Very pleased with the responsiveness of the service team at Oliver Ford! Travis O Neal has been excellent to work with - was quick to give me his cell and tell me to call him directly. When I asked if they could detail my vehicle, he let me know they don t offer that service - but they could schedule it with a local company and take it over there - it was a nice added touch!Appreciate Travis and the team! Thanks!!

The service manager Barry Grosselin is the bomb. He gave me a deal on the service on my car.

Can't get them to answer the phone or return a voicemail. Have not gotten any updates or information about my car that's in the shop there that was supposed to be looked at a week ago.
