It was raining outside. I went to buy a bulb for my headlight. The guy inside was very helpful and v we ry kind. He even offered to install it for me if he could get to it. I didn't even ask....he offered. I was surprised!!! Thank you to that young guy for being top notch!!

I was in today and worked with Morgan. She is probably the most helpful person I have encountered at a parts store. She didn t talk to me like I was stupid and she didn t make me feel like I was bothering her. Most workers in parts stores are very arrogant! She was not!Morgan took the time and asked me questions to help diagnose my issue. (Wheel bearings are a mother f er)Please reward this woman, her customer service is incredible!! Hire more like her!

Great service, friendly staff. I ve been in some auto parts stores where they re stingy about letting you borrow a screw driver (the kind they have behind the counter not the brand new ones) and act bothered to have to help you. This was the opposite, the workers were happy to help me and let me use 2 screwdrivers so that I could access the bulb I needed to change. Wish all auto parts stores were like this

A young man named Trevor greeted me from the counter asking if he could help me find what I was looking for. I was looking to repair/fix scuff marks on interior black panels. He handed me Mother's Back to black which worked better than I thought possible. Big pat on the back to Trevor and O'Reilly's.

Jeff was really kind and installed my battery for me and even gave me a discount when they didn't have my battery the day before! Awesome place and friendly people :)

Been there a few times. Never will go again. All employees yelling cuss words across the store with the F word constantly. Singing songs out loud repeating "I'm an a$$hole". Acting immature like they are all drunk and high. If you are into that, go for it. Go out of business please.. You are worth nothing.

Love coming in during the night when the dark haired girl and the blonde is working during the night time because they actually know what tf theyre talking about instead of the morning people. The older women are very rude in the morning

These are my rear brake rotors after they were turned at the Plymouth O'Reillys. They were not turned smooth. They have these very visible somewhat rough file like striations, and under braking now, I get sorta a whirring singing noise... with brand new pads of course. I think the noise is due to the rotors not being smooth. I think their lathe is defective or was not set up right. Looks maybe like cutting tool blade chatter to me. A turned rotor surface should look more like a mirror than a file. They ruined my rear rotors.

Great place to get parts for your vehicle and good prices but my husband applied for a job and went to two interviews and was told he was great fit for position but went back beyond 7 years and used his background against him and according to law a place cant go back past7 years! Just unacceptable and it wasso humiliating to him even on the application process otstaredit goes backa certain amount of time!

Had my interview at O'Reilly's today and had a really good interview felt very much respected and I would really like to work there and the people seem great and they're very understanding

Called 5 times over past two months for parts I needed. Everytime I call I'm on the phone for 20 minutes before someone picks up and this last time I called I heard the person pick the phone up say " busy " then hang up on me. Definitely lost my business

I have been going to O'Reilly's for the past 2 years there service and prices seem to be better than the other auto stores. Plus there stores are always so clean and brite and I like the way they have the stores laid out. It's not just the prices that keep me going there but it does help along with there weekly specials.

my first and last time here I will definitely not be going back to this auto parts store. Very poor customer service!! One sales person wasn t knowledgeable at all and the other was rude. Even saying things about a customer on the phone.

Went in at 7:30 am, only one in the store waited quite awhile to checkout and no one came to assist me. Even shouted out hello and nothing. I completely understand there is a worker shortage but again inwas the only one there.

Stopped in in the middle of a long drive with a bad alternator. They had the part I needed and loaned me the tools to swap it out.

I need a part for my car but they didnt have one in stock. The manager there that day offered to drive to one of their other buildings in rochester to get that part for me after his shift and brought it back to Plymouth. You dont get that kind of customer service much now adays
