Eric from elevate auto is a awesome guy my new to me truck after I got it had the pinnon seal leaking on the rear differential. I contacted Eric after I diagnosed the problem and normally I tackle most my mechanic work but couldn t have been more happier to let Eric tackle the seal for me and he did an awesome job dropped it off Wednesday night and it was done Thursday afternoon. Definitely recommend.

I took my 2014 6.7 Powerstroke to Eric for a CP4 failure and some other odds and ends I wanted done, he was recommended by one of my buddies. Unfortunately he ended up having my truck for a few months due to the supply chain issues effecting everything. Eric did nothing but communicate to me what s going on, continually calling companies and suppliers to try and get parts to the extent of becoming a dealer/installer for one of these companies himself. This would eliminate the parts delay as much as possible in the future. At this point it was 2 months in and all parts were on the way. Eric was more than apologetic and extremely motivated to get this vehicle done for me. Of course it s not his fault but he was continually worried about an upset customer. Countless times I told him it s not his fault and he s doing great, which he really was.It came down to the final stretch when everything was put back together and Eric was test driving it, my cold side intercooler pipe broke and he noticed one of the brand new fuel rails leaked when he got back to his shop. This is when I was taken aback by Eric s amazing customer service. I found and ordered the intercooler tube and he contacted the company to get a new fuel rail expedited and delivered in a couple days. The day came I was delivering the intercooler tube to him and he met me at his shop with the fuel rail. Upon taking the rail out of the box it was apparent the company sent a Duramax rail not one for a Powerstroke. We were both livid at the situation. All this fighting for parts was taking a toll on all of us 3 months later. That next day Eric was leaving for vacation and wanted to get the truck done before he left or else I wouldn t get it until after Christmas. Eric drove to Chicago, directly to the company to get the correct part. That s a 6 hour round trip he made for no extra cost to me, to get my truck back to me before he left. I ve never experienced such amazing service from any shop before in my life. Nobody else would drive straight to the manufacturer for any reason what so ever and Eric did it TWICE.Eric could have also taken the opportunity to upsell me brakes and parts like the AutoPark tried to. He did not and actually told me I didn t need them and not to touch them. He even called me and followed up later that night despite heading out for vacation. When I picked up my truck it was freshly washed and detailed. Another example of the type of person you re trusting to take care of your vehicle!Eric is an amazing mechanic with the customers best interest at heart. His honesty and customer service is unheard of these days. If you need a good gas/diesel mechanic that won t upsell you, overcharge you and will keep you in the loop with everything going on, Eric is your guy. He s got my business from this day on.

I initially had asked Eric if he could do an oil change. I also had remembered I always had issues with my car completely turning off in the middle of the road and wouldn t turn on after 3-4 x he went ahead and did a full inspection he let me know what it was . I also had told him at the last min if he could check my brakes before the snow came in hard . He did all that! Got it all done in a timely matter. So glad my vehicle is ready to go for the winter. He and his fianc� also gifted me with a Christmas gift, and they did some cleaning in and outside my vehicle! So thankful. I highly recommend Eric at Elevate Auto LLC . The owner of ElevateAuto, Eric is a stand up honest mechanic that you can trust. He is very knowledgeable on diesel trucks as well as your everyday gasoline vehicles. I was just traveling thru the Plymouth, IN area & took my 2021 Ram 3500 dually in for a tire & wheel issue, he not only fixed my problem but did a full inspection in those areas to prevent any future issues. He spent a good hour or more going over things with me about my truck & the type of business that I use it for, so he can take care of my preventative maintenance as well. Elevate Auto is top across the board in our area. Service, knowledge, speed, and professional staff.I have never experienced a team who have been so thorough in issue diagnoses, communicating with me, and quickly getting parts in to do repair work. Eric did great work on our vehicle he was able to diagnose my issues in a timely manner and quote at a reasonable price. When the work was done he made recommendations and went over what my issues were into great detail along with what I need to do going forward. He definitely went above and beyond with our service and we will continue using him as our mechanic! We found ourselves in a bad situation when our car broke down 5 miles from our destination during vacation. Lucky for us we found Eric just down the road. Eric was extremely kind and understanding. He fixed and repaired another autoshops shoddy half done work, for a damn good price. He talked us through what was wrong and how the other shop messed up. 10/10 will most definitely use his services again.

I went to Eric for my ignition switch in my 05 Honda Pilot. He got to work immediately. He Went above and beyond to get my car fixed. He got the job done quick and accurate! The price was also amazing. Everywhere else I called wanted 200-300 more than he charged. Elevate Auto lives ups to their name! Eric and his crew are professional, efficient, AND genuine. We have an 04 VW Passat. We had been needing to get some general upkeep done on the engine, including our rear brakes. The car had been smelling like it was burning oil and would occasionally have smoke coming out of the front end. One day, got out of the car to find a puddle of oil on the ground. Eric got us in the same day. He had our car for a few days between the diagnosis and all the work he did, but when we got it back, she drove like a champ.So thankful.Will definitely be calling Elevate Auto for any future mechanic work!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

Elevate Auto LLC is nothing short of amazing. Late Saturday afternoon I was passing through town and my starter failed. Worried about the thought of spending the weekend I was recommended to contact Elevate. Eric, the owner, picked up my vehicle and completed the work and returned my vehicle to my hotel. I can not recommend his work and attention to detail of his work and customer service. My only wish was he was closer to my home near Columbus OHIO. I wish I could thank Eric and give his business a thousand stars. Urgently needed wheelbearing replaced week before Christmas. Called on the weekend and was advised immediately on price and time for repair.� Dropped car off Sunday and was fixed within 5 hrs! I am a 21 female presenting person and have many bad experiences with mechanics treating me with disrespect or trying to take advantage and rip me off on time and price. Had Eric work on my 2003 F-150. I had to buy new tires because my old one were chopped bad and had some wires showing. I told Eric I needed new upper and lower ball joints done. Eric called me and recommended doing the tie rods and pitman arms Because only doing the Upper and lower ball joints might not prevent chopping my new tires still. I totally agreed with him. And knowing it was go to be needing an alignment after all the work he did , he said he would take it and have it done so I didn't have to. My husband and I were driving back to Georgia after spending Christmas with my family when my check engine light came on. I thought our trip was going to be stalled but I was given the number for Elevate Auto LLC. This was the best service I had ever received on my car by far. It was the day after Christmas so most other mechanics were closed but the owner of this business got me in to check on my car and was so thoughtful and thorough with the inspection before sending us back on the road. I was traveling on a Saturday when my battery meter started to slowly drop. Pulled into a nearby Autozone to have the battery and alternator tested. It was the alternator. After visiting and calling multiple places, I was able to order an alternator to be delivered first thing Sunday morning. After it showed up I got in touch with Eric and agreed to meet up around 1. It was fixed in a couple hours and I was on my way. On a Sunday! Labor was on par with or maybe cheaper than most shops. Saved me hotel costs. Good people. Highly recommendedService: Battery
