I can honestly say that this has been my best experience when buying a good used car! I went in to look at a 2004 Mercury Grand Marquis because I saw it on web website, and was very pleased with my experience! Missy did a good job at explaining the features and benefits of the car, and also got me in the car the same day I went in! If you re looking for good, reputable business when buying a car, Oliver Ford is the way to go!

Ordered my Maverick last year. This was one of the only places that was accepting orders at the time and it arrived today.They were honest and up front about everything. They were quick to respond and work through issues!Despite encountering some small road blocks, everything worked out very well and they were very patient with me.I especially would like to think. Zach Stiller he's your guy if you need a car.

Recently, I decided to get some work done by Oliver Ford s service department. I d had a good experience before and thought fairly highly of it. This time was no different. A slight mishap that was promptly taken care of really spoke volumes on how they take care of customers. Their service is top notch and fair priced.

I recently purchased a 2021 Ford Mustang Mach 1 from Oliver Ford with the help of salesman Zach Stiller and business manager John Eisemann. I came from out of state to look at the car, followed up a few days later to close the deal via email, and then picked up the car a week after that. The process couldn't have been smoother and at no time did I ever feel pressure from the Oliver Ford team. Overall just a fantastic car buying experience!!! I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them if I was ever in the market!!! Thank you Zach, John, and Oliver Ford!!!

Just bought my 2024 Ford Maverick. Missy Sander took great care of us. We were in and out and record time. She took the time to review everything and made sure it was done to our liking. Thanks again for all your help. I love everything about the Maverick.

Our Ford Maverick was the first new vehicle we ever have been able to purchase. Oliver Ford was very honest and only charged us MSRP even though many other dealers were reported to be charging additional markups or mandatory accessories be added. Our sales associate Larry was very patient answering our questions during production delays and even got us a first responder discount we were not aware of!!Overall a great experience dealing with Oliver Ford and highly recommend you ask for Larry P. When ready to shop for your next vehicle.

Got my LINCOLN Nautilus Reserve from Oliver Ford! Want to shout out how thankful I am for Jon Oliver, who treats me like royalty EVERY time I walk in the door at Oliver Ford! Oh! Since 2010 I have purchased 3 new Fords and traveled 25 miles one way to purchase them from Oliver Ford. Even though I pass many Ford dealerships I ve always been extremely impressed with them and felt they provided me with a great deal on all of them.

I just had the easiest buying experience ever at Oliver Ford. No high pressure from the sales person, the sales manager negotiated a fair price without drama, and the business manager had the paperwork ready when I arrived to pick up the truck. 10/10, I completely recommend Oliver Ford.

What a great experience we had at Oliver Ford! We test drove three different vehicles in the freezing cold and the salesman was right by our side to help us, even though the temperature was below freezing! You can buy with confidence here, the experience is extremely easy and the haggling is non existent. Oliver Ford gives you the best price first time, which avoids the back and forward annoying haggling that normally happens with dealerships. Finally, we got a tremendous deal on our vehicle and are so happy that we took the time to visit this dealership first. John Oliver even took the time to chat with us and make sure that we were being taken care of and happy with everything. I highly recommend Oliver Ford and would urge anyone who is interested in a vehicle to visit this dealership first! You will not be dissapointed! Thank You Oliver Ford for a great car buying experience!

Would not buy ANY used vehicle from them. Bought a 2010 F-150 XLT, only to find out two months later when I went to do an oil change that the dip stick tube was broken. Someone had zip-tied and electrical taped it where it broke off in the middle of the tube.The truck apparently passed their inspection sale refused to do anything and Barry(service manager) was rude the entire encounter. You could tell from the way he was talking that he was not taking responsibility for the actions(or lack thereof) of his employees. He stated that the mechanic that performed the check has 32 years of experience, so he had a hard time believing it that he would have missed the tube being broken.I would be very very careful purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership.They are willing to fix it for ~$680.00. Probably why they didn t fix it in the first place. The last oil change the vehicle had was from them. So either the mechanic didn t check the oil level after refilling, or he broke it and attempted to fix it. Someone got lazy after 32 years . Either way very unprofessional service by both the sales, and service team.

Extremely happy with my experience with Oliver Ford Service Center. Turns out that my "used" car that I purchased elsewhere had a bad motor and Travis Oneal handled my claim very professionally. Travis dealt directly with the insurance company and was able to get me a new factory motor and it only took approx 3 business days to install. Very impressed with the service center. I am sure to go back for any service needs in the future. I highly recommend.

Appointments are always when I need them! Sales (Larry) Service (Will) are Great to work with! I travel a Distance to go to Oliver Ford in Plymouth and I realize a number of Ford Dealers are closer to my residence than Oliver, but to me it is worth my time to travel to Plymouth to get the Service and Satisfaction I know that I will receive every time!

We can't say enough about how friendly, courteous and understanding the staff at Oliver Ford was. They worked very hard to find us the Explorer we wanted and when we found out the ones we wanted weren't available for one reason or another they made sure to accomodate us with one they had.

I have recently purchased two vehicles through this dealership. I ve also now had some services completed on my vehicles. My experience has been absolutely amazing! I ve dealt with staff in sales, finance, service, and customer service. Oliver Ford s treatment toward customers is second to none. Every single member of their staff is smiling and ready to help. Very disappointed in my experience with Oliver Ford today. I have came to oliver ford for all my maintance needs for my vehicle, I have continued to come back because of the great communication and services I usually receive but that was different this time. I had a recall on my vehicle so I called them as I usually do and was told to bring it in today and pick up a loaner due to the fact I live out of town with kids in school and have to be able to get them to and from along with after school activities so I get there today and was first told they didn't have my part then was told they do have my part but that loaners are reserved for people who purchase their cars from them which I understand that but I have received loaners from them numerous times that's a big reason I do my business with them so I drove there today and got the run around at fist then was told I could sit there for how ever long it takes. Honestly I feel like since it was a recall and not coming out of my pocket this time, I wasn't a valued customer today. Very disappointed won't be doing my business here any longer.

I inquired about a Bronco that was for sale and spoke with JJ from Sales. Very informative and professional. Ultimately, the Bronco was purchased by another customer the same day I inquired about it, but hopefully another one comes along that's a good fit for me because I'd love to do business with Oliver Ford just due to the fact that they're not marking up Bronco prices above MSRP and the helpfulness from JJ was outstanding.

We ordered a 23 bronco with Steve Keiser with no luck, but Steve kept on it and boom he did it. It happened so quick that I think we got the first one off the line, we was in there for 1.5 hrs maybe 30 minutes with the finance guy and the rest learning the bronco with Steve. Oliver ford is amazing they have all my business from now on thanks Steve and all of the rest of Oliver ford! Phil & Tammy Valdez

I bought my Ford Focus 4 1/2 years ago from Oliver Ford and am so glad I did. I have taken my car there everytime it has needed serviced, which has only been its oil changes and check-ups. They also put my new tires on the 1 time they needed to be changed. I believe they go above and beyond the services I'm paying for, which are very fairly priced!!I will be buying my next vehicle from Oliver Ford, but my Focus is doing just fine!!

Critters chewed some of my wiring. The service tech found the issue quickly. Through no fault of Oliver Ford, I had to wait a bit longer than I anticipated. It fell over a holiday weekend and a necessary part was stuck in Indy. As soon as the part arrived, my vehicle was finished up, service department called and we arranged payment so that we could pick it up after hours. Overall, completely satisfied.

I think Oliver Ford's service people overcharged me for a simple oil change. I feel they took advantage of me, a woman, to get the most money for themselves. I will never go back to Oliver Ford for service on my 1999 Ford Mustang convertible. I certainly would not buy a car from them.
