Had multiple work done and very pleased! What another local shop took over 6 months for a bumper/trunk (1st replacement), Lincolnway took two days for it (2nd time needing replaced) . The prior shop had told us it s impossible to find the paint and concoct the correct paint. Lincolnway had no problems replacing it all and didn t mention anything about paint. Very pleased with them!

Lincolnway Auto Body received my vehicle on 4/7/23 after a deer incident. They were very professional and EXTREMELY quick in getting us fixed up. In less than 2 weeks they had us back on the road. Really patient people. Awesome to work with. They did a great job on my vehicle. It had suffered some hail damage, and I cannot find a scratch left on the vehicle. Very kind and courteous people.

I am very happy with the quality, timeliness, and under budget. I want to compliment on the special touch given, in defining the hood scoop, they called me to ask again how id like it to look, so i just stopped in, and was completely happy with the total job. They really cared they got the job right. I can only highly recommend Linconway Auto Body.

Where do I start? The ladies at the service office were very helpful and courteous. Even more importantly, the craftsmanship is impeccable. Got my car back in better operation than prior to my accident. Plus, it took them less than 2 weeks to finish. Steering, alignment, and braking are all better than before! I don t have to go to a mechanic often, but when I do next time I m coming back. Thank you!

Their customer service is the best. Nobody's is better. They always do great work, but if you do have an issue with the work they did. They will go above and beyond to correct the issue. Cecil is the best, and my whole family uses his shop for any body work they need done!

My husband and I have done business with them for years. They are the best place for vehicle repairs after accidents and a great place to buy a used vehicle. The service is great and the people are truly a fantastic group to deal with. They do everything exceptionally well. They are our favorite business.

I've dealt with these people two different times when my car was rear ended. And both times they have impressed me with there abilities and professionalism. Service is always done well and fast! Highly recommend

Good prices for repairs, the people were friendly, but it lacks a little of that "Professional" feel, and the weren't any options for those who don't have a second vehicle. The repair was going to take a few days, and I still have to get back and forth to work. Maybe I'm "old school", but places used to offer loaner a vehicle if you had no other options.

Very smooth insurance repair. No extra calls, just dropped it off and got a call when it was finished. Very pleased with the work as well and it was completed in the time frame originally stated.

The older gentleman was extremely plight and I even received a thank you post card after.Unfortunately when they repaired my vehicle they couldnt get the Check light to turn off and i was told I would have to go to the dealership to have it reset. The dealership then informed me they put in the wrong parts and even installed them wrong.The sensor they did replace was then covered with the wrong plastic which is a silly mistake.In an attempt to clear the Check Engine light they jammed the cancel button. When I confronted them the not so nice and very jittery clerk denied and refused to replace the issue.

Nikki at the front desk was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. She couldn't even return a phonecall in a timely manner. This place does NOT care about its customers and is only concerned with how much money they can get out of you.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Very fair pricing. The people are very friendly. They aren't pushy salesman. They care about their customer's and the customer's satisfaction. Will defiantly be doing business with them again.

Fixed my avalanche after hitting a deer. Got my avalanche back and they had waxed the whole thing. Only took them 2 days to fix it. Did a awesome job.

Bad place to go rip off, work with insurance company scammer give you a estimate after you pay go back to insurance company for more money saying price for item was misquoted and fuel cost I smell a rat.
