Highly recommend them! Their communication is top tier. Riley (office manager) is super sweet and kept in touch with every step of the process. Reasonably priced and very speedy. If I need to go to a shop for anything I can't fix, I will be a repeat customer!Thank you so much!!

I & B was recommended to us from several people. We were so happy to be able to use a locally owned shop. From the time I called them, it was a great experience. From answering the phone, to making an appointment and then dropping the auto off they were quick to make the appointment and get it in. Not only that, they were quick to figure out the problem, fix it and get it completed in one day. Very nice and 200% recommend them for their amazingly quick work and very nice to speak too. Go there. No where else. I & B is the best in Plymouth.

I&B Automotive was great at getting my car in quickly after I called with concerns about a possible transmission leak. They went above and beyond to check it out thoroughly and didn t try to sell me something I didn t need. I will definitely be back in the future when I need any car repairs. Great place, this is a hidden gem. We drove past several times but didn't see it until we needed help. They were very accomodating and got us in quickly. Ben eplained everything he'd done (including showing us the faulty part he removed). Riley is very friendly and welcoming as well as very knowledgable. We will definitely be using I & B for our service and repairs in the future.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! A relative referred us to I&B Automotive when the water pump started to fail in our 2016 Ford Explorer. They quickly got us in; two weeks faster than the dealerships offered. Riley, the office manager, was very knowledgeable and professional. She kept in contact with us and updated us on our options and estimated costs after the diagnostics. Isaias and his team did a great job and quickly got our vehicle repaired and back on the road. l&B Automotive wanted us to be 100% satisfied with their service and we were. I am now a new devoted customer! They were Super friendly from start to finish! I don t normally take things to the shop I don t trust shops but I felt 100% comfortable here. It s great to find an honest repair place with integrity. Called and set up a day to have my camper brakes checked out. Dropped it off the day before appointment. the morning of appointment they had all-ready checked it out and called me to ok repairs. And had it fixed and ready to roll before the end of the day! I am super impressed and will from here on out be a devoted customer for any needs I have! Fair price for a quality job and friendly service!Services: Electrical repair, Brakes

I didn't realize this shop was even around, but they were able to get my vehicle in on short notice for breaks when no one else would. Price was competitive and reasonable, my vehicle was ready when promised and service was outstanding. Thanks!

I & B Auto was great to work with when I had a potentially substantial engine issue. I had my vehicle towed there and worked directly with the owner, Riley, the following day. She was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and a great communicator. She even brought the mechanic in to discuss the repair for further detail.Since it was such a good experience, I had them do additional work on the suspension. Both engine and suspension turned out very well.Service: Engine repair

Got me in quickly, needed transmission work also got a oil change and tune up. Got my car back to me a week earlier than expected! So that Saved me 400$ on having keep a rental. My car ended up getting stranded when I was driving back home from Illinois. I had it towed to this shop. I was informed through diagnostics that my serpentine belt had broken and needed to be replaced. It was near closing time but the girl at the desk, Riley, tried everything to help me out that day before we decided that my car would be fixed the next day instead. I got a ride home to Illinois that night and returned the next day after a call that my vehicle was ready. Riley was so helpful the entire time. If I lived in the area this shop would be my goto. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

My husband's truck door was stuck shut. They had the part ordered and the repair done quickly. They also did the catalytic converter on my vehicle. They do great work, and have great prices!

Got my husbands truck fixed, had to wait for the part to arrive but once it arrived they fixed it the same day. So fast and professional. I could not be happier with the service! I had already brought my truck to several other service centers and they could not diagnose the issue. Needless to say, I spent so much money and it still wasn t fixed! We dropped our truck off almost a month ago to get a new transmission. We payed this place over 3 grand up front, they said it would be 7-10 business days to get the new transmission in. Just the other day, we find out the place is closed down. They went on vacation once they took our old transmission out! Two days ago they said they were picking up the transmission and going to work on putting it in asap. We call tons of times today before the guy answers to see if our truck will be ready to pick up. The guy isn't even in town and they're still closed! He never picked up our new transmission like he said he was doing AND he left town. We won't be getting our truck back until after labor day. This should have been done two weeks ago. Don't trust your vehicle with these people. If I could give zero stars I would, but sadly I have to put at least one star. Absolutely horrible people and place!!
