an overall great experience start to finish.

Can't complain about the services I've had done here over the years, but their prices are a bit too high. Do good work tho. So if you don't mind spending the extra cash you won't be disappointed with the work done to your vehicle as far as what I've experienced.

I took our travel trailer to Plymouth Tire & Service Center to get it ready for our second season of travel. I wanted the wheel bearings greased, the tires rotated, the brakes checked out and the under carriage inspected. The owner of the shop, an RV owner himself, was very helpful in suggesting what I needed for a low mileage trailer such as ours. The wheel bearings have a grease jerk and were in good condition, clean, no moisture, only needing a little fresh grease. He was good enough to explain to me that since the trailer was low mileage and the tires showed no unusual wear a rotation really wasn't required. He did of course say that he would rotate if I wanted. I took his advice and deferred having the work done at this time. The mechanic checked the brakes and under carriage with the tires off and everything was satisfactory. I came in prepared to pay $150 to $200 or more on completion of the work. My bill came to $26.61. Everyone I came in contract with at this shop was helpful and friendly. In the future I will return to Plymouth Tire and and Service Center with our trailer and other vehicles we own when in need of their services. I highly recommend this shop for their skill and integrity.Jim DeHaanCulver, IN

Easily the best Shop in Plymouth. These guys got me in the last second even though they were booked up for the week and theyre still gona look at my vehicle this week! Helped me figure out financing when my wallet was short (6 months deferred interest on the Best One CC, great when you need it). They were polite and didn't make me feel dumb when my knowledge fell short. Really happy with my experience so far, looking forward to getting my van back and finally having a vehicle that feels safe on the road for my kids. Thanks to Matt and all the fellas there for helping me out!

My appointment was at 10:00AM. I said my wife was going on a trip out of state and please check my brakes to see if they were ok. An hour and a half later I went inquiring at the counter. Was told they were still looking at the car. So they must have forgotten about me. Anyway half hour later they said my front brake pads were at 5%. Fine replace them. It would have been nice had they told me that an hour and a half ago. Very disappointed in the way they homered my appointment.

I have used them many times and always receive top notch work quickly. They are an honest business with fair pricing. I highly recommend them for oil changes, tire service and mechanical repairs including alignments.

Had a 9:00 o clock appointment with Plymouth tire today. I got there at 8:30 and left at 10:45. Another customer who also had a 9:00 o clock appointment and got there after me left about 45 minutes before I did. An hour after I got there they came and told me that I had loose tie rod ends which would have to be replaced at another time. After I had been waiting for about 1 1/2 hour I asked the guy at the counter how my car was coming and he said you should have been done a long time ago, where is your car.....still up in the air with no tires and nobody working on it. Then a little while later the owner came around and said I know you have been waiting awhile we had to grind all four of your rims...I of course thought he meant the inside.... nope they ground the Crome off of the outside of my Cadillac rims...they look awful. They also did not bring my car up to me but left it back by the bay for me to go and get...with the drivers window down on a rainy day...fortunately it was not raining at that time. When I saw the rims I knew why they didn t bring it up to me..so I wouldn t complain in front of their other customers... I was livid... I am done with them...from my experience you should be very careful about doing business with them...We have done business there for years..no more..service sometimes good sometimes bad.., and watch out for up selling they have done that to us a lot. Beware

Fast service as far as getting my car back. But if you call in and make an appointment and or to see if they have availability as soon as you show up there, all of a sudden they are over booked. Second time going through that scenario with them other wise they do decent work and would recommend them.

They go above and beyond on customer service! My daughter recently had a flat and another damaged tire . They replaced the tires and drove her back to work and then delivered the car back to her at the end of the day. This kind of service is unheard of now days. Thanks again!

Best service on a vehicle I've ever had. The 2nd time now where they've done more than I asked to my vehicle and made sure everything was fixed properly plus the prices are decent. Great place to take your vehicle.

I love Plymouth Tire and Service!! They are always so helpful and informative and their prices are reasonable. They have always been courteous and when i need a "i am on a time limit" situation they cone through ...i highly recommend Plymouth Tire and Service to anyone and everyone that wants the job done right and within reason prices and an amazing stsff that knows what they are doing!!!

I had my daughter's car towed here, and they got it fixed with two new tires, for a little more than I paid for one tire across the street (at S***wood). I'm not sure how the other place stays in business with service and prices from Plymouth Tire. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here.

Owners and staff are good people to do business with! I have been taking my vehicles for years for service and never been disappointed. Sometimes you have to wait because they get busy but that's no different than any other auto service.

Very nice people. i would have put 5 stare but i thought it only fair to put 4 due to the fact i did not need much done but i was thankfull they were willing to Check are tire pressure and belts and the did it so fast. They were great.

They locked up my engine and refused to make it right. It is highly unlikely that I will ever work with them again.Update: I finally got my truck back after them having it for over three months and having them charge me $900 over their estimate.

We had a nail in our tire while traveling. Had to make a stop here for repair. Guys running the shop were very good and let us bring our dogs in while they worked on our tire so that they could keep cool.

I went to this place complaining that my brakes were squeaking. They suggested I get all new brakes and rotors, and the cost would be a little over $750. Seems expensive but okay. Went in there a couple weeks later to complain about the same squeaking noise. The mechanic said he didn't hear anything but put lube on my brakes. Now, September and my front and back brakes are squeaking bad and the rotors and brakes are rusted.

I had an appointment for 2:30 and even got there about five minutes early. When I arrived I was told I would have to wait about two hours for it to be my turn even though I had an appointment. I then left and was told I would be called when it was done. Three hours later my car was finally finished.

i took my car to fast lube and was told by the guys there that my oil pan gasket was leaking and needed to be replaced. They urged me to take it across the parking lot to the Goodyear place to have it repaired. However Goodyear's price was $30 higher than Sherwood Tire across the street so i took it to Sherwood. The folks at Sherwood informed me that there was nothing wrong with my oil pan gasket and they couldn't find an oil leak anywhere. They did find that the oil filter was loose. So you can gather whatever you want from that situation. It cost me $40 at Sherwood to find out that the guys at fast lube lied to me to try to get me to spend unnecessary money at Goodyear to fix something that wasn't broke.. Well worth the $40 to know i can trust the people at Sherwood.

Had new tires put on was charged for new valve stems but they did not put new ones on. My son had frontend aligned and had to take it back a couple days later because the mechanic did not tighten up all the bolts that he should have. Quality has gone downhill.

Rude. I used to like this place. No longer!Charged me 57 bucks to do nothing because nothing was wrong.Guess what ??3 Hours after I got home it would not start took 5 mins to work. Obliviously something wrong!!Did not take my concers seriously. The quy at the front desk was rude.

Went there to change oil on my Audi. It seemed that was the first Audi that they change the oil. Didn t have oil filter. Waited to locate and ordered one. After they re done they informed me that the oil filter was $70. That s right they charge for $8 oil filter $70 . Total bill $170 Here is a picture of the bill for a oil change at this place. And they didn t know how to reset the service light.Highway robbery.
