Just came home very satisfied. Brent and Blaine were awesome. Patient and understanding and we drove away with a great vehicle for a solid price. Pioneer was not at all what I expected. It was great!! Thanks again Brent and Blaine!! We will definitely be back!!

I have not even bought a car there yet but went into the plymouth location and was treated great am going Wednesday to get a car and there helping me with the down payment great experience.

Great car has a few minor issues but nothing to serious. Price is in the ball park of what I seen them go for. Very nice people! The one bad thing I don't like is they are limited on who you can get insurance with..

Bought a van from them a few years ago and they were great to work with. Then my husband and I bought a car from them. They really try to help you get into a nice car that you can afford. Highly recommend.

Absolute waste of money. Was a co-signer on a vehicle and the main buyer had lost it and they gave me no chance to retrieve the vehicle. I offered to pay the tow bill and late payment. Also, I'm registered on the paperwork as the co buyer, but according to the BMV, I''m not even a registered owner. SUPER DISAPPOINTED!! Will tell many about how they like to rip people off.

Pioneer Auto is absolutely wonderful. I've been doing business with them for 7 years and they have always treated me GREAT. I recently had a problem and needed a vehicle like NOW and they went above and beyond to accommodate my needs... Yay me I'm going home with a 2008 Sedona.. Thanks Pioneer Auto.... Update.. I cannot say enough good things about this company. In 7yrs of doing business with them I have got all my vehicles from Pioneer and 2 of them were leased by only seeing them on computer images first. This company is very TRUST WORTHY and all I want to say is if your in need of a vehicle and you don't see what your looking for on one of their lots, take the time to stop in and ask the staff, I did and in less than 48hrs I'm driving my new awesome Kia Sedona.

Great place to purchase a vehicle excellent customer service appreciated them a lot.Purchased a Mercury mariner..Glad i did.Highly reccomend to any first timers..Trustworthy dealership.Hard to find

Not recommended. They are not genuine nor follow thru with things. Worst experience ever with the manager asked was treated so rudely and with disrespect. Never would I send business their way. It's sad how they do people and the Warsaw guy is just the same, he played me friendly and promised to make things right but turned into the same inconsiderate, not genuine and learned to blow us off just the way Plymouth branch did.

Im so happy with the service i recieve - upgraded my 2011 Nissan Versa with a 2015 Nissan Altima and im a happy happy customer..Keep up the great work guys...I recommend everyone looking to get a good reliable vehicle with great customer service to go see the guys in Plymouth..
