Need a front windshield replaced, Done...quick and clean. Great price as compared to others and done in a timely manner. Need the rear window replaced due to the rear defroster heating elements broken (how?) and he fixed that, as well.

i would never recommend this shop to anyone they had my car for 3 weeks and hadn t even touched it. 40 days total and i finally got my car back after having to pay out of pocket for my rental (they did end up reimbursing me) however, my car looks terrible. they have an insurance check that needs to be signed by me, however i ve told them i will not be signing until my car is fixed. they haven t asked again for me to sign this check because i truthfully don t think they plan on fixing it. save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.Service: Body & Trim

I would never recommend this shop to anyone. They ve had our car since January. They ve never given us a single update. We still don t have an estimated time for our car to be done. We continue to call and they say Doug isn t in right now, I will have him call when he s back in and we never get a call back. They ve had every excuse even when we do get through. I understand parts may be hard to get right now but at the very least they should provide an update or at least something. Five months is ridiculous

Used Burts to replace windshield.Said it would be done at 5:00.Not done at 5.Had some problems with their equipment.Said they would finish yet that evening.Even delivered car at my house at 7:30. 15 min drive from their shop.Not many shops would do that.Will do business with them again!!.

They kept my mom's truck for 6 months! Every week we called, lies and more lies about how they're working on it after it was wrecked... in December! Went today and absolutely NOTHING had been done! They cashed the $5000 check from insurance with no issues though. We've spent over $8000 on a rental car the past 6 months while paying the truck payment.... and it wasn't even being worked on! They would have kept it for a year or more if we hadn't insisted on taking it today! There are a ton of cars just sitting there, not being worked on. Sounds like insurance fraud to me! We got the truck and a check today. We'll see if it goes through when we cash it tomorrow. Even being friends with the daughter that works there. Just lies upon lies. We've used them for 20 yrs and always recommended them. Never again! If your vehicle is there to be fixed, go get it now!

They had my car for 3 weeks, just some scratches that needed buffed and painted. Had to call them 4 times to get a time frame on when I could pick it up, they never called me with a status update. Car sat there for most of the time and wasn't being worked on. When they called that it was finished, they didn't complete even half of the areas that they quoted me for. One of the areas they did "fix", they peeled paint off by the emblem of the vehicle and painted right over it. Will NEVER be using these people again. They seemed sketchy from the beginning, the front office lady is rude and unprofessional. Now I'll have to pay to have someone else fix the areas that they messed up.Service: Painting

Doug had my truck there for 3 weeks, I picked it up and paid $703.00 to replace my CPU, had it home for a day didn t start the following morning. Had it towed back there and picked it up approximately 3 more weeks later hasn t started since I turned it off the night before last. Rip off! Con artist! He even knows I m on disability from multiple sclerosis. POS that only wants your money! Do not recommend Service: Auto engine diagnostic

A very nice, family oriented business that you can trust to do you right. These days, it does take time to get parts, so you have to be patient. They do very good work here.

I used Burt's Body Shop for the first time recently and I can say they provide a great service experience. They looked at the work I wanted done and gave me a quote back very quickly. I scheduled a time to drop off my truck and they supplied a rental to me while they did the work. They then brought my truck to me at my office and picked up the rental, as I didn't have time to get away from work. I stopped in later to pay my bill, but they offered to do that over the phone if I wanted. They really went above and beyond with their detail to friendly service and top quality work. I would recommend Burt's Body Shop to anyone.

If you can afford to get a loaner for almost 2 months that is fine. It took me that long for them to finished painting job for my car. They said it will only take 2 weeks but after two weeks I kept calling and they kept saying next week with some excuses why.

My car sat for weeks before being touched. Month and a half passed by still not fixed or pulled in the garage. Finally after complaining and stating I was going else where it got fixed within the week. The lady in the office is rude, and unprofessional. They owe me money & every-time something is mentioned to her, she says she isn t in the office everyday to get it done. It s been over a month since I ve picked up the car. Will not refer this place to anyone!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They did a great job and kept the cost down. My son is a student at a local college and had a run in with a deer. Being on a tight budget and having an older car not worth much and me being 2 states away, they went above and beyond. Asked only to replace headlight and make it drivable they did more and all over the phone.Thank you for doing a great job.

Didn't fix my issues after having my truck for a month. Said they replaced parts, but didn't improve or solve the problem. Charged me for antifreeze, when I took my own in and after leaving found out they didn't put any antifreeze in. Took it back and that time they used all the antifreeze I still had bc it was a no charge call. Was charged $1400.00 for shoddy work and the receptionists were both extremely rude, even tho I was very polite. Refuse to do business with Burt's again. Save your money and let someone who knows what they're doing, get paid for the job. I don't mind paying when a job is done right, why I won't recommend these so called mechanics to anyone for anything.

Had my truck for 3 months. Never once received a call on an update. I had to call once a week and still then my truck sat out front for a month. Was lied to about time frame.

Worst customer service ever! They said it would take a week to fix my car and it s been there 5 weeks now! They closed for a while and wouldn t answer their phone and never returned any phone calls. Apparently it s ok to just leave people hanging without a vehicle. They did good work on my old car but were a little slow, but after this experience I will not use again.Service: Body & Trim

Had a fantastic experience at Burt's! I know nothing about auto body work. After looking at the damange, they carefully walked me through all of my options and the cost of each. I felt very confident in my choice and the estimate was VERY REASONABLE!! My car was ready when promised, the damage spot looked like new and the cost was exactly the same as the estimate. I couldn't be happier with the whole process. If I ever need body work again, I wouldn't go anywhere other than Burt's in Plymouth.

Highly recommended. Fast easy and honest shop. Family owned and operated. Quality services. Whether you need an oil change or a fixed windshield they can do most mechanical work at great rates.

I highly recommend this place! I was on a job and had a piece of equipment that needed a speedy weld so that I could finish the job that same day, and this company was willing to get my equipment fixed spur of the moment for me so that I could get back to work.

Available instantly, wrote up & printed me the preliminary assessment required for insurance with complete confidence of accuracy. Highly recommend & Technician was very friendly..

I backed into a pole with my 2013 Denali 1500 and bent rear quarter burts replaced left side bed found rust inside did repair to fix that and left side rear bumper way cheaper than b&d quoted problem is now paint on rear left fender is bubbling and rusting you get what u pay for next time I will pay more and take it to different shop
